Interesting location inside Chevy dealership. Sitting nearby Corvettes. Friendly. Lots of menu options. Food was excellent. I had salmon, roasted asparagus, & rice.

Another Update: Still going regularly. I always get breakfast and it is fantastic! In my opinion, it is the best breakfast in town! I am tempted to try other things, but I like what I get. Excellent service and overall this place is a hidden gem!!!Update: After nearly 5 months I have found myself coming back regularly, weekly! The food and service is always great!!!Original Review: I cant wait to go back with the family. I ordered exactly what I wanted and it wasnt on the menu, no issue. Super cool and friendly!

Been doing work on the dealership for about a week so far, have stopped in every day and got something completely different and every time its great! You can certainly tell that the guys that work there like what they do!

We came for an oil change at like 8am, me and my little one. We were rushing and we brought snacks for breakfast! It was our first time here and had no idea there was a cafe!! There was hot breakfast!! Pancakes, eggs, french toast, breakfast burritos a lot of variety! The chef was really nice and really fast!! Thank you so much convenient and delicious!

I wait here while my car is getting oil change. Havent had a bad situation yet. Pretty good little spot.

The steak and cheese omelet was fantastic! The hashbrowns cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this place.

5 star chef running this joint. Not kidding. I take the whole family in once a month for breakfast. Chef looks up and says hey the usual? Yup and he remembers everything detail everything and its certainly some of the best breakfast in town. Have had a burger from here as well and it was excellent also.

Ryan is a master of his craft. Got the chorizo burrito. Fresh, delicious, and price is right. 10/10

Food extremely salty. Access to Cafe is via a very crowded, busy showroom parking lot / building. Every table was dirty, but they had Coke products on the fountain!

This restaurant is conveniently located inside the Greg Young auto group building. So if youre waiting on paperwork while buying a new car like my husband and I were or waiting on repairs you can grab a bite to eat or get a cold soda. The food isnt bad for this type of diner. I had the cheeseburger and fries and it was actually quite tasty.

Pleasantly surprised at this little treasurer. Food was good. Counter staff extremely pleasant. No table service but that was ok. No pressure from the sales team. Will be back!

Lets review this for what it is, its a car dealership with a snack bar. Its a place where you come to shop/look for a car and possibly get something to eat. I think their logo even states this. Its not a place to come just for breakfast or lunch. I came just for breakfast and had to negotiate past two salespeople to get to the cafe. I had breakfast, hash out of a can, frozen hashbrowns out of a bag and eggs over easy cooked to perfection. All of the customers in the cafe were waiting on their car for maintenance and were on their phone or laptop, no one was in the cafe just for breakfast. Should not be listed as a place for food, even though you can get food here. Its a car dealership with a small cafe. Will not return for a hamburger and sales pitch.

I only had the fries this time. The burgers did look good.

Went to lunch with a co-worker today. It was very interesting going to a car dealership for lunch, but figured what the heck. Very friendly people, they recommended the pork burrito, it was really good, but the best was the side of house made spicy salsa. My co-worker had an omelet and hash browns which he said were really good as well. It was a little expensive, but plenty of food to take home for leftovers.

The food was great and the service was friendly.it was alot of food.

Now those who read my reviews regularly, know I usually have photos, but this is a carry out review, henceforth the absence of photos.Probably most of you are not aware there is a full service restaurant inside of Gregg Young Chevrolet. The Corvette Cafe has been there for quite awhile, but I had not known of its existence until Chef Ryan took over the helm in 2015. If you didn’t know, Ryan was the head chef for Hectors’s Baja Cuisine for 12 years.Ryan redesigned the menu and the cafe furnishings and made it a Triple D kinda place. You order at the counter and sit down to wait for your name to be called. If he knows you, he may even bring your order out to you or one of his excellent staff, Keisha or Andre may make the delivery. It’s self service soda and coffee.The fare has a heavy accent on Southwest and Mexican Cuisine, but there are excellent American standards as well. All food is scratch made and the portions are large. Whether you come for breakfast, lunch or dinner, you will get a very tasty meal at a very reasonable price.Now about that carry out. I had called ahead for the daily special (BBQ Pork Belly and Beans) and when I arrived, Andre had it waiting for me. I also grabbed some of Ryan’s house made green and red salsa which is absolutely the best. It is made fresh so only lasts a few days, but no problem, it’s usually gone in two with me.So back to the special, the Pork Belly was quite an enjoyable surprise. Super tender and juicy. The seasoning rub was nothing like what I have experienced in the past and was addicting. Now I usually bathe my meats in bbq sauce, but this did not need anything but a trip to my mouth. Ryan bbq’s all types of meats and I would highly recommend you check them out.Now I have dined here many many times over the past few years and you do not need to have a vehicle in for service or buy a vehicle (though I’m sure they’d appreciate if you did) to dine at the Corvette Cafe. It serves the local area 6 days a week and is open early for and closes late.Please give yourself a treat and check it out. Stay and check out some awesome new machines on the showroom floor as well as some of the excellent sales staff.
