I tried to order a cookie cake for my friends 40th birthday. Paid for it an it never was made. On the account of going there the guy said it would be an hour before he was able to make it. It was never made. I tried to get a cookie cake or cookies after the fact by phone an there was no one that could respond or begin to resolve the problem

Very rude. They would not except cash. We are still America in Bowling Green Ohio correct. My family and I will never be back.

I ordered for delivery on a very busy Saturday, and after an hour and a half I hadn’t heard anything. I called the store and ended up coming in to pick up the order as the employee was having driver issues. I feel TERRIBLE for the poor Insomnia employees. She was alone with so many orders backed up, a line out the door, and no one to help her. Ive noticed a lot of staff I’ve seen before is gone, which I’ll chalk up to poor management of this place. Absolutely shameful that a company would care so little about its workers. I’ll be taking business elsewhere!

Stopped in for the first time on Saturday. The cashier was really nice and friendly. I ended up getting the orange creamsicle cookies and chocolate chunk cookies, they were delicious! I will definitely be back when Im in that area again!

Me and my friend went in to get a cookie and was told “I am in no position to help you guys” by the person working the counter. He said he was behind on orders and didn’t have time to take our order and that if we wanted served, we would have to place an order online and come back at a later time. In shock, we turned around and walked out. I guess I will have to call beforehand and ask if customers are being served. Absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced at this location.

Says it’s open until 12 am but we got there at 9:15 and they were closed and then when we asked if they were closed the girl was very rude. Ended up going to cookie jar which was so much better.

I had a great experience tonight. I was a little drunk I mishear the lady a few times. And I would like to apologize that this lady had to deal with me. But she was very nice. And the cookies, while I may have been drunk were amazing! Defiantly recommend.

This cookie place as a franchise whole is terrible. They never have cookies at any establishment I’ve been to. Customer service is always terrible.I sure hope somebody comes up with a better cookie store than this.Just absolutely horrible

This place is obsurdly expensive 6.50 for a (monster sundae) with such a name and price one would expect at least a decent size sundae well let me tell you this aint it my jaw dropped when i saw how tiny it was a baby could eat it all its so small it is not worth what they charge. Maybe i should have asked to see how big it was before but if i had i would have just left if it was 3 or 4 sDollars ok a rip off but ok but no 6.50 without putting the size on display is straight up dishonesty you should name something a monster and have it be that tiny.....

Last few times Ive gone the cookies are over cooked and hard.

Every now and then I drive 25 min for a box of their cookies because theyre always so warm and soft and chewy! Best cooked cookies around! Snickerdoodle is my personal favorite.

Cookies are absolutely delicious and served warm. Peanutbutter cookie was best I have ever had.

Wonderful cookie sandwiches filled with your choice of icecream. They are so chocolatey, you definitely need to buy some milk to go with your cookies!

So when I usually go here the workers are so kind. This time it was the opposite the woman didn’t want to work and proceeded to roll her eyes and be rude. The cookies were very good but the staff was not.

I ordered a small cookie cake to be delivered. The initial time on the website it could be delivered was an hour earlier than the checkout out delivery time once I paid. Once it was “done” per an alert it still took over an hour to deliver locally to a residence close to store. Even then it was 30 minuets past the check out delivery time. UNACCEPTABLE!!! Saw a great idea at the store today I checked out I heard great things about. Cookies good but not that great for the price. This promise of warm cookie delivery was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!!! SHOULD HAVE NEVER ADDED TIP FOR DRIVER TO THE PAYMENT AHEAD OF TIME!!! Sure hope animals don’t eat it tonight where when they finally called the recipient she told them to leave it. Sure if they do they animals will get sick and die. Wish I could rate -5 stars. False advertisement—good idea—poor service not worth the price or trouble. Oh yeah—you can’t even track the order even with the app.

I tried ordering delivery, but their driver dropped it off to the wrong location. Then when replacing them they gave me the wrong cookies, so I had to catch the driver before he left and they gave me the run around for a refund and refused to replace my cookies as it was after close.

This place is great when you want some cookies in a hurry, or ice cream, or milk. And for the less wanting to go out into public the delivery option is pretty sweet. Also cookie cakes. And ice cream sandwiches. And milk.

Just tried to order for delivery on a University campus and spent about 15 min. debating with the representative that the address I had was, in fact, correct, even though it wasnt showing up in her system. Ended up not being able to order. Will NEVER order from Insomnia. (This was my first attempt and it will not be repeated.)

Very friendly staff, excellent tasting and very fresh cookies hot out the oven.

The cookies are fantastic and fresh made. What really makes the experience special are the people who work there. Theyre funny and kind. It feels like they genuinely care about you.

Amazing cookies!

I placed an order and as I was tracking it, it said they were delivered. They were unfortunately not. There was no actual phone number to speak to someone at the store in my town but rather I had to call customer service to cancel my order. The customer service agent was extremely rude to me and I told her I just wanted to cancel my order. She put me on hold while she attempted to find where my cookies were delivered to and then came back on the line and said she was canceling the order. Not once did she apologize or offer anything for my inconvenience. I realize they are just cookies and its not the end of the world, however, I am a small business owner and customer service means everything to me. I am not pleased with how this was handled and how I was spoken to. Insomnia Cookies will no longer be getting my business unfortunately.

HORRIBLE. I tried calling them more than 5 times for a simple order and not one person picked up. I even tried using their own website but that was horrible also considering it glitches and wouldnt let me pick a time for my delivery to arrive. For the amount of effort and money being put into their cookies and ice creams its not worth it AT ALL. Their cookies are dry and ice cream is bland. Who ever owns this business seriously needs to step up. Cookie jar will always be my favorite cookie store in bg.

They have incredible cookies. You will never be disappointed. The snickerdoodle was amazing; if you have one near you, go there and get some warm cookies and cold milk. :)

I hesitated buying cookies from here because I read a lot of bad reviews that they were too expensive or too small but I stayed with my boyfriend one weekend at a university and he suggested we order and they were so good!!!! I can honestly can they were some of the best cookies Ive ever had! So warm and gooey and FRESH! Highly recommend! I even had one cookie leftover (bc they were not too small and I couldnt finish all at once) a day or two afterwards and it was STILL good, not stale or anything.

Walmart sells a better tasting cookie. All i could taste were chemicals and/or terrible tasting ingredients. the cream on the inside did have a good flavor. she gave me a petite sized ice cream when i asked for the smallestserving possible. i paid 3$ for literaly 5 bites of ice cream that had zero flavor. my no added sugar breyers had more flavor than the cookies and cream i had there.

Pricey, but you pay for quality cookies. Always soft, always fresh.

Insomnia makes some of the best cookies in BG and they are open late so it is a great place to stop after a late night in town!

Just not impressed. Way overpriced and too small. Theres a local bakery in BG and theyre cookies are even more expensive, but the quality and size (2-3 times bigger) far exceed Insomnias. I cant believe they served a snickernoodle that looked like a pancake with cinnamon and sugar. Tried a 6-pack of various flavors and not a single one stood out. I would pay an embarrassing price if it was worth it. This sadly, no way close. Hit up Stimmels in BG and get a GREAT cookie, huge, and only a buck!
