We just recently got our beautiful granite installed from US Granite! They helped us choose the right granite that would go with our kitchen renovation. They measured and explained the whole process. Kept in touch with the progress. Day of installation went great. They were very professional. I LOVE MY GRANITE! It’s beautiful. I highly recommend them. Did I mention my kitchen looks amazing now.

Great pricing and amazing quality. The precision of these cuts are incredible, and the ONLY small seam we have is barely visible. US Granite is top quality product.

Such a pleasure to have worked with these professionals! I love their success story because it is built on hard, hard work! They didnt have the quartz color I wanted....ordered not one, but 3 different panels for me to choose from. Once they arrived, I had counters in 3 days.......an absolute amazing job. ......and all while moving to their new facility on Dishman Lane (they cant stop long enough to get moved!) I deleted my review And changed my rating after you finally showed up. But since you keep harassing me, I’m going to change it back. You have terrible customer service and take weeks to return calls, but as soon as you see a bad (and correct) review you call and text non stop. Also, the delay with the payment was due to my contractor. I do not control when he pays people. I pay him when he requests money and what happens after that is out of my hands. So I certainly don’t appreciate you saying anything is my fault. It also took you over two months to install the kitchen granite and repeat phone calls before you would even respond then too, so this isn’t an isolated incident. Furthermore, you have a reputation already for promising to come and then not showing up. It’s not just me that had this experience. People say that you have great prices and the work is top quality (which is true) but you don’t deliver the granite when promised and you are difficult to reach, which is considered terrible customer service in America. I also had to finally block your number because of the repeat harrassing and threatening texts, which I find ironic since you can’t seem to return a Business call in a timely manner.This is the last text I received before blocking your number, which again is extremely unprofessional.“Yes You better take off because on future if something happens to your granite I never gonna fixed.“Honestly I wouldn’t call you to fix it even if something did happen, because it would take you too long to show up for the repair, and that’s if I was even able to get ahold of you in the first place.The money saved was not worth this hassle. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself from a giant headache and wasted time.

I went all the way to his supplier in Tennessee to pick out the type of granite I wanted because it was not in stock. Contacted him to let him know I had it picked out. He said he would come the next day to measure my kitchen. I waited at home all day Saturday, but he didnt show up. I texted to ask if he was delayed. No reply. So, Monday I went to his place of business to discuss his not showing and set up another appointment. He told me he forgot to come Saturday. He said he was busy at the moment, but would call later in the day to set up an appointment. He did not call. I do not do business with people upon whom I cant depend. So I canceled my order.

We made an appointment for them to come measure and give us an estimate. We even called them the day before the appt to verify. They never showed or even called. Pretty sorry! After that, we went to Wholesale Granite in Clarksville and were very pleased with their work.

We are building our forever home and chose US Granite for the granite. Very impressed with the cost, communication, and finished product! The granite was measured then installed by the end of the week. We have already had several compliments!!

I have been to this company many times for my fiance to pick up granite objects for his work. He owns his tile business and comes here to buy countertops, bullnose, niches, and more. Good prices, great work. His customers have been happy! They are very nice owners at this company.
