I went to the store to buy shotgun ammunition. They had a very good price so I ordered several cases. While it took a few weeks to come in the management did exactly what they said and honored the sale price.When I entered the store today I was greeted by a friendly face at the kiosk just inside the door who was very helpful and called for someone to assist me. The crew at the sporting goods desk was knowledgeable and very prompt. They had my truck loaded and out the door in a flash. I will definitely return and recommend them to my friends.Thank You!

Love gander. Marcus, the owner, not so much. Took a great buisness, gander, and pretty much shot it in the heart. Fortunately, the house, another outdoor sports buisness he acquired has survived his buisness sense thru no fault of his own. Theyve been doing well all along including the framed bicycle line.

I am one that doesn’t do well with change so I have put off seeing anyone in Greenville for about nine months. I finally made appointment with Mitzi Gander and had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and amazing. Mitzi Gander was great she was considered and made it so easy to talk to her. I highly recommend her to everyone.

If your looking for hunting stuff or ammo this is no longer the place for you. They do not carry anything like that anymore. Came to look for some shells but to my surprise they got rid of EVERYTHING not rv or camping related. Disappointing.

Did not have what I was looking for. But went out of their way to help me. Customer service was awesome.

Gander had everything the local gun stores and the Cabelas in town didnt have, and hasnt had all summer.

Great place to shop for hunting gear

I ordered a surge protector online. The unit was missing the cover and the factory seal had been cut, so I requested a return. I received a return label on 8/27, mailed it on 8/28, Gander received it 9/1. As of 9/23 the refund has not been processed so I have disputed the charge with the credit card company.I spoke with three different customer service reps and all of them claimed to have completed the return and refund and advised I would receive a refund on my card within 5 business days. I would not buy another item from Gander based on the above experience.

Massive store. Its the Walmart version of outdoor products.

Was told a certain game camera was in stock and I would receive it in a few days after ordering online. I paid a little more than every other site for the cameras because I was told they are in stock and I needed them asap. I waited 2 weeks and still had not received a notification it was shipped. I contacted customer service and was told the camera I was told was in stock was actually backordered but more would be arriving in 2 days. It is now a week later and I still have not received a shipment notification.

The store looks good. Unfortunately there are not any spaces for an RV if you need to park overnight while waiting for the service department to open.
