Its one of the only places in this area that caters to this type of industry, power sports...off-road vehicles. Unfortunately they have gone above and beyond to take advantage of that fact. My family has purchased several high end items that they sell there, we didnt have the option to shop around and wanted to support our local business. If only they had given us the same respect we had given them! Its truly not hard to give good service, I would have been satisfying with that! The fact that our last experience was just unacceptable...no thank you!

I wish 10 Stars were available, I would give them that. I am not mr. Fix it, so I was a little apprehensive about purchasing our first ATV for my boys. I would recommend Lost River to any first time buyer. The sales staff was knowledgeable an answered all of my questions. I was given instruction about maintenance and upkeep on the ATV. If you purchase a vehicle from them, you get a discount on accessories such as safety equipment. We were treated so well by all of them. Cant say enough good things about Lost River!

Every time I bring my bike to get checked they check the wrong thing. Every time I try to order a part. They order the wrong one. The Customer service is the worse I’ve ever seen. Noah is the only person that know about bikes in the whole building! I do not recommend taking your bike there. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING!!

I called and made an appointment for an oil change for my bike. That’s it. I get told it’ll be 75 dollars and I bring my bike there. They get done in about 45 mins - 1 hour and ask me to pay and it’s 220 dollars. I refuse to pay and they make it 120. Not coming back here again and directing anyone I know with a bike to go somewhere else.

Couldn’t be happier. This is the 3rd time I’ve been up here from Nashville just for this place. Everyone there from sales, to the back office was very helpful and awesome. Purchased a small atv in June. Didnt run and was brand new. Took it in and they ordered me parts to put on. Still didnt work, took it in for them to fix. I was told I would get back on a certain day and they didnt complete. The part they have to install is literally a plug in part. I was at the store over a week ago when they received it. They have no integrity there. I have purchased many bikes from them in the past but wont again. Daughter has been able to ride her wheeler since I purchased in Jun and now its Sept. They have do e nothing to make it right. Drive the extra distance a deal with someone else.

This review is for service department only. I brought a Suzuki Intruder in to have a charging pigtail put on the battery because the battery is rediculously hard to get to on this bike. They called and said it was ready. I went and picked up the bike and paid them. Only when I got the bike home did I notice that they had NOT done the work. I took it back and the guy at the service counter was indignant and rude. Even though they worked on it again, they didnt get the job done correctly. Im pretty sure that whatever mechanic there that worked on it didnt know what he was doing. Ill never go back there again.NEW UPDATE ON MY REVIEW! There is a NEW service department manager and technicians. After I found that out, I took this same bike back to Lost River and they made it good. Ive even had them work on another problem and they did a GREAT job. I can now confidently recommend them to work on your bike too!

Cocky, rude and arrogant. My fiancé and I went in today looking for parts for our little ones ATV. While telling him what parts we needed, he rudely interrupted by telling us it didn’t matter what information we had, he didn’t care to help. He brushed us off. So embarrassing! When we do look for a bigger ATV, we will take our business elsewhere. We went down the street to Big Country, who gladly looked up the parts we needed, and was happy to order them TODAY!

The team here worked very well with me on the purchase of my 2017 vulcan vaquero. The service department was a little slow while waiting to take the bike home prob took about 2 hours. Was doing a track day at NCM. Broke a peg on my CBR600RR. No one close by with no spare parts. Lucas and Todd hooked me up with a peg off of a used bike. Saved my track day and some serious $$$$. These guys are worth doing business with. If they can help you, they will.

I brought my Yamaha motorcycle in with a carburetor issue. Upon dropping it off I told them to diagnose the issue and call me with the result and an estimated cost for the repair. I instead got a phone call telling me the work had been completed and my bike was ready to be picked up. I was greeted at the service desk with a $500+ bill. The bill of sale clearly had my request to have the bike diagnosed and to call for further instructions. After bickering with the service manager about the clear disregard for my instructions, he took approximately $50 off my parts on the bill. After paying the bill, admittedly the bike rode very well that day. However, the next day I went to turn the bike over and it would barely idle. I paid $490 and some change to have what I assume were subpar parts installed and a bike in just as bad of shape as it was dropped off in. I will not be returning for future service.

This place is a joke. A DONT EVER TAKE YOUR BIKE, QUAD, UTV, ETC THERE TO BE FIXED!!! They take their sweet time getting to it, then when your warranty adjuster shows up they ignore them and piss the warranty people of so they screw you in your warranty. Then to put the cherry on top, lost river charges you an inspection fee to do absolutely nothing other than to tear it apart and fudge it up when they attempt to put it back together. DONT BUY FROM THEM, DONT UTILIZE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT, JUST DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL!!!!!!

I brought my bike in for a major service plus quite a few extras, over 1400 in work. After 400 miles on my bike after service I am very happy with everything I had done to it. It feels like a completely different bike now. So the skill of the mechanic that worked on it gets the 3 star rating all by himself. But why I didnt give 4 or 5 stars is because it was difficult to get my questions answered by the service manager and it even bordered on talking down to me at times simply because I didnt know as much as him, so maybe my questions were elementary to him? But it really made the experience more frustrating and i walked away still wondering if maybe I should have gone somewhere else. So the customer service side of this place isnt wonderful but the guys that do the work seem to do great work as far as I can tell.Learn to listen to customers more and help us learn rather than it being too much trouble and Ill give a better review in the future.

Our flexible schedule is closing and Lost River Powersports is recommended by Steve Ezell to put our storage containers, windscreen, and new front fork seals on our Yamaha FZ07. I was on a trip in Kentucky with a friend and had a valve stem go bad. Tim was able to find a replacement, and when the tire turned out to be damaged, a replacement Dunlop. All on short notice, and at a good price. Art White is an ace mechanic: he had the tire replaced in less time than it took to have a cup of coffee, so we were able to continue the ride.

Best of the best. It was a pleasure to deal with Lost River Power Sports.Quick and professional and extremely nice. I will recommend them every time.

Went to Lost River Power Sports due to really bad wooble on my 2005 VTX 1300R. Wanting to get steeing bearing replaced after lucas checked my bikes front and tires he advised me bearing were ok but I did need tires. They could have done the change instead they saved me money. Now Im happily riding on Michelin Commanders.Rides like new bike

Brought in my motorcycle wheel with a new tire to swap out. Waited 20 min for them to return from lunch. Once my old tire was removed, I was told I had to wait an additional 15 min because a vehicle needed to be prepped! DUH! It would have taken 2 more min to install the new tire, BUT NO!!! Wait & Wait & Wait.... They treated me like I was unimportant! Complete disregard that I had been waiting 45 min now!Im a former State Certified Master Motorcycle/Automotive Mechanic and a Multi-Dealership Service Manager.Do not service this Establishment!

Great job done to my bike, minor issue resolved quickly & professionally

Great people there.

They took our money (cash) to prepay the order of a needed part. After not hearing from them within a week as promised, we called to check on status and were told the part would be in by 2:00 pm the next day. We called the the next day after 3:00 pm and were told it would be another week, they would call us when the part came in. Another week passes with no news, so we call them again and there is a lot of confusion about whether the part was even ordered the first time though we had a sales reference number on our dated receipt. They apologized and said the order was now placed and confirmed delivery in one week, they would call. Week three no call. We called and this time they said they could not get the part and would send a refund check. After another week and no check received, we finally had to go back to the store in person to get a refund. This is some of the worst business practice and customer service we have ever experienced. The next dealer down the road was able to locate and deliver the part in less than 3 days, should have gone there first and skipped Lost River Powersports.
