Love shopping here and they have a wide variety of fresh, organic and different brands to choose. Only problem is inventory . I go there to shop a day or two after the sales flyer comes out and many of the sale items are not on the shelves. Happens quite frequently and have tried coming back two or three times later during that sale period and items are still not restocked. Talked to the manager for possibly getting a rain check and that is something they no longer do. A great store but inventory is lacking many times.

Great selection and pretty good prices. I love boars head and private selection. My only complaint is that whoever is picking for clicklist often gives us old produce. Theres probably one or two things in each order that we have to throw away because theyre wilted or way past peak ripeness. Its frustrating but also no one in my family wants to drive back to the store to complain about 2 items. I know theres variance in the freshness of the produce but maybe dont pick the WORST ONE! Its an easy fix.

Not enforcing mask mandate. Cashiers have mask under nose or only wearing face shield. Meanwhile half of my family is sick with COVID and one going to the hospital.

No one in forces the costumers to Wear masks. When you tell employees they shrug out off. I ask them to put their mask on and they get all self absorbed, like they are above the laws of nature. So if you want to get COVID-19 shop here.I also confronted the store manager on duty and he watched me point out a few people who had no mask and he did nothing. Its too bad I really liked shipping here but Im high risk so I cant and wont go on there any more.

Horrible Experience Never shopping here again. Cashier Rhonda was very rude to me and made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

There is a lot of stock relocating going on here, which makes it difficult to find certain items. The parking spaces are way too small for larger vehicles. The staff is nice, and the store always has what you need.

As a shopper I love bourbonnais kroger its way better than the small local grocery store that I went to. I havent been there since and Im never going to either. but as for kroger I love it because you got great produce selection and I love your cheddar broccoli pasta salad its out of this world and I also love your turkey hill ice cream as well when ever I run low on groceries I will always go to kroger as my go to place your employees are the best so clean too.

I have been seeing post about racism at this Kroger but me, myself haven’t experienced that here and Im black and used to reside in Bourbonnais for years and shopped at this Kroger. I was recently there a month ago and called the deli department to see if they had a particular Boar’s Head lunch meat that I used to buy and the white lady on the phone was very helpful and when I arrived there, she knew exactly who I was and even stated “ you called “ I’m just saying, I had no problems with her customer service, she was very helpful, offered me a sample of one of the ones I hadn’t tried yet. My past experiences have been different than what I’ve seen posted.

The people have always been so great to us. They have great specials and gas points. The new updates are wonderful. I love dried bananas without sugar! It is the only place I find them in bulk. Deli cheeses now, and organic section. Thumbs way up!

I just love Kroger! They always have everything I need. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The lines move quick and their grocery pick up is by far the best. It cost $5 and its worth every penny.

I am so angry right now!! I used the online ordering system earlier this afternoon and my pickup time was 7-8pm. I received multiple texts and emails reminding me to pick up my order. My husband gets there at 7:30 and they came out and told him that they have been so busy they havent been able to fill my order. We can cancel or pick up tomorrow. Problem is we are leaving for out of town early tomorrow morning and the groceries were for dinner tonight and the rest for our trip this weekend. The money they placed on hold..almost $300..should hopefully be released tomorrow but no promises. All the people working at Kroger and not one person could make a phone call? When I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no manager on duty. Im thinking I would have gotten my food had there been a Manager.

Went in for 2 things, 3 pack peppers and strawberries. Almost all strawberry containers had 1 or 2 moldy ones, and hard to find a 3pk of peppers without a bad yellow one.

Great service and great sale prices. The salad and wing bar outstanding! Check half price salad bar on Saturdays. Employees always helpful and friendly,!

Everything about this store is top notch, especially the fresh areas. Produce is always full and fresh. Deli and Meat departs are also great. I really enjoy the remodelling they did. Cashiers and baggers are always fast, friendly, parking lot is always clean.

I really like Kroger. The only thing I would change is to have all the organic foods in a specific section. The inconvenience of having to navigate the entire store is more than just time consuming. Having the floral shop right in front is A+. The flowers are healthy and long lasting.

I love this Kroger and its my go to grocery store and Pharmacy. Very friendly staff and the best produce in town. Overall much cheaper than Jewel or Meijer. Highly recommend!

This is my go to place. I shop here at least 3 times per week. Prices are awesome and items are usually always stocked. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Austin, the bag boy, is very friendly and in my opinion, the best bagger there. Ive been shopping here for 10 years and have never had a bad experience.

A great place for your grocery needs! They offer a wide variety of produce, fresh soup, a large deli and bakery, and even have a floral department. Store brands offer savings while the big name brands are still present and often on sale as well.

First time at a Kroger store. Really nice store. Clean. Well stocked. Manager was very kind and helpful. He approached me, asked if everything was alright. I asked if you knew where they had a product. Showed me right to two locations they kept the product.

A wide variety of fresh produce. A huge selection of fresh meat products. They even have Ground Bison and Bison steaks. Fast and friendly service. Great prices.

People nice...parking was almost full but no problem...price on bone in Rib-eyes were through the roof @ $14 a pound and $15 a pound and looked just ok. Not impressed and family pack of steaks ( a little less price) was all out on a Saturday morning.Clean but not in any hurry to go back.

Do not try customer care for kroger it is a waste of your time and further source of aggrevation I spoke with a Debbie case # 31985698 who stated the area manager does not have the time to speak with you to which I asked you have that many customer problems her response was not me myself how much more passive aggressive can one be I stated Ill just shop somewhere else and she responded that fine never did I get Im sorry for your experience nothing from I get a paycheck anyway Debbie.

I do not fully grocery shop at Kroger but I love the produce department and they have a pretty great selection of ethnic items. They usually have a clearance section with some great discounted items. Also the friendliest staff. Each employee will say hello or ask if you need help with anything.

I love this Kroger so much that I refuse to move anywhere that doesnt have a Kroger!!! Best produce, best sales, best employees, good sushi, great catering, awesome seafood. ..... I even get my medications filled here because unlike Walgreens, they are usually ready within 30 minutes to an hour.

I love shopping here, its clean, groceries are bagged and put in your cart. They also have self checkout. The associates arent irritated when you need help, its calmer than shopping at other grocery stores, plus the Kroger app coupons and fuel points are awesome. Sometimes there are issues with paper coupons, where the clerk would not realize yes I bought the required amount and would actually search my already bagged groceries. Which is a tad annoying but its a business. Overall 5 stars.

Great friendly service, food items are well stocked. I love that I can pre order my rotisserie chicken and they have it ready for me at my convenient time. They have a great floral department. The app is helpful and they give me coupons I use!

My lady and I visited your store today. We both agree that the customer service was the best weve encountered any where. The deli staff was very polite and helpful, the cashier was very helpful in pricing items in which we wasnt sure what the price was. Every employee we encounterd greeted us with a sincere smile and a hello. The management of this company should be proud to have such a group of good employees. We gladly give your management team and there staff a five star salute.

This store is always clean and the employees always friendly. The produce section has a good variety and it always seems to keep well. Sale items rarely are out of stock and I rarely have a long wait at the checkouts.

Kroger has an excellent selections fruits and vegetables They have a Liquor section with beer wine vodka rums wine coolers etc the have a wonderful bakery..... They have wings they have Fried chicken baked chicken roasted chicken wings hot and ready plus cold too Their Deli has alot of different selections they have a sushi section freshly made daily pharmacy frozen section cheeses Cold Cuts variety large pet section everything your looking for they have fresh soups plus coffee and soda section

Welcoming atmosphere, great size shopping carts, a small café, ATM, and a pharmacy. Only downside is, every month I visit, they closeout of what I want to buy. Cant purchase my chili mix, my usual soda brand, and my microwave meal is closing out... Oh well. Great otherwise!

I have never given a review of anything this low before. I am giving this store 2 stars. One for the stock on hand and the second for the cashier that helped me with my groceries as much as she could. This is the second time in three weeks I shopped at this store. Each time I spent over $200.00. I made sure I went in at regular shopping times. Last time around 7 pm. Today I went in at 9 am. I finished shopping at around 9:30 am. When I went to check out I was astounded that once again I would have to not only scan my own items but also bag said items. This is because for some unknown reason your store once again had One check out aisle open and all self checks open also. Unfortunately, your store decided to man the one register open as a 15 items or less. Needless to say, after spending almost 25 minutes checking and bagging 58 items totaling $211.56 with a whopping Kroger savings of $18.32 I decided it will be my last shopping experience at this location. After 25 years I have been a customer it is sad I will now have to stop shopping here. It is no longer convenient for me.

I used to love going to Kroger, but every time I go they’re out of something I need. 2/3 times when I ask an employee if they have the item in the back, they don’t check. It has been every time I go for the past several months. Going to start shopping at Jewel Osco instead, they seem to have things together.

Was at the Bourbonnais Kroger this afternoon and was in a slight hurry! Had approx. 24 items and noticed the check out express was empty. I approached the check out and asked if I could use it. The checker said no if you have over 15 items I cant help you? Kroger is No.1 in customer service and today they let there biggest fan feel like number 2!

Consistently high prices on non-sale items and out of stock on sale items. I dont like that if I want produce after 9:00P.M. I have to walk all the way around the store because the entrance is blocked. I also dont like that after 9:00 there is only self-check lanes open. Self-check machines are programmed to be rude and condescending. Quite honestly I miss Ultra Foods in Kankakee.

Went to the self service lane I had 4 items and it said I bagged my an item that wasnt scanned and told me assistance was on the way. The lady over seeing the self service lanes was to busy with her cell phone to deal with me so after waiting for a bit I left. I only gave you one star because it wouldnt let me rate the store at zero stars.

This Kroger has overpriced/questionable fruits and vegetables as well as a very limited selection of craft beer. The staff seem to turn over quickly and for the most part are not very hospitable.
