I brought my mother in her when chair there to get something. The woman behind the counter came out to greet her and see if she needed any help. Went way over and beyond with customer service if I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I went in to get some weight reduction products. The older woman who came to help me was rude and not helpful at all . Even worse she answered the phone when she was supposedly trying to help me and walked away. I left as a result and definitely will not go back in there. I work in customer service myself and I would never have walked away from a customer. There were other people there working that I am sure could have taken the phone call or spoken to the person and let her stay helping me. Negative 5 stars would be a better rating.

They also do online sales delivered to door and to store. Staff members always ask if they can help me set that up. Im a repeat customer.

My husband and I own Health Works Nutrition here in Bowling Green and if there is something a customer needs that we dont carry we send them to Vitamin Shop. The manager and staff are very friendly and nice and do the same for us. If one of their customers is looking for clean premade meals or a MACHINE Brand product, for example, they send them to Health Works every time! I have even stopped by myself to grab a product on occasion and they know me by name and they always welcome me in. Good people!
