Went in looking for a queen mattress, Bret was informative but extremely unprofessional. While purchasing over $700 worth of merchandise, Bret made some rude/inappropriate comments. As time went on, the comments continued and made me uncomfortable. I brought someone specifically to help load the car (brand new Bronco), but Bret loaded it himself with no regard for the new vehicle, shoving the products in and hitting the ceiling, sides, and seats, even after stating the car was new and to be careful. After this, Bret said “haha, it ain’t my car!” to which we thought “why did we even come to this store?”. Bad experience, thumbs down.

My experience with this location was excellent. During this pandemic its difficult to shop, I was greeted with courtesy, and professionalism. I laid on the mattress, and it felt so good. I came into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. Paid for it on Wednesday, and it was delivered on Friday morning. The delivery guys were on schedule, brought everything upstairs. I love my perfect sleeper!!!!

My wife and I were kicking around the idea of a new mattress for a few months.We were riding around doing nothing so we decided to pull into a Mattressfirm we seen off RT.50 next to a Starbucks coffee shop.The plan was to get an idea of what we might like and a ballpark price of that like.We entered the store and after seeing all the mattresses there was no hesitation for us to talk to Mark C. one of the salesman.We felt no pressure and Mark was able to answer all of our questions.With Marks assistance we were able to find something we like and make a purchase within our budget.I do think that sometimes real brick and mortar purchases may produce a more satisfactory result than an internet purchase.Both my wife and I didnt feel we would get what we would like at a big box discount store.The whole experience at Mattressfirm was a very comfortable experience (no pun intended ...lol)I would refer this establishment to others.

When youre ready to finally make that switch, head straight over to the Mattress Firm by Chipotle and ask for Brad. Brad was honest, helpful, patient, never pushed us to buy something we didnt want, and made sure we were taken care of. He was able to provide us with an amazing deal on a brand new mattress (one that has seriously changed our life! It is amazing what a good nights rest can do for you mentally and physically!) and adjustable base. I’m one of those do it online shoppers, but when it comes to a mattress, DON’T!!! We were able to get a better deal in store, see the differences between multiple mattresses and get the questions that we wanted answered, let the pro’s help you, not some online description, I went in there thinking that we, were soft or plush people, but the medium is what we went with, so once again try before you buy, you’ll be sleeping on it probably for the next 10 years plus, special thanks to Mark and Adam for taking care of us! My husband and I came in a month ago to look into a new bed. Mark helped us and spent so much time with us going over all the different beds (yes we tried them all). But we were not able to purchase a bed that day and promised him we would come back once we had the money for the bed we loved! We had a great opportunity of working with Mark. We told him what we were looking for a new bed and we spent the next couple of hours trying the different beds and he set us up with the right one. We also got a bed frame that lifts up and down he explained the zero gravity and how it relieves all your pressure points. We fell in love with the bed and frame. We had a set price that we wanted to spend and Mark did more then he had to do to get us to that price point. Mark was very professional and personable. 5 Star review just dropped to a 3. I was extremely satisfied and still am with the mattress I purchased. There was a sale going on that included a free adjustable frame. I opted to upgrade my frame to a better model that included foot adjustments as well. The Frame failed 5 days after purchase. Bracket that motor attaches to bent over. Still 5 stars at this point as I understand parts sometimes fail. Dropped to 2 starts because when I contacted the store, I called the one across the street. (3 of them in 2 miles) I was told they would get back to me in a few minutes. No call back so I called back the next day. I was told they had no more in stock and would have to go through the warranty. Wife just had surgery and needs to sleep upright so I asked the salesman on the phone, same one that sold me the mattress, if I could just upgrade and pay the difference for one in stock. Not a problem, was recommended a new frame, given the model and the price of 1499$ (my original frame was 1499$ but was given a sale price and credit for the free frame). Was told I would have to pay an additional 400$ since the original sale was over to upgrade to this frame. The frame I was offered to upgrade I just happen to have been looking at on their own website. It was a 899$ frame. This guy actually wanted me to pay 400$ to downgrade to a cheaper frame, and was telling me it was an upgrade. Like I said before, extremely happy with the mattress, even the frame. Parts break, no big deal. But definitely losing 2 stars as this salesman basically just tried robbing me. Was actually about to order a new mattress and frame for my mother and this surely changed my mind. I will go to a different Mattress Firm store, lord knows there are enough of them.
