Everyone is super nice! I bought a stole for graduation and it was very well done.

Have a wide variety of options to choose from and prices are fair. Come Big Little Week they are always a disaster and rarely have the things you order done on time- If they run out of something, they wont call you, they will wait until the day before you need it when you come in to tell you that. Also when you get upset that your stuff is not done when they told you it would be they get rude and talk back. They have been doing this for years- there is no excuse as to why they can not be organized and prepared for busy months like this.

I ordered a letter bag with satin stitch and when I got it back the satin stitch looked awful. I asked to have it redone and the lady I talked to was so rude to me telling me it’s my fault I didn’t ask for a certain machine and was just nasty. I left the store in tears and then went back the next week to pick up the fixed version and told them how upset I was and the lady I had dealt with before was nasty and rude again and I left once again in tears. If you can avoid ordering anything from here, please do so. They never have things done the right way that they should be done and when you ask to have them remade, they scream and yell and tell you it’s all your fault. They also mess things up completely and force you to have the messed up items for the big reveal day and then dot have them redone until months later. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Do not order from here. They messed up all of our orders, and havent given us our money back.
