Not really a music store.. more a very very very BASIC instrument store. Worse, they advertise themselves as a competitor to chains such as guitar center... they are not even close... if you want a basic guitar or maybe a sax for high school band? Your in luck.. but if you require any type of pro audio i.e. powered speaker or subwoofer or a mix board or a wireless mic? They may advertise they have it... but they carry NONE OF IT IN THE STORE! understand if you go here for anything other than very basic band or orchestra rentals, YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME!

Honestly I thought this was a good place to go. We went there to get my sons guitar restrung. It was on Sunday may 30th. The woman working didnt know how to do it and said that it would only take 30 minutes to do it and that someone could do it the next day. It is now Saturday the 5th of June and its still not done. My son called on Thursday and they said it would be done that afternoon or yesterday. And still nothing. I would not recommend going there to get anything done to an instrument!

Ive gotten a couple ukes, a keyboard, and quite a few accessories from there. Theyre always really nice and helpful. The store is very clean. They are polite on the phone. If they dont have what Im looking for they try to order it or an equivalent. Great shop!

Took 8 weeks to get a one hundred dollar refund.You are expected to spend 1 thousand bucks right away for a guitar purchase ex. - but if you want a 1 hundred dollar refund for a karaoke machine = Expect a disappointment ( refund check ) & an 8-10 week waiting period ( and a lot of run around ).Nobody should have to wait 2 months during a pandemic for even small refunds!Good luck on your business! Been Looking Online At Music Arts .comFor Some Used 88 Keyboards That Dont Cost Much.Course I Understand Do Sell Music Books On Piano.Had My Mind On Buying Me Used 88 Keyboard.Keyboard I Have @ My House Has 61 Keys.Dont Plan On Selling It.Had This Keyboard Ever Since I Study The Notes.Plan On Still Keeping The Keyboard I Have.I Like Sometime Maybe Have Another Keyboard And Be Able To Entertain Some Of My Friends.

The gentleman that helped us answered all of our questions and helped us make the right selection for our needs. He wasnt pushy and didnt try to upsell us. He was much more concerned about us being happy with our purchase.We have since gone back for cleaning supplies and other random musical needs. They always have what we need, and these people just never stop being helpful. I cant brag on them enough. We wont ever go anywhere else.

This is a home town music store. Employees probably know most of their costumers by name. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and listen to what you need or are looking for. If they dont have it in stock they will see if its available to order. Highly recommend.

Royal music was great but music and arts is absolute trash. Had to buy trombone lyre for marching band, they only had one but we needed 3 so we ordered 2. A month later they call with... 1 lyre. Its been many months afterwards and still only 1 lyre after we paid for 2. Too bad they have a Monopoly in BG.

What a great store! They have good prices and a huge selection of acoustic guitars, electric guitars, pianos, hand drums, drum sets, orchestra and marching band instruments, as well as a repair center, tons of accessories, and really, really nice staff.

Took my sons used trumpet to re-sale to this business. Person working wasnt friendly and told me it wasnt worth his time. Originally bought this trumpet from this company (already used), and my son took great care of it.

Not the store just the company in general. I turned in my daughters instrument a day after they took the money out my account and they wouldn’t refund any of my almost $60 even though I turned it in. So basically paid for something I didnt have.
