They were very well organized and communicated with us accurately and on a timely basis. We always knew what was happening and they finished all repairs when promised. The vehicle came back to us literally looking like new and as a bonus, the cleanest it has ever been! I would highly recommend East Coast Collision for your vehicle repairs. They did an excellent job and even cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me. A part had come into them damaged. They called and told me about it, had the part overnighted to them and still had my truck completed on schedule.

Please don’t go anywhere else ! They are honest and will explain in detail your options. I had a rear bumper that had been collapsed on the right side and patched together shortly after the accident. Not a good job and it came apart after a year. East Coast gave me the options and it’s a car I love and own so I had a new cover replaced and the bumper. The price was very reasonable and less than I had expected. They also did a custom painting on the side molding creating a metalic blue to match wheel caps I had.The result awesome, on time and a pleasure dealing with honest, friendly people.JC

The staff there were very friendly and attentive. They communicated well and did a great job on my car. I would definitely go there again. Only thing Id ask to change is that theyre open longer hours or add Saturdays so theyre more accessible around work schedule.

Well you really have to know where this place is it is a wonderful collision shop I absolutely trust them with our car they will tell you if it is safe to drive or not if it is not someone will pick you up from Enterprise if you need to rent a car they arranged everything and their work is very good Jenna in the office is a jewel although she is leaving soon to become a nurse. I wouldn’t recommend them for anyone! The owner makes all these verbal promises over the phone but backs out on their word when questioned. They are just in it for the money and not the quality of the job! It’s really sad how horribly they treat people & their belongings. They have horrible customer service and are full of lies! Definitely 1 Star worthy. It’s sad that they didn’t make right on their promise and I wish I wasn’t lied to. I would recommend doing full research on them and the facility before sending them any type of payment or business! They also promised me refund payments in increments once everything was said and done. They Instructed me to reach out to them once the work was done they could afford to refund me for a botched job. Once the work was done, I reached out to them and never received an answer or reply. They have no heart for humanity or their work. They clearly are only in this for the money. It’s very sad the front they will okay. Buyer beware of their con artist schemes! When ever anyone asks me about my collision repairs I steer them far far away from this horrible, dishonest company.

This place is awesome! From the minute I walked in there they were all so very helpful and kept in contact with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. I didn’t have to lift a finger. They had my rental car situation all taken care of for me. All I had to do was wait for the shuttle to pick me up. When I came to pick up my car I was amazed to see that my car was not only washed but also detailed inside and out!! I also asked a question before I left about an unrelated issue with the car and they fixed it on the spot and for free!! I could not have asked for better service!

After receiving my vehicle when body work was completed I found several areas that were unsatisfactory. I returned the vehicle to fix their mistakes and they informed me that I should have not given them such a bad rating. This upset me. Why should a technician be confronting me. I told them they got what they deserve with the rating. Well see what they have to say when I pick up the vehicle this time. I feel like a Schoolboy that was lectured.

I was more than pleased with the work that was done and the timely manner in which it was done. They not only did the repair work but also did some detail work including cleaning the interior and making it smell showroom new. While I hope I never have another accident and need their services, if I do they will be the ones I use.

Yes they will fix your car to new. But they wont clean up after themselves. Its been a few months and I am still finding dust all over my floors. Seats and books that were in the car. I understand its a dirty process. But use covers?! Also noticed there is a few little parts missing. End caps. And they left a rubber door seals in my car in the back seat. Its a shame some people are paying big bucks and they get a mess in return. Knock on wood I never need an auto body shop again. But if I do. It wont be them.
