I have had them out 3 times now including an emergency last night. They were packed full yesterday with appointments and the receptionist shuffled things around to make sure to get someone out to deal with out issue. Everyone was super professional and didnt try to overcharge, just do the work necessary. I trust their opinions and will be recommending them/using them for all my garage needs!

I have used Door Masters several times in the past, and had been happy with their work and service, until today. I ordered a full garage door install including operator at the end of April. I was told it would be about 2 weeks until the door was in. That was going to work out perfectly for the install, because I had time off of work later in May to deal with it. All that time, all of May, came and went with no door. The door did not come in until the very beginning of June (2 weeks late), and did not get scheduled for install until 8 June. This delay was probably not the fault of Door Masters, but it set the stage for what was to come. The garage in question is at my mothers house, and had a lot of stuff in it. But I knew I could make space for the install to start in 15 minutes or less. The installer and I ended up showing up at my moms at the same time. I made space for him to get started down the middle in 5 minutes. However, the installer took a picture of the inside of the garage to show to headquarters, and said he was going to call in to see if he could run nearby service call(s) first, then return to do my install. He had not unloaded the truck, or gotten set up to start in any way. This would have taken time, during which I would have made even more space. But Door Masters HQ sent him away on a service call, and he told me to call headquarters when I was ready for him to come back. I asked him to show me specifically where he needed more space to do the install. In 15-20 minutes I had cleared out all the space he had asked for. And in a total of 40 minutes from us driving up to the house, the whole front half of the garage was completely clear of all material with no obstructions. At this point, I called Door Masters back to say that we were more than ready for the installer. I was informed that we would have to reschedule altogether, and that the installer would not be returning today. This took place only 45 minutes after the original show time, not even enough time for the installer to complete his first service call. There was plenty of time for the installer to come back to the house and do the install as scheduled. But instead of just rearranging the order of the work for that day for efficiency (which was already done) and coming back to me right away (as I was led to believe they were going to do), Door Masters struck me off the schedule entirely, and was forcing me to reschedule. It was still very early in the day, and I tried to ask where the time had gone, since there was plenty of time left in the morning to do my install. But the owner was very rude and inconsiderate on the phone, first to my mother, and then to me. She refused to even let me talk. She kept talking over me, would not listen to anything I was saying, and would not let me ask questions. This was very, very poor service and customer treatment. I received no explanation, no justification for cancelling my install. Treating customers this way, especially repeat customers, is very inappropriate. Do they really expect me to remain loyal to the company after being force-rescheduled for no reason, and after being shouted down on the phone. Door Masters was very unreasonable to me in this case. The installer never should have left the house. In the time it would have taken him to unload the truck and get set up, I had made plenty of space for him to work. They have lost me for life. I will do no more business with them.Update - That is not even remotely what the technician told me. He told me he was coming right back. Also, yes the owner saw pictures of the initial state of the garage. But she did not see it 15 minutes later.

Great advertisement. I called them, as they came highly recommended from a family member. I wanted them to install a door that I had purchased from Menards. They came out. Were not able to access property due to gate being closed/locked. I live in a rural area 14 miles outside of K3. Maybe they didnt like the drive or maybe they dont like working with ranchers such as myself. They were not willing to reschedule and even indicated they were short handed Blah blah blaah. I dont believe they made a sincere effort to deliver a service and continue to advertise. How are they able to go to all the jobs or are they just picking and choosing the low hanging fruit? I wouldnt use or recommend them because of the attitude and lack of professionalism. TWO THUMBS DOWN!! Simple 2.5 car garage door. My home is near new construction, remove/install.....will look for another installer and hope to get more favorable response. So, where I am sure they do good work, their customer service leaves something to be desired. Good luck to them and I wish them growth in the area of providing service to ranchers/farmers and people in rural areas.

Our house was originally bought as a brand new model home (not even a year old) and the company that the builder hired to install the door did a very poor job. Was having a major issue with the cable on the door causing it to not close and become completely crooked. We called door masters and they had someone out right away to fix it for us!! The guy who came to repair it was knowledgeable, and very friendly! Thank you door masters for making a stressful situation way less stressful and for your top notch customer service!!

I had them come out to repair an almost 60-year old two-car garage door. Rather than doing the specific repair that I asked for, they suggested a solution that will instead save me a lot of money and trouble. I respect any business that suggests their customer do something that saves the customer money rather than earn the company more money. On top of that, they were right on time and got the job done far quicker than I would have ever imagined.

Very impressed from the initial contact through the installation of the garage door opener. Was able to see the unit set up in the office/show room before the purchase. Adam arrived on time to install the unit and had the equipment and tools to make a difficult installation look easy!

Excellent people to deal with and very knowledgeable. Prices were considerably cheaper than the first places I checked for a garage door panel. They also were the only ones to have one in stock instead of having to special order it. I would highly recommend this company as a first choice for anything door related.
