Bought several transmissons from Parrish auto salvage, only got one bad one and they made it right within just a few days. Anytime I’ve needed something, they’ve had it for the vehicle I’m looking for or can find the part an outsource it. Most reasonable people when it comes to the price, I’ve been shopping with these guys here and there for 3 years now an have yet to ever have a bad experience. This being the 5 salvage yard I’ve been to, I get the most ease of shopping experience for used auto parts from these guys here. Mike an the guys out there will get you took care of with the best customer service that you can get for your used part selection in warren county.

Parrish auto parts is the best place to get parts. They will work with you. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 20 because they make sure that you get the parts you need. New prices for junk parts I priced new before going to Parrish part new 41.63 Parrish 40.00 plus tax so no I dont recommend.

We took a car for scrap there the other day wasnt as good as southern recycling the price wise but still always a bunch of good guys trust or scales the way measurements right cuz I know what my truck weighs also too I would recommend them for parts also

I dont get out of vehicle but my boyfriend does and he has never had a complaint about the customer service.

Just needed windshield washer nozzles. Was told if I took them off myself, they would be 10 dollars each. They dont cost that much for a brand new set. I went somewhere else and found an intelligent price. Works just perfect for far less. I dont want to know what they charge for other things.

Showed up at 4:25 and doors were locked even though the door says 5, after I called and they said I had to order part by today to get it this week. Address took my all down Louisville road, drove across town and got nothing. Spent more online ordering the part since they didn’t close early.

Their very helpful and friendly you can usually find what you need if not they try and help you by searching web to see if they can order your part. Their priced fairly and sometimes you negotiate a buck or two. Every dollar helps.

Called to inquire about some parts. Man said he had same make and model on their lot, but I’d need to come in to see if I could use anything. I take off work early and show up a few hours later. Man at the desk tells me they don’t have the vehicle I was looking for on the lot. Offered no resolution or apology. Will never have my business again.

Absolutely awful product. Scam to make you think you are getting a deal but really you simply get to actually go buy a real part after this one fries as well. Do not recommend to anyone who does not have the money to keep replacing these parts.

Better call first and take what you may need to get the part.

The people at Parrish Auto Parts were extremely helpful a friend and I went to get a part for one of his vehicles they were kind enough to bring it up said it app so that we could get to it and gave us all the time in the world we needed to get the part we needed off the vehicle they were very very helpful. thank you.
