Noting good to say. I have online order guided by Suncore rep. over the phone. Part delivery in week been wrong. Call back to get right one they dont have it and they dont know when will have correct one. Asking for return and return one more week and loop with UPS they have to send you return label but they send you approval for return. After return start deal Get money back if you can. Increase escalate to Paypal service to get refund. Suncore customer service send you e-mail not return your money with the reason have to close Paypal case first and after get money back. Gambling in casino is better way to spend your money. Will not recommend anyone to deal with Suncore company.

Worse place to buy any parts from them my struts went out within 3 months. They never reply nor do they make things right. It took 3 weeks to reply about a rebate low and behold I never got it. Do yourself a favor order from Amazon or arnott or you will be wanting to drive to Florida to handle things because their taking the hard working mans money. This is why people go to jail taking my 500 bucks

After purchasing a BRAND NEW front strut for my Mercedes GL550 it failed (defective) after just 2 days...the installation charge from my mechanic $400.00Well, I contacted Marcelo (sales guy) and he assured me that they “have never had one failed”, so I believed him and received a replacement the next day.Another $400.00 installation charge from my tech on the SECOND BRAND NEW QUALITY ASSURED STRUT and it failed AGAIN, this time within 10 DAYS!!!!!!!So I contacted them AGAIN and asked a manager “where do they get this parts from? He replied CHINA!!!I should have known this fact from the beginning I WOULD HAVE NEVER bought ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.After spending $800.00 for 2 FAILED (BRAND NEW AND INSPECTED PARTS) I decided to purchase it from my local Mercedes-Benz dealer for $350 more than what I bought this piece of S- - T PLUS AGAIN ANOTHER $400.00 install charge.After all is said and done a $325.00 part ended up costing me $1,525 PLUS TAX, AGGRAVATIONS TIMES 3 AND BEEN WITHOUT A CAR FOR ALMOST 3 DAYS...PLEASE BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEY WILL REPLACE YOUR DEFECTED BRAND NEW PART SEVERAL TIMES BUT NEVER REFUND OR HELP YOU COVER THE INSTALLATION CHARGES.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CHINESE INFERIOR POORLY MADE PRODUCTS!!!!!!!

Suncore Industries is a pleasure to deal with. They have helpful knowledgeable employees that take care of the customers needs. A pleasure to deal with. The products are in stock and ready for fast delivery no waiting days or weeks! I replaced my failing Arnott Coil Over kit with the Suncore Coil Over Replacement kit solution. Suncore was half the price and the product provides a better ride. (see pictures below of my failing Arnott product after just six months of normal use)I had originally purchased the Arnott Coil Over replacement package ($1200.00) for my 2004 Jaguar XJ8. Unfortunately for me my mechanic purchased it through a third party supplier so my warranty with Arnott does not exist. Within six months of use five of the top mounting studs on two of the Arnotts broke off due to defective (cheapo junk) studs that Arnott used in the manufacture process. I called Arnott to discuss this defect and they quickly responded you did not purchase them directly from us you have no warranty The tech support admitted they had a bad batch of mounting studs but there was nothing they could do for me. I asked if I could return the two faulty units to Arnott and pay them to have the faulty studs repaired and they said NO. (They do not do repairs) Arnott told me my only solution was to buy a complete new set (4) of their Coil Over replacement kit (quoted me $1400.00). Arnott would not sell me the two single units that I needed. I spoke to several people there they just dont care about supporting Arnott products. Two of the Arnott struts I purchased are flat out defective and could have caused a major car accident and personal injury to my family. Arnott is aware they have defective product on the road and they do nothing to correct it. Arnott does not stand behind their product! Very difficult to work with even when you offer to pay them for repairs or replacement products.Suncore sold me a complete new coil over package (4) for half the price of the new Arnott kit. My car ridesbetter and is much safer now. I removed my Arnott coil overs and dropped them off at the scrap yard! ($1200. Loss for me but I feel a lot safe now with Suncore products)

This is probably the best company Ive dealt with regarding customer service. They went well above and beyond what they had to do to make me happy. The product was excellent and worked great. They answered all my questions regarding installation to electrical... I would easily purchase again from them. I give them a 10 out of a 10 in my book

Ordered a strut for my Porsche. They sent a defective part. No one answered the phone for two days. Finally reached someone and they promised to overnight a replacement part. Well it didnt arrive until several days later. That 2nd strut was defective as well. Sent the parts back for a refund. Now no one responds to my calls or emails. I would not recommend this company.

Recently bought an air suspension conversion kit for my 2004 Buick Rainier, and it works fantastic. A fraction of the cost of the air shocks. Hooked up my pop-up camper,,, no problem. The conversion kit was the perfect solution for me.

Highly recommended! My rear shocks on my Escalade developed a slow leak and eventually burned out my compressor as well. Suncore had the full kit for a great price shipped to my door in two days. I had some concerns about the install so I called and spoke to one of the techs there.. Very very knowledgeable, I must say... Great job guys.

Ordered replacement air struts for a Range Rover Supercharged - I have tried numerous times to get hold of technical support, and either they have been useless, or they have promised to call me back and havent. Then I called at 4.45pm (after they didnt return my call for the second time in a week) and got a system message saying they are closed, and that their office hours are 9-5 Monday to Friday. I would hardly call 4.45pm 5pm.I tried their online chat and its NEVER online, so that was useless too.Net-net, Id stay away from a company with such poor after-sales service.

I got socks from here and they are worse then my old pair. I called them and they said they would send me another pair and would be 5 to 7 business days, well its been well over 10 days and nothing. Ive called there several times it keeps telling me the mailbox is full. I also have to pay again to have the new pair put on. I guess Im screwed

Im a manager at Aamco transmissions in Houston. I purchased all 4 new struts for my 2008 Mercedes s550 from suncore 7 months ago, 6 months later front struts went out for what ever reason. Started riding rough. Suncore was a little hard to reach on the warranty probably because they were busy. Couple days later it was resolved. strut was shipped with return label to Houston. I am 100 percent satisfied with the ride quality. No malfuctions. For the price, I would use them again for myself and my customers

Very unprofessional. I was sent the wrong parts. I tried to call someone all day and no one has answered the phone and the answering machine stating that they are closed during the week. It’s very upsetting to spend as much money as one spends on parts to get the wrong item and then can’t talk to someone about them sending the wrong item. I will NEVER order parts from THIS PLACE again and I will recommend that no one that I know buy parts from them either.

Placed order for my lincoln. Kit was supposed to come with : Air springs, Air compressor, gas shocks, and solenoid kit. All I received was the compressor and the shocks. Attempted to call and cannot get any answers, and have emailed but no response. This company is hoghly unprofessional.

I do not recommend Suncore. I ordered both the shocks and compressor for my 05 yukon. First pump did not work out of the box. Second pump was the wrong part as was told to Good morning Ron,The compressor does fit. Normally, the mechanic can try to take the cage off then put the compressor in. The bracket might have to be manipulated a little bit, but all of our compressors are made to work w/the original cages and bracket. Both were sent back for a full refund. Yesterday one shock failed, causing the whole system to fail. Very dissapointed

I googled them, looked ok, I called, they answered. After the sale i had some questions. I left 4 messages last week. this week, i called one more time. A woman answered.. she listened to my concerns. She told me a service tech would call back before the end of the day..It never happened. I spent good money on their best package for my Cadillac deville. I wish i had seen the reviews before the purchase. I am having serous issues with my resr shocks, and the front struts are to stiff.. I will call tomorrow. I hope someone will answer. They are not an INDUSTRY. I figure they are a cheap chinese importer. The Chinese at least andwer their phones. Do not Buy from them.. lifetime warranty or not.

I recently had my air suspension replaced for my Lincoln Navigator with a conversion kit and save a ton. They spoke to my mechanic directly and couldnt ask for better service. It was shipped the same day and I was back on the road in no time!
