Just got let go for having trouble focusing on my first day. They hired me fully aware of my ADHD then when I explained to them that of course on my very first day Im gonna have trouble focusing, its a new environment to me, they responded with they were fully aware of my disability and it did not matter as they work with highly dangerous chemicals. I will be contacting my local EEOC office, as this situation was poorly handled on Management and Human Resources behalf. If this comment gets removed before the issue is resolved Ill just keep posting it and it will be posted on other review sites.
