I love working with Audibel! They have been so wonderful working with my 90 year old mother. They have so much patience with her. They taught her to handle all parts of her hearing aids! She even uses her cell phone. She is able to participate with conversations and has helped her restore her quality of life! Everyone should look them up! Perfect!!!

Was in the Bourbonnais, IL store this afternoon and was extremely pleased with the reception and care I received. Had by far the most professional and sophisticated hearing test ever; more so than in school years ago, the VA, or at any time prior. Met the most helpful, personable and knowledgeable technician--that I can recall--ever; extremely thoughtful, explained the tests, the reasons for the results and all costs and other options. Her name was Ms. Greene and I would highly recommend her to any and all and will patronize only Audibel from now on. PS: I do not know Ms. Greene socially or otherwise and never heard of Jeff, though it appears others, above, rate him very highly, also.

These have been the best pair of hearing aids I have had. They have me come in every 3-4 months for cleaning and to make sure they are working properly.I really like these guys. They are great!
