I applied for financing Steve called me and said we were good to go the loan was approved. I called Steve the next day before I left to make sure we were still good as I had to drive just over 3 hrs as I get there he informed me the bank needs tax returns. I am 3.5 hrs from home I got there about 3:15 and finally at 6:30 the bank approved it. While we waited for bank to approve loan we went to look at the trailer and it was damaged on the top right corner so steve said they would pull in and fix the damage. After getting it approved we went out to hook up and noticed they did fix the corner that was beat up but didn’t put the lights back on Steve said they would ship them to me we will see if I get them. Overall I was very irritated about the whole situation. I am happy with the trailer but the experience there was not great I was recommended to the company from a friend who bought a enclosed trailer there.

Called and talked to a sales man named Thomas, great guy. Answered all my questions and I set up a time to drive down from Lexington Ky to look at a trailer. Purchase went smoothly, they even helped me get a spare tire for the trailer as well as a new 2-5/8 ball and hitch for my truck. He even made sure the trailer and truck were leveled. Overall all the fine folks at Trailer World were very helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer or needing repair. It’s worth the drive to get the job done right the first time.

Trailer tire number 2 blew on the way to the Tri-Five Nationals. Stopped by the next morning and the crew at Trailer World took care of everything super fast, super efficient, very helpful!! Would highly recommend! Big shout out to Marshall & JR.

Salesman Steve is great. However called on Monday inquiring about registration as trailer can’t be towed for commercial purposes without plates. Was told by financial guy that it’s waiting on the bank and he would follow up in a couple days. Returned call today as inquiring and financial guy let his temper go because he took a follow up call as an argument. A simple call from Trailer Work as the seller following up would stop the customer from having to call. Trailer World has forgotten that irritating customers with the attitude that they can’t be bothered will lose them sales in future.

I bought my 24 ft. Cargo trailer back in August of 2020 it has several screws that have came out due to the manufactures shoddy work man ship. The trailer is made by Lark manufacturing Inc. in Douglast Ga. they also missed several screws that is suppose to hole the aluminum skins onto the wall studs.I well it’s been 6 mounts now and my trailer is still untouched as for as correcting the pour workmanship. I would highly recommend NEVER buying any trailer that is made by Lark manufacturers Inc.I have them over and over again that they would send new Skins so Trailer world could fix the problem. I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING From LARK MANUFACTURERS in Douglas Ga.1213 Wheeler Ave.S Douglas GA.

We’ve been waiting for two hours for our trailer that needed a little work before we could pick it up. The workers went on break while we are waiting. We won’t buy from here again.

Drove an hour and a half to get all the way out there to buy a trailer. The location was very easy to find and they had a decent selection of trailers to choose from. The trailer sales personnel were all very friendly and helpful. Though we pretty much knew what we were looking for and what we wanted it was nice to have a better explanation and guidance from these gentlemen. We chose a 2021 6×12 v-nose trailer and then went into their site and was able to buy the appropriate size ball and chocks for install. Im very happy with the purchase and grateful for all of the help!

Didnt have what I needed

Bought a new aluminum enclosed trailer for more than $20,000...it arrived damaged from delivery. Talked to Keith Ryan and he promised to make sure we would get the panels and items to repair it....trailer was purchased August 15 of 2018 and we are still awaiting!...made many calls and even emailed Keith but he did NOT respond.....STILL WAITING, KEITH!!.... Love Our trailer BUT would NEVER buy from this place again.

I bought the 34’ lark 14k trailer. For the price it’s turned out to be a great trailer... The fit and finish is rough and it’s not overly square, but we loading it with an easy 8 thousand pounds andPulled it 2300 miles across I 40...It performed great, tires, bearings, and all, rolled at 70 to 75 mph totally smooth....Thanks for the great trailer...

Bought trailer from here blew a tire needed to replace fender.live 3 hours away. First fender we got was wrong size and metal. Daughter-in-law pick up for us cause she was workin in area. Then they ordered another one. Still wrong size!!!! We drove all the way down there to exchange wrong size! Also bought light sent wrong one! What makes us mad is no apologies let’s see what we can do to make it right. Nothing!!!!but she did say at least it’s a nice day! Won’t buy from here again!!!

First time to visit this place. I was blown away with the number of trailers of every size, type and description outside as well as the parts inside. However, there are SO many trailers everywhere that you can hardly find a place to park. In fact, while I was waiting to buy parts, they had to come get me to move my truck almost against the building in order for a huge trailer to get by. VERY tight traffic! Inside the parts department I found the guy was very knowledgeable but not really so friendly, though still very helpful. All that said, if you need a trailer or trailer parts this is definitely the place to go.

What a nightmare this company is to try and get warranty work done. I purchased a new 28 foot enclosed trailer and the entry door is rusting. I have made numerous calls and sent pictures with many promises of return calls that doesnt happen. Best bet is to research a company that will stand behind their product.

Left a deposit of $500 to hold trailer and then gave them money down required by the bank for finance.i also paid for delivery and purchase of a spare tire. After backing out of the deal they would not give me any of my money back after several phone calls to try and get my money back. Be careful of leaving a deposit.... I didn’t think lawfully they can keep money required as down payment by the bank or money paid for a service or a product I did not receive. Their reason was they said it’s because they could have sold the trailer several times while I had a deposit to hold it. Be cautious of this place and don’t give them money down unless you plan on getting what ever you buy that day.

Weve wasted more than 3 days of vacation (and possibly more to come) fixing mistakes apparently u guys didnt tell us about on the tow dolley. Now we have a blown tire, busted and melted wires, including having to pay for a bolt because of you. Weve wasted more than $300 on gas also because of this.

I was very dissatisfied 2020 diamond c dump got back home 3 hrs away wheel seals leaking an brakes then began not working sent parts a week later an we where out several hundred in mechanic charges to get replaced ..no chains or latches on back doors to hold open ...left message for richard the owner never returned call.....do not waste time on talking to sales manager keith doesnt return emails

I strongly suggest avoiding this place. The people seemed nice and genuine, so we initially felt good about buying a travel trailer here. However, 3 of the mattresses and TV from the advertisement were missing, and we later discovered the water heater was broken. The worst part was we immediately had 2 tires blow out in 2 days while we were driving with our baby in the car. So Im pretty livid. They definitely sold us a false bill of goods.

In short* customer service AFTER THE SALE sucks!!!!* trailer WILL NOT pass a D.O.T. inspection* WILL NEVER BUY A TRIALER FROM THEM OR BIGTEX AGAINI bought a brand-new BigTex 22GN in August 2016 from Trailer World. After I gave Keith a certified bank check, on his way to the back, he stopped and talked to three or four other customers while I waited in his office. After he finally got back and I had signed the title, I was told to wait tell after he got another persons trailer ready so they could head back home. Two hours after I got there we finally it to the trailer lot (1/4 mile down the road) to get my trailer. But before I could leave he had to take the ramp support arms off another trailer to put on mine. Before I left, I asked him on that SAME day I asked about a deck-over-the-neck, how much, when I could get one, and when I could have THEM install it. As of September 21st, after 5 calls I still have not heard anything from Trailer World.And then there was the trailer. On the very first load, I had almost no trailer brakes. Called Trailer World to have them fix the problem, They wanted $100/hr. to adjust the brakes, and it would take about 1 1/2 hrs.

These guys went above and beyond what they needed to to get me my trailer. I picked it up at 8 PM on Saturday, which is five hours after closing. Many thanks to Dave for sticking around and badgering the manufacturer to get it to me
