Overall selection and customer service is good, but they do not give all needed information when needed. Bought a pair of boots, had them steamed in-store. Went back to exchange for next size up. Wasnt informed until after the fact that having them worked on, even in-store, voids them from exchange or return.

Very nice clean store with a very friendly atmosphere. They have a nice selection of boots a variety of womens jeans and other clothing. I noticed alot more mens wear and they sell big and tall clothing. Yes they are pricey but i also noticed more affordable items that looked nice.

They need American made boots only had one in the whole store. This is the reason our country in the shape its in.

I wanted a special gift for my husband and found it here for the same price as it was listed for on line directly from the company. Wonderful, helpful sales staff and fantastic prices for the quality items they carry. The store is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend shopping here for a unique gift for someone or for yourself.

Terrible customer service. Returned a pair of boots. Wouldnt give me a receipt showing that I had returned them. I left the store without anything proving that I had returned boots. Not a good feeling.

A large selection of unpopular boots, and a few really nice well made boots. The people were friendly but not helpful at all. You might as well buy online, less expensive, and the exact same level of service.

I love their boots, hats etc. But the sales staff today gave me a migraine! They wouldnt stop talking and it took us way too much time to get what we wanted. Plus they thought they could tell this cowgirl how boots should fit. If they still work there next trip Ill pass!

First place i seena pair of 1,000 dollar boots. Great if ya want em, personally id geta 45 pistol & 19 tanks of fuel, but itsa great place.

I love my boots BUT when you pay 300.00 for a pair and you ask for the box to put them in and the sales girl stated we dont have boxes REALLY???? My opinion she was to lazy to walk back and get it.Maybe Im wrong but dont believe so.🤔

They are a staff that listens and will try to take care of your needs. They dont work on commission so they will try to find the perfect boot and or other western attire. I was in there for work boots, and they got quite a fair selection of them. So if one was nervous about this new place in town, dont, they got the country hospitality that will sweep you off your feet and into a new pair boots. (and one would be happy about it)

Service is amazing however I feel they are a bit overpriced on boots ...the saying is true though here you get what you pay for shoes from walmart are lucky to last a month shoes from boot barn last a whole lot longer someone I know paid $50 for boots at walmart were falling apart within a month paid $120 - $160 @ the boot barn lasted well over 2 yrs and still counting

What a shame! today i attempted to shop at boot barn, when checking out the salesperson on duty (middle age woman with short hair) ask for my phone number i refused she stated if your not in the system she could not sell me the merchandise, i replied how about if i pay cash her reponse again was if we dont have your phone no# your not in the system and i cant sell you this hat consumers should be able to buy whatever wherever without involuntarily providing personal info wow! wow! wow! wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!

Kind of pushy, didnt buy because salesman wouldnt let me shop. They had a great selection and hope my next experience is better because there were 3 pairs of boots I wanted.

We stopped in at the Boot Barn with few expectations. We know boots, because we wear boots. We buy only boots made in the USA and have done our research so when the saleslady opened her mouth and started BSing us, we did not appreciate it very much. She also didnt appreciate that we corrected her, and proved it, but who can blame her. Boot Barn should have done better training her. Its a very nice big store. They do carry Double-H boots which have some made in the US boots. And also Chippewa boots which are made in the US.

Always very presentable and they have a big selection of boots and clothes.

Good place to shop, just couldnt find what I wanted, at the price I wanted.

My son for his birthday wanted a cowboy hat and boots but unfortunately the staff an older woman with short spiky hair had such a hateful attitude we left what he had picked out and walked out the door with no sale of purchase. The woman needs to be fired and set to a place to learn customer service etiquette immediately!!!! I will never go back to that store no matter what pretty Western wear they have!!!!! Will gladly go to Stockdales only for Western wear. The customer service at Stockdales super kind and wanting to help customers unlike Bootbarn
