Ive used them for years. Great prices and selection, I did however have a issue with the last purchase I made. After reading some of these reviews I was hesitant to call and discuss the problem. Long story short they were easy to work with, corrected the issue, and more than made up for it.

I first learned of Simply Mulch from contractors who were assisting me with clearing brush on my property, as this place accepts yard debris.Later, I heard their name again, this time from a local tree service that was pruning and clearing trees from my property. They were also using Simply Mulch for the disposal of the debris from my property.In search of gravel, a week later, I visited Simply Mulch myself. I went to the location on Veterans Memorial Lane. I was really impressed with the selection of mulch and gravel. I got great service and ordered 5 yards of gravel for delivery the following week.In short, Simply Mulch is a great resource in Bowling Green for both disposing of your yard debris and also sourcing the mulch and/or gravel you may need for your property.

I dont understand why I had to be taxed so much when I drove there to get the product. I think the western mix will be really good fir my garden but I did find a lot of garbage in it. Plastic and such.

Their western mix wont even grow weeds, topsoil is full of large clods that are near impossible to break up by hand. Unfortunately they are the only ones around that sell bulk compost.

Prices are reasonable, friendly staff, good selection of stones, boulders, gravel, and mulches. Delivery fee for small jobs is kind of expensive but good deal for large orders.

After calling all of the options in and around BG for a load of driveway gravel we opted to use Simply Mulch because of the great costumer service. They consistently seem busy, with continuous phones ringing and they never made me feel rushed, or seemed annoyed by all the questions. Every associated I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable about their products.We placed our order on Friday, and it was scheduled for delivery the next business day, they called before leaving the business, and showed up when expected. The driver did an amazing job spreading the gravel while he dumped it. We had minimal work to do, because he did such a great job! This is the only place we get our mulch and will be the our go to spot for gravel.

So we ordered two inch stone, receved four plus inch stone. Not really a huge deal because it was just a base. Weed barrier was pinned down after blacktop. For whatever reason the driver backed past the pavement, breaking the driveway to pieces. Onto the weed barrier sunk in mud tore barrier to hell spinning his tires. Left me a broken driveway, and all the barrier tore up under small boulders. Owner was rude and told us driver had to back up that far to dump it where we wanted which is not true. He was instructed to back to edge of driveway and dump it. Tried to have a reasonable conversation with the owner and all she did was constantly talk over me before finally hanging up. Told me I just wanted somthing for nothing even tho I never asked for a penny back. Refused to even come look at it. Never again.

Love this place! Great customer service and products!

They have the market monopoly in Bowling Green. Not cheap, topsoil is not really good for growing things. Mulch is great and a lot of choices. Rocka and stone, very expensive.

Since the owner wants to block me from commenting on Facebook when I addressed an issue about a disrespectful employee I guess they forgot about google and Yelp hahaha so heres the deal. My mother went in needing some info on how large a yard of mulch is. The employee said its a bucket full on the front loader. When my mother asked what a front loader was they employee rolled her eyes at my mother. The owner responded saying my.mother asked for a 1/2 yard of mulch (not true) then proceeded to say she asked them to dump the mulch in her flower beds WHICH SHE DOESNT HAVE!!! She did ask if they can dump it in her yard which she was told yes but she had to sign a waiver WHICH SHE AGREED TO DO. Then the owner said my mother asked them to spread the mulch for her (also not true) BUT still never addressed the issue of the rude employee only deflected and lied about the things that have nothing to do with the tea in china!!!! So if you want superb service I recommend Luxury Landscaping in Glasgow KY. They were super helpful and extremely kind and considerate. Unlike the folks at Simply mulch. Take your hard earned money else where youll be glad you did!!!
