Bad experience. The male employee was rude and kept loudly complaining about how tired he was and how he could wait to go home. He told me several times he couldn’t wait to get off work. He wouldn’t leave me alone and let me shop and was telling bad jokes. He also about hit my wife when he went to walked by us fast to put something on the shelf. He wasn’t wearing a mask or face covering either even though they are suppose to be required. He also closed the store down to go on break for 40 minutes. That was the first thing I heard when I walked in was he was closing in 5 minutes. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything.

I bought a hat from lids it was custom made and the manger meca Ann Dunn is a great great manger she is hardworking and is an excellent manger I just wanna say she made my experience great
