We were not able to get approved for a home through them, which is fine but we did put down $1000.00 down payment that was 100% refundable. Weve been asking for our money back for a month now and have not received it. Everytime we ask about it we are told they forgot to file the form for it or that the person that does it is out this day. Everyone was so nice during the process of trying to get approved so I dont want to think we are getting the run around but thats sure what it feels like

The staff and there sub contractors all are really nice. They all did a remarkable job highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new home they are awesome people to work with.

The first one that came in was all wrong colors. They tried to convince us to go on and take delivery then they would fix it once it was on our lot. I refused because in the paperwork it said once I told them to deliver it it I had accepted the way it was. 2 weeks later they called and said they ordered a replacement. Then the set up was a disaster finally the main guy to came to look at it they finally fixed some things but now 5 years later the siding still pops off the end of the house Everytime it gets hot outside. They attempted to fix it a few times then just quit showing up when Id call. They even went as far as putting roofing nails through the outside of the siding to hold it on. They did come back and replace the peices theyd nailed through but that was the last time they ever bothered showing up. If you buy one and have problems stay on them because once they have the money they lose interest in making things right. I refer to them as KY nightmare.

Customer service at Claytons is better. My experience here was disappointing and shocking because they were not concerned with giving me there undivided attention. I hate to bring race into this but I want my fellow black people to know that they were jumping up to cater to the white people instead of speaking to me about many questions I had. I ended up getting so frustrated after a point I just went across the street to Claytons where the woman actually sit down with me to answer my concerns. Where when I walked up to Kentucky dreams I got greeted at the door by him handing me a paper and told me to circle what I like. Going off all these comments I had high expectations that fell flat. I took my time to drive an hour out of my way expecting good customer service but Could not get a consistent 10 minutes. There was one gentleman who was trying to be more attentive but the guy who kept ignoring me told him to go take care of his customers like Ryan you were not even helping me properly. I did like some of the homes here but there are other places with same or similar homes.

I about fell out when I saw a 200k dollar mobile home. Was not more than five years ago you could get a 28x48 double wide for 35-37k. Now it is starting around 60k I hope that the value does not fall off a cliff like all mobile homes have on resale.

Did not get any service. Came in an hour and a half before closing. Sales man came out to tell us they were in the process of closing and would not be able to show us around. I would recommend going across the road they were there and ready to show us around.
