Sadly this company has been scamming my grandparents who are on hospice for the past 6 months by continuing to bill them for oxygen they no longer receive from this facility. They refuse to answer the phones and discuss any billing errors on their part without extensive paperwork being sent in to them first. For elderly dying patients with dementia this is impossible. This business should be held accountable for their unethical practices .
My md ordered oxygen for home use on being discharged from hospital. The young man that came and brought equipment to my home was extremely courteous and very knowledgable about all aspects of the O2 and equipment. Thanks so much Lincare!!!
Communication with this provider has been the worst we could expect. 6 weeks to finally get a CPap machine (which we decided to pick up ourselves), calls to be able to get an app activation code emailed has gone unanswered after several calls in the past month, calls to get results emailed to Dr. Chad has resulted in no results after 3 times (1 call a week in advance of the DR. Appointment). 1 star is even a better grading then we feel they deserve. If you are reading this, you might look for another provider!

This company is pathetic. One week they dont have a therapist, the next week they dont have a manager. So the Glasgow office manager calls(after numerous calls to corporate) and tells my husband the ONLY day he can get a machine is Thursday. Not just the only day this week, but the only day EVER. What a joke! At this point if my husband dies because he quits breathing in his sleep, we will sue!
In calling Lincare to order supplies for my husbands sleep apnea machine I was told that they did not have a record of my husband. I calle the referring physicians office to make sure that I had the correct company and they had the date that we were referred. I called the company back and spoke to the manager Anthony who told me he could not sell me supplies for the machine since he did not have a record of my husband and I explained to him that Lincare had GIVEN my husband a Phillips Respironic machine and we HAD been to the store, and how could they NOT have a record of him?? I asked for the name of the person over the store and he said Ms. Flowers but would not give me a number to reach her so I asked him to have her call me. Havent heard from her yet but I will continue to call the store each day until I talk to ms. flowers or they find my husbands records. I would certainly never recommend this store to any one for medical equipment.
Pathetic. The guys there now days are rude. They forgot my moms oxygen.
