Best thing they did was hire that Miles kid. A lways willing to help and keeps the atmosphere a great place to shop. Also Neil is on point always takes the time to call to let me know when new figures come in and very knowledgeable.

Ive recently taken up collecting Star Wars Black Series figures and wanted a good start to my collection, but stock has been quite limited.I find your lack of Black Series figures... I give this a five star. Because its clean. And Have games you can play and test in the store.They have a lot. But down fall is that some games should be cheaper. High prices means lower business for this store. Have a big sell and drop prices for a week to get big buyers in. Especially around the holidays. I seen very little sells in here.Point being made. We had a warranty issue. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally. I do feel the employee went above and beyond to not only understand what we needed but to assist us in resolving the problem.

12/31/20 ZERO stars. This place has become more of an inconvenience. If Gamezilla dont have it Ill just use Amazon. Employee very rude telling customers get out of my store due to the 8 person minimum (because of covid). As if the line of people where aware of the self made regulations. Waited in line for 30 min to purchase a game on display that had a tag saying it was available used and new, only to be told they did not have the title In stock the second I sat the game on the counter? Not the first time. Definitely the last..

All of the guys working their are knowledgeable on everything gaming, they are funny, and extremely kind! They don’t just have video games either, they have a bunch of cool toys that kids or collectors can appreciate! They don’t have something you want?? They can more then likely order it for you depending on how sought after what your looking for really is! All in all recommend them

2 stars instead of one because the staff here are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable.It would be 1 star otherwise. Please do not shop at GameStop. ANY GameStop. Corporate basically hounds the employees at their retail stores to exercise shady business practices that are more likely to work on people who arent really that familiar with video games. Corporate will wag their fingers at employees who do not participate in pushing promotions that are bad for the customer. They will sell you games that are at a level of quality that they wont accept back for returns. The company has been rated worst company to work for multiple times. And thats because it employs passionate individuals, then expects them to treat customers like dirt.

Black Friday 2017 we received bags which we could fill with merchandise for an extra 20% off. This year I went for one game and was not interested in merchandise. In line I waited and an employee approached me and let me know if I were interested I could get a bag at the counter and put all merchandise in the bag for extra 20% off. Because of him mentioning it I grabbed a bunch of extra merchandise. I get up to the counter to be told that there are No bags! That was YESTERDAY..... the sales start THURSDAY night. So the 20% bags were given out the day BEFORE Black Friday event?!...very very bad move! Scamming your customers? Not for me. No more Black Fridays here.

I love the store and all but I feel like I got ripped off I brought a bunch of games there they said 37 dollars and I was like cool but then they put the money on a gift card maybe Im in the wrong but I thought I was getting real money the website said money and credit so I thought I was gonna get money and if I actually can get money for it feel like I should have gotten a choice

Most of the store is filled with Thinkgeek toys. And there are very few old games worth buying. And not many new ones as well.

Went in yesterday to pick up some older games to play with buddies and the girls working were fantastic. They went out of their way to find what I needed and had smiles the whole time. Honestly never received that kinda spectacular service at a gamestop before!

This GameStop is ok. The employees were ok. They couldve used some lessons from charm school but, I guess thats one of many reasons GameStop is going under.

Small GameStop store. It’s a GameStop. However some of the workers are super annoying and never stop talking. You ask them one question they answer with a 5 minute rant. Try to avoid here unless I am just running in, keeping my head down, not making eye contact and not speaking to anyone. Lady with red hair is super nice though. Pretty as well, but married lol.

We are huge gamers in our house, with 3 kids we learned to never grow up & GameStop keeps the child alive they got old school games the just released games they got alot of selections of not just video games & systems but they have a variety of different really cool merchandise the staff is super helpful & highly knowledgeable I can keep going but I promise that seeing this gamers heaven store in person would be the most epic route if you like games this is the go to place

The employee swear in front of me, under his breath about the scanner. Which isnt the worst but I didnt like the experience, and never had this issue at any other company. I havent been to gamestop in years due to I dont like how they used to or still do. Shove pre-orders down my throat. Thankfully this wasnt said to me. I also pc game so I have little reason to go since console focused.

Took my son here. Been here quite a few times. This last time I buy my son a $60.00 Switch game and for Xbox One I get Ghost Recon Wildlands Gold Edition for $35.00 (used). I live 45 minutes away, I get home and start to install the game when I notice its not the gold edition but the standard edition. I call GameStop and the dude tells me to return it. Why have the case that says gold edition and give me a standard edition? I could have downloaded the standard edition for the same price. Im not driving 45 minutes to return it. Get it right the 1st time. Done with this place.

The store is nice. Most employees are friendly. However, Dylan acts like he is the C.E.O. of all of Gamestop. When he refused to give me information regarding MY account(a previous transaction), I decided to take the order I was about to place with his store somewhere else.

These stores are always filled with merchandise with little room to walk. Talk about a fire hazard. Staff was very helpful.

The staff is getting to pushy on sales. I think its a very annoying thing to come in for a used game, and another to have the staff attempt to sell you anything related to it and what ever else you even so much as glance at. I think ill just wait for an Amazon package from now on rather than have to face the embarrassment of having to tell both my child and the staff that I can not afford a 50$ figurine.

Very rude people that work here. When I went in there to sell my ps4, And then them saying no. (Not saying why) I was upset. He packed it up and said sorry. I went to car and left. 20 mins down the road noticed that the power cord was missing. The person that was testing my ps4 left the power cord. I was pissed. Turned around, got in the store. Again sorry about that. Do not go to this location. Find another gamestop
