I love this appliance store. Really nice store front with a classic feel. Their parts are really close to online prices, except they can cross reference to make sure youre ordering the right part for your appliance. I ordered a belt and a drain pump for my cheap 5 year old washing machine that pooped out on me. I really didnt want to replace my washer with another cheap washer so I opted to fix it. I went online and instantly got overwhelmed that I was going to order the wrong part. I called them 2 different times for 2 different parts and they had the parts to me next day and now me and my cheap washer are back up and operational. I have washed ohhh idk maybe 30 loads since. Thanks to the team at Fuqua appliance I got up and running faster than I would have ordering my parts online and I got the right parts the first time. Thank you!!!!

I have used Jim Fuqua a number of times for appliance repair as I have several rentals. Not sure what happened this time around but I can only concur with other reviewers that they completely suck. I had a problem with a dryer shutting down after 5 minutes of use. The first technician came out, put a panty hose over the vent and left before even testing it for 5 minutes. Guess what? Yes, it went out again. Later in the week another tech came out to look at it. Never called me. I called the office to try to find out what was wrong and never heard back from them. Tried calling again and they dont even bother to pick up the phone. They absolutely suck!

Great place to get appliance repair parts, probably the best place to buy these parts locally. Hey, yea, you could order it on-line but when your washer is on the blink you need it fixed pronto, here you can get virtually any part you need. Counter service has alway been good.

This place is amazing! Having a broken appliance is never fun but they took care of it quick. Not only did they get my dryer fixed, but they have first class customer service. Will definitely be using them again.

Needed a service call in Scottsville for a Samsung Refrigerator. Serviceman, Todd, was on time, wonderful to work with, patient and very professional. Problem fixed at very reasonable price. Will never hesitate to use again when a problem arises.

The bake element went bad on my Sears Country Stove (looks like it is an old wood burning stove) that is 15+ years old. I could not find the part by model number or part number any where on the internet. So I called Jim Fuqua Appliance. Vicky had me measure the element and take a pictures of it. Within about 20 minutes Vicky had found a replacement element the old-fashioned way by using a parts conversion book in their store. Vicky was very patient in answering all my many questions over several phone calls. She had to order the element, but had it within two days. I definitely recommend Jim Fuqua and Vicky for their service and expertise.

Was supposed to have a warranty repair through LG for a brand new dishwasher. Even after my husband conversed with them two different times, we were never scheduled for an appointment. Were not tracking someone down who doesnt want to help.
