This was my second time working with this company, they were booked up for about a month but once I was able to get in, they worked so quickly. They were very polite and got my car windows tinted in less than 2 hours. I highly recommend this company and will be telling people about their business. (:

Every time I call this place to schedule my car for window tinting, they are weeks or month{s}out before I can get it done. Just called them (end of March) and cant get me in until June? Are you kidding me? You either cant run a business or dont know how to adapt to supply & demand. Just scheduled an appointment for window tinting at Sun Stoppers in New Lenox and theyll have me in 8 day from now. This place for window tinting is terrible!

Never had a problem with them before now. This time they didnt seem to want to help. They couldnt help me figure out how to work the autostart in my car, just said Id need to buy theirs for $400+.

Awesome service and nice retail store and service for trucks. Ordered a trifold hard cover for our truck four days ago. We showed up today to schedule it to be installed and they ended up doing it on the spot. Didnt expect that but couldnt ask for better service. Highly recommend for all your truck accessories!

Came here to have a hitch replaced on my Ford Excursion and I was impressed with the level of customer service I received. They had a few hiccups with the install but they made it right and did everything they could to minimize any inconvenience to me. I would definitely use this company again.

Great place for your truck and cars accessories. I got a low profile bed cover for my truck. They installed it quickly. It took maybe 30 minutes. They also have a waiting room which is nice

Ive had diamond coat done and itsee been spectacular. They did my tint over a yr ago n its still holding up really well and if I recall it right they said a lifetime warranty on it but dont quote me. They keep things professional and do a really good job at what they do.

Had my windows tinted here and they did a super job. Looks like it came from the factory installed on my 2017 Edge. Reasonable prices.They installed the tinting while i waited. Need to make an appointment to have it done. Love the tinted windows and a lot cooler in the summer.

I came here to get my windows tinted on my Buick and it totally changed the look of my whole car. Two weeks later, no problems. Very professionally done.

Ive been here on many occasions for various services. All have been completed exceptionally well and with great customer servce!

Had them do a Rhino bed liner when they were still doing them. To my surpriseRhino changed their formula and what I got was NOT what I was looking for. After 2 weeks it had peeled in a couple of places and I went back. They explained thatRhino had changed the formula and that was it.I inquired into paying extra for a more heavy duty liner. They took my truck to a competitor to have the closest thing to the old Rhino installed, and even though I offered to pay extra, they did NOT charge me extra!Products and service is A1.

I had them install auto start in my Honda CRV, great service very competitive pricing.

So disappointed. I set my expectations too high. All I needed was a hitch and when they made my appointment I made it clear that I was scheduled to be in Joliet that morning, but they insisted there would be no problem, but that I should still arrive 15 minutes early, just in case. I arrived 20 minutes early and reminded them again that I had an appointment. Forty minutes later they still hadnt even brought my car in to begin the work. I told them I needed my keys back because I had to leave but they said it was being pulled in at that moment and it would be no problem. I wasnt even angry, I had bigger problems than this, they couldve just apologized for screwing-up and rescheduled. I understand, things just happen. Nope! And then problems: the wrong hardware and missing bolts delayed things even more. Id used Pacesetter before with no problems but apparently that was a different owner. All of this could so easily have been avoided with a little common sense and professional knowledge, so, to be fair I have to warn you not to expect either. And, to be fair, the hitch seems o.k., especially considering that they had to scrowng up hardware to do the install.

I was told previously by others to avoid this place, i should have listened. Due to time constraints i decided to give them a shot. Horrible customer service from the owner/manager. I couldnt believe the way they spoke to there customers. They will schedule you for a service and make you wait a week or so, and when you get there they will add other charges. Basically making you wait so when you get there you will most likely say yes to the extra charge because you waited long enough.

These guys are great.. I had a couple of unique projects recently.. Bedliner being applied to a commercial diesel compressor housing to both pretty it up and also make it more durable.2nd project was having the bottom of a medium size flatbed for a truck applied with bedliner product. This project went a little sideways because of delays beyond anyones control when the weld shop doing fabrication work caused delays. Anthony at Pacesetter worked with me and was still able to knock the project out even though it was delayed in being delivered to them.No question.. when the time comes Ill be sending them more business.fyi - Last Summer (2018) their audio department installed a new bluetooth radio with backup camera into my 2006 Mustang convertible. Excellent job!!
