I was talking on the phone with someone they called a window specialist to confirm if their windows would work for our rough openings. When he told me they would not, I explained that my husband had spoken with someone there the day before and that person had told him, that the stock windows would work for our opening. He told me that we didn’t talk to them. We must have called Allen County Lumber. When I began to say that wasn’t right, he hung up the phone on me. I wasn’t rude or out of control. I was simply trying to have a conversation. We planned to order some of our building supplies from Midsouth, but after being hung up on, we would not consider it. This is no way to do business and very unprofessional. I wish I had the guy’s name so I could leave it here for his management to see.

Jordan and Sam in the paint department are fantasic. They are etremely helpful and have decades of experience. Any time I have a paint question, these are the guys i go to.

Sam is the best paint guy you can ask for. He is knowledgeable in what type of paint is best for the room you are painting. Staff is always courteous. Its got the home town vibe many places lack.
