Today I went into Lane Bryant on 11/04/2021 around 3:30 or 3:45 down at the Tukwila location. The lady’s are awesome. They where very helpful and nice to make sure I got the correct size and band. It was my 2nd time in there within a few week’s or so. Definitely awesome employees that made my experience excellent. The Company did a wonderful job hiring a awesome group of lady’s!

This is the best place to shop. They always remember your name and are very helpful and friendly. Plus, the store is always clean and very well organized

They are very helpful at this Lane Bryant. There is often a very robust sale and clearance area that is fine to shop and there always seems to be some sort of door buster pricing. The staff is always very sweet and attentive without being over bearing and the dressing rooms have great lighting and our large and comfortable. While the styles of Lane Bryant might not be my favorite, you can always count on them to have a amazing selection of bras and panties. They will try to trap you in the coupon game as Lane Bryant is known to Heavily coupon you to make sure that you keep coming back for the endless sales and deal.’s.

Good selection of clothing, they dont know any other price than $69 most of the time. The people at the cash registers are very untrained at how the register works and therefore take forever to check you out. I use gift cards and even some of the managers dont know you can use the scanner to read the code as opposed to typing it in manually. Expect to take 10 minutes to do the transaction at the register.

Large selection and the ladies in there are very helpful.

The associates were SO NICE and attentive. I came in to exchange a pair of jeans I bought online that didn’t quite fit how I imagined. The ones I was exchanging them for were a little pricier, and to be honest I’m not 100% sure why, but she price matched them for me! Maybe they were on a sale and I didn’t realize. Anyways, nice ladies working here!!!

The sales associates are really kind however their supervisor or manager needs to humble themselves both times I have dealt with her-the gal with the pink hair she has made snap judgments and was very impatient and unwilling to help with Lane Bryant card issues. I truly don’t like how she handled me and my purchases both times. I won’t be going back. Sadly that means I either have to drive further out or take my plus size shopping to the internet and possibly not shop Lane Bryant any longer. I absolutely love visiting this store. Im able to get clothes in sizes (and shapes!) that fit, are comfortable, and soft. I go absolutely nowhere else for bras; theyre high-quality, come in a WIDE variety of sizes and shapes/types, and I always get an absolutely perfect sizing and fit. The ladies who work here are always cheerful, kind, and go out of their way to make sure I always have a pleasant shopping experience.

Love this store. A lot of the sales ladies are very knowledgeable about the brand and are fashion forward. For example they will know if you need to change your sizing in a certain style. I have to say my favorite one is Rachel, but I have received exceptional service from a few others as well. Store manager is focused on customer experience,and it shows how organized and well presented the store is. Thumbs up!

Love Lane Bryant!! This store is staffed with extremely helpful ladies! I just wish they had more dresses in my size but that’s hard to keep up with making sure every dress is still available in EVERY size!

Normally this place exceeds my expectations. Employees greet you when you come in the door and ask if you need help while youre shopping. Not this visit. Almost felt like I was being avoided. Once in a dressing room, service was back to normal. Employee even switched out an item for me. Thanks! And the gal who rang me up was super nice.
