Theyve taken it beyond books. The games they have there adult to children Legos etc... Plus an awesome kids section. Plus books!The whole place is really well done an deserves a visit. I was surprised how stylish and classy.

I went specifically for Manga and I was pleasantly surprised at their selection. Once or twice I even said to myself theres no way they have that and eating my words when I found what I was looking for. Ill be back to check out their selection in the future.

I love this place coz the kids section have a wide array of books to choose from. It is a friendly place to go and read a book while sipping a Starbucks coffee located inside their store.The staffs are very accomodating and they will help you find the book you are looking for.The place is well maintained and clean.

A good selection of books, toys, and stationary a good cafe department featuring Starbucks coffee and a good assortment of coffee shop treats.

I visited this location looking for a Christmas present for my grandson unfortunately they didnt have it in stock but to my delight the young lady who helped me that day I felt went over and above in helping me locate and receive the item. She spent time calling other locations, numerous to locate and have the item expedited to them. She found it in another state and she still managed to have them send it and I received it before Christmas. So needless to say they made my day. The staff working here are polite helpful and knowledgeable about there products and its a pleasure to shop here

I live to read and Yes I have read many books on a digital tablet however in my opinion nothing replaces holding that book in your hands. For some reason I am more relaxed holding the book instead of a digital reader. Also, there are so few books stores to be found anymore. I hope Barnes and Noble hangs in there as I really like going into the book store and exploring all the possibilities for a good read. I recommend Barnes and Noble.

Our family use to enjoy coming in here so much! These days, not so much. They’ve minimized the children’s magazine section so we can no longer buy comic books, the gardening and home section barely has any books and we found a lot of damaged books throughout the store. Top that off with watching an elderly man clipping his nails in cafe, nope we will not be coming back any time soon.

Cafe staff and Stormie are the BEST!Not happy😣 that the CAFE is being used as a rescue dog training center! I must question the food safety of that decision.

Super courteous and customer friendly. I cant remember the gentlemans name but he had longer red hair. He was literally more helpful and patient then any other person ive ever dealt with in retail. For a bookstore/Starbucks, Barnes & Nobles is on point,helpful,patient and all around a 5 star business and employees!!

The store was clean and the workers were very kind, I enjoyed walking through here and finding bits and pieces of things Ive wanted for a while. 5 stars, definitly would want to go again :)

Great Clarence section great selection of books and magazines, and records, Clean, quite, relaxing atmosphere. They also offer great events threw out the year. By far this is one of my favorite Barnes & Noble stores to visit!

Was unaware that Barnes & Noble had a store in Bourbonnais. Very pleasantly surprised they did!Nice size store, plenty of stock, and great sale prices, and a giant YA section!!!My only issue was that they only had one salesperson ringing and a huge line. She was very pleasant..but you could tell she was frazzled. Maybe some backup ringers on the weekends?Other then that, walked out with some new reading materials and will definitely be back. Thanks for keeping the bookstores in the neighborhoods...❤

Ive been coming here ever since I was in high school, and the quality of the store has never changed. The employees are always quick and helpful, even conversational, and the cafe is always kept clean and professional. The varying employees on shift there are also quite considerate.I have encountered a couple rude and inconsiderate customers from time to time, especially in the cafe, but their individual actions dont harm the store itself. So please dont listen to the 1-2 star reviews that complained more about the customers it attracts. Everyone who works there pours their hearts into making that store the best it can be.

This place is wonderful. I havent been in a book store in a long time had no idea this place was so close! They have a little cafe on the inside, a huge kids play area and lots of selections for books!! I hate reading from devices books are so much better so glad its here !!! Will be going back and the staff is super friendly so thats an added bonus.

I love this Barnes & Noble. Very friendly and helpful employees. The Starbucks is cozy to sit and sip alone or with friends. The childrens center is an excellent place to bring the kids.

No seats or bench.

I understand that there are only so many seats and so many outlets. But if the regulars can use the outlets and keep the tables by them for over an hour and not even be at the table staff needs to say something. Its inconsiderate.

The Starbucks inside was so good I got the dragon fruit refresher with the coconut milk and lemonade with it like it was so good
