They have had unfortunate experience with there trucks but it was very professional and all through mechanical issues they still got the job. Done. No problems with there work. Please be patient until the issue with there transportation.
I have been waiting at least 6 months for 31 Insulation to come back to my house and finish the job. Every time I called, it was going to be next week, next week, next week, etc. This week they tell me I haven’t been put on the schedule. Now I am down to them coming every day. They haven’t made it yet. I am 70 years old and would like to live in my house for a little while before I get too old to enjoy it.
Lies from the top down! Management, sales, installation.. I would not recommend them to do anything!

Terrible customer service. When building my house, it took several days to get a quote. Once it came time for my insulation to be sprayed in, I called and called and finally about 2 months later, they finally showed up. They blamed it on a scheduling error, and then an equipment error. They showed up after calling the branch manager, then the regional manager and getting the run around for quite some time. I could’ve been in my house a good two months earlier had not been for the terrible service. When it came time for gutters, again, they were quite delayed. At least a couple weeks after my appointment went by before they showed up. When they did show up, the downspouts were not installed on the back of the house and they would not come back out to finish the job. When they sent the bill, I informed them that the job wasn’t complete and asked that they come finish up. After a couple months of not hearing from them, a lady called from the office demanding a check for the full job and was very rude and hateful. I wanted a detailed list of the labor performed so that I could pay for the work that actually got done. Calling the branch manager was useless because he was equally as rude as the lady that called demanding money. The regional manager was able to provide a detailed list after a couple days, and did adjust the bill, but only by $67. A ridiculous amount since I had paid them over $10,000 for the work that did eventually get done. I do not recommend
The house next to mine was to be insulated. The crew that came had no access to power. After I called the owner of the house this crew was working on I agreed for the 31W crew to use power from my house so they could complete their job. They ended up breaking an outlet cover and said nothing. I watched the bigger man do this on camera. I called 31W insulation in Bowling Green KY, and left a message with a secretary then after no response, I called back several days later. Was told by a manager that he would come out to fix it. 2 days pass and nothing called again and this manager is currently out of the office. I will post damage pics.
Called and got a quote on a job, called to schedule them to come out... Never heard back from them again... Bad reviews all over the internet. Horrible customer service. DONT USE 31W
Quickest estimate Ive ever gotten. Unsure of the validity as we only touched on some cursory information. Nice guy though and his estimate may be accurate. Out of my range though. Im going with another firm that came in lower. These guys were the highest of three firms.
Called 6-24-2020 to get estimate for garage door, he said if they had to order it they could do it fri.so 7 wks later talk to them twice was told will be out between 10-11am never heard from them finally aug 19 i called them ask if i can buy door that ill put the damn thing up went got the door told him they (f-n suck) he chucked smiled and said i know.
So happy with my garage door installation. I highly recommend 31-W for your home improvement needs!!
Was supposed to get an estimate this morning at 10AM. When 11AM came I had to call him and he said sorry, that he was an hour away from my location doing other estimates. He finally shows at 1PM and goes up to look at the attic. He asks me for a ladder, because he didnt have one. He peeks up in the attic access and doesnt even go up to measure. Be aware...
Terrible costumer service. Never showed up to do the job. I called 3 days after and he says i dont know why nobody showed up said he would find out and call me right back 4 days later calls with no apology or excuse, just says we can be there next week. No thanks. Also didnt even ask why i said no, just bye
