If a business is going to enforce masks and literally turn people away at the door when they walk in without a mask on, the employees should probably be trained on how to wear a mask properly, they are to cover your moth and NOSE!! Do not tell me that I need to wear a mask when I can clearly see yours is not placed on your face correctly making is absolutely pointless to even have on. Also, please, train your employees to have better customer service, I went to the counter to pay for my things, cashier states it was invalid, tried 3 different cards, all with the invalid card number alert, I tell her, there is something wrong on her end and she rudely stated that it’s not and my cards are being denied, I request a manager, wouldn’t you know, the issue was on their end!!
Music was too loud. You could barely talk to the person next to you. It was not even spooky music at that. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.
You are told to wear a mask upon entry by employees who are chin strapping their own masks.
Online says they are open until 8pm. I drove over 1 hour away and walked in at 6:58 to be told “were closing now” i said “well online says 8” the person in charge continues to tell me “well that’s wrong we are closing at 7 so you need to come back another time” i said “i drove one hour away to be denied service BEFORE 7pm this is ridiculous” she said “not my problem its on the door” i left. I am disgusted with how it was handled.
