I am thoroughly impressed with this company. I went in to look for a part and a young man named James helped me out and found the part for my dryer. After getting the part i went home to put the part in and it worked perfectly. I went back to the store to look for a fridge because our fridge is getting old and it is very hard to live with out a fridge. When i walked in James was there and he remembered who i was. After going over the dimensions with him we found a fridge that would work and he also beat the prices of all of the big box stores which was great. I highly recommend shopping at this store if you need parts or a new appliance they have it all. They also do service which is very convenient. HIGHLY RECOMMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have delt with them prior to today and normally have a good experience. As for today not so much. Had a scheduled service call from 9-1 I was running about 10 minutes late getting to my house.. I waited until just after 1pm to contact them to see what was going on as I never received any phone calls. I spoke with someone in the office and they contacted the service guy and said they would get back to me. They called me back and advised that the service guy was at my house at 9:05am, he knocked and tried calling but then left. I told the guy that I never received a phone call and no message was left. I even verified they number they had to make sure they had correct contract information. I was a bit frustrated and Im sure he could tell. I then called back later around 2:30pm to speak with Marsha, I was told she just pulled up. I asked to please have her call me. An hour went by and I called back. Marsha answered the phone and I tried to explain what happened, she already knew as she claimed I was calling to argue. Which wasnt the case. I truly wanted to know what their process was for service calls so I would know for the future. She barely let me speak (I did get loud a few times) and she basically said I had an appointment time of 9-1 I should have been home She also was yelling at me as if I was in the wrong. . I know Marsha as her and her husband own this business is the one that will receive this review. But this is also for other consumers, that way they can decide if they want to do business with them.

We just went back and bought a washer and dryer set.The owner Marsha along with her staff are ALWAYS professional, knowledge and courteous. I had a scheduled appointment from an Electrolux warranty repair. I called there office directly Tuesday & made the appointment. I waited home all day and I called 2 times to see ETA.The owner was rude and unprofessional and said I cancelled the appointment. I have a washing machine & drier in the middle of the house broken- why would I cancel. She refused to accept the error and come fix the problem today. I do not recommend this business.

I had Mike come to my home for my washer. He checked it out and of course i did not want to spend the money to fix it. They do not make things to last. I went to his place and bought my washer. I have been doing business with M&M for over 10 years. The staff are wonderful and very informative. Had service call on my washer and dryer. Repaired on first service call. I also order filters for my refrigerator from them. I enjoy doing business with family owned business. Im never disappointed with this company.

Our freezer door broke and stopped working properly. We could only open it a few inches, and it wouldnt shut all the way either. They shower up quickly, and quickly identified the problem (some broken screws on the rails), and they fixed it fast. They were very professional, and did a great job.

I have plagued with a brand new Frigidaire refrigerator ( just barely out of warranty) that has been “repaired” by a variety of repairmen probably TEN times. Mike of M& M is the first to thoughtfully look for the the cause of the recurring problem and FINALLY fix it.I recommend this appliance repair business without reservation.
