Amazing Place and a lot bigger than Etowns Store, more cleaner too.There is someone that I want to point out, she is a Team Leader and she is so nice and was very helpful. Her name was Kristin, thats probably not the correct spelling. I truly appreciate this person because of her attitude and how nice she was, we need more like her everywhere. The girl that rung me up was extremely nice too - Thank You so much.Clean floors, bathroom was pretty clean, could use a slight makeover. New paint on walls and floor.

It has a constantly changing inventory depending on what they get on their trucks and the prices are a nice discount from what you pay at traditional retail stores. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. that is why I try to stop in every week to see whats new. In my opinion Bargin Hunt is better than Ollies, I usually find something everytime I stop in.

My family LOVES Bargain Hunt!! The employees are very friendly and helpful. The store is kept pretty neat considering it is two large showrooms of brand new clothing, bedroom & bathroom accessories, furniture, home goods, food & snacks, electronics, toys & games, and pet supplies. Prices are already discounted but I dont think Ive been in there yet when there hasnt been other sales happening at the same time. Plus, the website gives a coupon for joining their email list AND on your receipt theres a link to complete a short survey for yet another coupon!!! Great store - keep up the great job!!!

Purchased everything I needed at reasonable price, staff very friendly & helpful, good selection. Returned to purchase 2 other end table cabinets like one I bought & loved & they were sold out of almost all furniture...sad for me as I just moved to area & need storage items so will have to return later.

Great deals. Just purchased two matching recliners and am absolutely satisfied! Great deals however when they compare their prices to the original price it seems a bit inflated. For example I bought a $75 table which I personally think shouldve been around $40 that was originally over $250 which seemed a little ridiculous as its nothing fancy. But overall good deals on decent quality items. Will definitely revisit and highly recommend.

Used to be fun shopping here as the longer an item sat, the cheaper it was. Now they just seem to have one price and it feels like one large garage sale. The best way to describe this place is meh.

Everything was wonderful about the store especially the deals. The only thing I didnt like was the slide smell coming from it and the lack of more products to peruse and purchase.

Every time I go in here I feel my soul leave my body. Its like Im trapped on a horror movie set. The lights are dim, nothing is in order, the two whole shelves of stuffed animals all have dirt on them. Truly a unnerving experience, like Ive unknowingly become a character in a Stephen King novel. Decent prices on some decent clothes

Ive been a couple of times now. You can sometimes find great deals, but other times find complete duds (especially with electronics--Ive tried a keyboard and headphones and neither worked properly--headphones only one side worked and the keyboard, several of the keys didnt work). However, they do have okay customer service and will accept things back within 30 days.

Just stopped in this store today and had some items in my cart. Most Bargain Hunt locations say that they are following the new guidelines where the price drops over time. Okay, well I stopped in their Nashville location a few weeks back (on a Saturday) and had a cart full of items. I inquired about one of the items in my cart to see if the price had gone down since it had been sitting on the shelf for quite some time. This particular item was priced at $100 and had been over looked not once, but twice in the stores supposed markdown process. After the store employee checked the price, it had decreased by 50%. So I purchased this item for $50. Then I had them check other items in my cart only to find that almost everything in my cart was never marked down. I ended up getting a good price on stuff but had to ask about every item. So fast forward to today, I stopped in to the Bowling Green store, which I had inquired about an item, and the price was $2 cheaper but wasn’t marked as such. I went to the store leader Ben and he said that he cannot check the price of the other items in my cart. I then asked when this rule was in place since other stores are willing to work with the customer. After discussing this with him for a few more minutes he then starts to walk away from me, as I guess he had better things to do, than to sell me the merchandise I had in my cart. If I go to Walmart or any other business not only do they check prices if I ask them to, they are more than happy to listen to the customer, plus they are more than likely going to be cheaper than Bargain Hunt. Their corporate puppet who responds to these reviews on google is a liar as I have tried to call them on numerous occasions regarding questions or concerns. They always give a generic response to all reviews. I gladly handed my cart to Brian and politely said that I will try to stop back during the week, since they don’t scan prices on the weekend, per their District Manager’s instruction. They let me walk out the door without buying anything. This company does not care about you as a customer. They sell defective, used merchandise which they pay next to nothing for, change their whole business model, which made Bargain Hunt what it was, then shrug their shoulders and let you walk out when you inquire of pricing. At the rate they are going, I give this company 5 years tops. It is no wonder why amazon is killing businesses nowadays. By the way, Bargain Hunt leaches off companies like Target and Amazon buying their returned items for pennies on a dollar then try to sell them at close if not more than what the stuff sells for new. I have seen food expire on the shelves since they are not reasonably priced, then they will sell you the food at 1/2 off after it expires. Good luck!!

Ive been shopping at this franchise much longer than its been in BG. I love it BUT, since theyve discontinued the check my date discounts the prices are no longer heads and shoulders above the average discount stores. As well, the merchandise choices have declined a great deal. You get much more of a bargain if you shop at the stores in the larger cities.

Good place to shop for homeowners and if you have family/kids and are on a budget. Great place to get things out of season cheap (decor, toys, etc). Only downside is you cannot be certain what you are looking for is there. Would be a great place for college students to go if theyre trying to decorate their dorm/apt cheap.

Youll definitely find a bargain, but youll have to literally dig. 50/50 Bargain Hunt is a more apt name, but if youre willing to work for it, discounted items are there

Never know what you will find here so you just have to stop in and see what they have gotten in lately. I purchased my patio furniture at a great price. They have clothes, rugs, electronics, kitchen gadgets, garden supplies. And they have a 30 day return policy because they recognize they buy in bulk and things might be damaged. They have been great at refunding any items I purchased that were damaged. Check them out first.

I have been a long term customer for several years and about four months ago I seen a tremendous change in the store. The store now is very neat and clean and has did a 110% turn around, very proud of the store now, my favorite place to shop.

I love that I can find something for a fancy night out or just get surprised by what I can find when just browsing. The only drawback is the screaming old women who think that someone owes them something because they show up once a week. It really is an experience killer and happens all the time.

Unfortunately now Bowling Green Is now doing what the Nashville stores have been doing for a while they no longer have the papers were everything goes down every 30 days or so . I understand Why they dont do it no more . There was time to go through there and dig and find something that was marked down 90% Im sure they lost money on that but that was the reason I went in their I would end up buying other things but I was digging through everything trying to find the golden nugget. Now 90% of the stuff and there is the same price you can buy it new 50% of its Return goods and The other 50% probly Overstocked goodsJust keep your phone out Google the stuff of worry about is the homage and actually cost.Do not trust the retail label that they put On the item

Pretty cool stuff most of the time but a lot of the deals aren’t as great as they say they are. I bought a small scooter listed with the “compare to” price as $85 but paid $12. And then I looked it up online and you can find it elsewhere for $10.50. The price still wasn’t bad but they shouldn’t claim that something goes for $60 more than it really does.

They had some products that ollies offers at a much cheaper price this stuff is returned or refurbished or overstock from stores and they want to charge almost the full price $90 for an espresso maker

Bargain Hunt sells lots of miscellaneous store return items and occasionally have decent deals. More often than not though, the items are nothing spectacular. The stock doesnt seem to change frequently and the items that are worth buying arent much cheaper than purchasing new.

Awesome stuff for a great deal. We go there often. New items coming in regularly and old ones huge price drop. Everything from all departments you can think of.

Great place to occasionally find things that youre not actively looking for (or that you dont really need) at beyond cheap prices. However, beware of missing or broken pieces if youre getting anything thats been opened. Ive had to make use of their 30-day return policy on several occasions.But theyve make it up to me with a $10 couch cover and also apologized to my dog with a large, $15 crate.

This is my favorite store! I have found some amazing deals here. $5 or less shoes and clothes. Diapers at 7cents a diaper! That is so cheap! Everytime I go to Bowling Green I try to stop in to see what deals I can find. I got an over $1000 dryer for $385, a $700 stroller for $250! The best time to go for the biggest selection is after the Christmas season. Some elmployees are super nice while others can have an attitude, but overall I have only really had good experiences here.

Im used to Bargain Hunt stores being a little disorganized. I visit the two stores in Louisville almost weekly. I go to the Evansville, IN and the Owensboro and Elizabethtown, KY stores when visiting friends and family.The Bowling Green store is an absolute mess. The Mens Wear section is womens clothing, the Womens section is mens and miscellaneous. There are skids of obviously broken customer returns from other stores priced and piled in aisles. The checkout attendant was very polite; every other employee was just borderline hostile.

Store is a disaster. Customer Service is terrible. Asked for help finding prices, so the guy with dirty long hair at register googled the product and offered $3 off full retail... ummm no thanks So much for a bargin. Also nasty lady picking scabs and eating them while stocking shelves nearly made me vomit.. not kidding.

Sub-par inventory and hate that they change the way they do the discounts. We were super disappointed the last time we went. We used to have great luck at Bargain Hunt.
