Very dissatisfied!!! Took t-shirts to have screen printed on a Tuesday by noon, was assured they would be ready for pick upon Friday morning. I called and was told Kim would be in to do them that morning and at 2:00, I called and still not done. Was told the computer crashed and they were trying to fix it. At 3:30 I got a call and was told the computer was not even in the store. These were to be a bride/groom T-shirts for daughters very informal wedding at 5:00. I just wanted to make it a little special since their formal ceremony had to be cancelled due to Covid. Her mistake was telling me they only take 15 minutes!! Really? Then why did you wait until the day of promised pick up?? Very disappointed and would not recommend their services!!

I needed a basketball Duffy bag embroidered within 2 days, they were able to complete this for me, beautiful work, very nice people to work with. I highly recommend them.
