I used to work here from the end of 2018 to the end of 2019. This place has really gone down. Its not the stores fault Ive been told. Its the district managers fault. Apparently, this person is too worried about metrics than customer care. It was great when I worked there (with the exception of 2 people I worked with), but when I see cars wrapped around the building for the drive thru at 6pm, rx need to be sent to a different pharmacy. 🤷‍♂️

I used to love this Walgreens, now no matter what time of day you go, you wait an hour or more for a prescription. It’s insane. Also, they’re no longer 24/7 which is the whole reason I used this pharmacy in the first place

Bad service, long wait. Inside the pharmacy is closed, the reason is written that the number of pharmacists is short the service drive through its 🤮

Just got back 9:30 PM. My wife and I had a appointment for COVID booster shots at 9 and 9:15. Pharmacy was all closed up so had to beat on the shutters twice before anyone opens them. He says that it would be awhile before he could get to us. Well there were at least 15 to 20 cars waiting in the drive thru. There may have been someone working the window but could not see them, so this guy was counting pills. I don’t blame him but they new someone was coming for shots so I blame the manager and he needs to be fired if that is the best he can do for costumer service.

Change the pharmacy back to 24 hours! I’ve been waiting in line for over an hour the line hasn’t even moved! I need life saving blood thinners! When I got prescribed Eliquis they were out of stock & I had to go back to the hospital! Who decided to change the hours of this place & make ppl wait this long? It’s ridiculous af. It used to be fast. It’s just plain horrible now! Need to change it back to how it was before. Nobody has time for this!!

This is crazy its not our problem if u guys have staff shortage, we don’t have to wait more than one hour in the crazy drive through to get our medicine, they need to fix this they are going to lose a lot of customers, it’s crazy how they operate the pharmacy here.

Outside of the building says “24 hours” but they are not open past midnight anymore - used to be a place you could count on for medicine needs in the middle of the nightI will not ever shop here again

Pharmacy guy was very rude. He gave me attitude, nasty looks, and kept pulling his mask down to talk. Everyone else in the store was super sweet.

I called three times today trying to get medications refilled. I was on hold over an hour each time, two of the times saying there were more than three callers ahead of me. The last time I called was a little before 9pm, I waited until 9:56 the recording saying one caller ahead of me the entire time. Called the store, who paged the pharmacy...and no answer!

Love here pulled up picked up what i needed & rolled away they where wearing there mask very nice great prices plus it was so late i was thankful.

We had to stop here on Christmas Day 2015 to pick up some medicine for flu symptoms. We were VERY impressed with the gentleman (ERIC) that checked us out. Although it was Christmas Day he greeted us with a warm welcome and was very friendly. We hated the fact that he had to be at work that day but we are thankful that somebody is willing to do it with such a great attitude. Employees like this are a true asset to not only Walgreens but our county in general. GREAT JOB ERIC! And thank you!

The pharmacy is awful. Used to be the best in town. They say the refill is ready but you get there and its not. Has happened twice in last 3 months.

Took a long time to fill one script but they were very nice and helpful with the questions i had

Just your everyday Walgreens! Open 24/7! Its well kempt and has easy access from the roads.

I go in here often and 98% of the time i find what i need and the employees are very helpful.

Im not happy with Walgreens i have a hearth problem and i answer for metoprolol tartrate and they said they give me some on may.27 i do not got them my bottle been out may.24 and june.1 i gone to the hospital for my hearth and the june.2 my nurse call them for my pills and i streel not got them

Will never go back again. Stupid employees. I had one prescription to get filled, it was sunday morning and I was the only customer, but they treated me like filth and took an hour!!! Never again!!
