Someone hit my car overnight and I woke up about to cry. My new SUV was wrecked. Gerber was great from the initial visit to the end. Everyone is awesome from Kate to Donnie... Donnie kept me advised of the status of my repair. I went to get it, I almost cried again. I couldnt believe what an amazing job they had done. Even detailed my baby in and out. Such A1 service. (Edit: the gentleman that I spoke to about everything over the phone was Don, didn’t catch his last name though, but his customer service was extremely professional and to the point! 5 stars to you also sir!) Doug Randolph was super professional. He called me with updates almost daily and stuck true to his pick up date for my car. Upon picking up the vehicle he had spoke to me about all the work they had done. 5 stars to you and your exemplary customer service. Also I want to commend my technician Joe Bauer for going ABOVE and BEYOND working on my car. He manufactured my air box (which looks awesome), detailed my vehicle inside and out and made my car look like it had never got into an accident. Thank you Gerber! You will forever have my business!!! I will be highly recommending you!

2nd time needing their service and again they came through. They even went and fixed other problems that werent part of the work nor was it even the same part of the car. They just fixed it because they wanted it to look good on their own dime and time. Customer service doesnt get much better than that. Now my 2019 Ford Fusion looks just like the day I bought it. Thanks. Hopefully I wont be needing your services again (or at least not for a while). But should the need arise I will definitely be back.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE… . I HAD MY VEHICLE REPAIRED AFTER A HIT & RUN. They just slapped some parts on, NEVER checked the alignment of the grill sticking out on one side. One headlight lower than the other. I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 3 TIMES. Why should I have to point out “sloppy work”.. You think you could trust them to fix right the first time. 2nd time they left plug out on LF door for switches. They never even estimated my damaged grill. NOBODY INSPECTS THE REPAIRED VEHICLE AFTER THEUNDER QUALIFIED MECHINIC “not tech” SCREWS ON A FEW PARTS. MY RATING WOULD BE NEGATIVE -10… I’ll never trust them with any of my vehicles again. Very courteous service if you like someone peeing on your neck and saying it’s raining. -10 I’m just trying to understand why they would give my vehicle with crooked front end twice. Can’t they see?

I basically had to do all the leg work on my father’s insurance claim, and the owner “Doug” is rude, only once did he barely acknowledge I was there. The girl at the front desk Kate is okay, but this place is a joke.I am all about how a customer is treated regardless of the outcome, and this company needs to work on their customer skills.STAY AWAY!

Gerber took care of me. I had just purchased a new Harley and ended up scratching the side bag. I didnt even have 50 miles on it yet. The scratch was very deep and they were able to fix it and make it look like it never happened.

Editing my review to 5 stars. After a lower review and survey results, the store personally reached out to correct the issue. We were able to reach and agreement that worked for everyone. I really appreciated their willingness to work. I would recommend this business to others.

They do an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. It was a rear bumper cover replacement. Despite having part source issues, they final product looks like it was installed at the factory. The paint matches, nothing is off center, and sensors work perfectly.

So impressed with the Bourbonnais Gerber Collision & Glass. Both Doug and Donnie and of course all of the technicians were an absolute breeze to work with.
