Well I stay in boynton beach and needed to exchange shoes for a bigger size went to boynton mall they lied and said they couldnt exchange them so I called Wellington mall they said come we will take care of it and they did ! I will never go to boynton again! I will drive the extra mile for the ppl who care! No wonder boynton mall sucks they cant treat ppl right! They need to train the ppl in boynton ppl have to spend money if they dont want it they wont be there for long!

Im very upset at this point .I made a reservation for my disable son to get the retro 12 varsity and we didnt get no confirmatiin or push notification that we was choosen for the shoes . i really cant belive this . And my points was redeem for a head start

I wish there was negative stars because I’ll gladly give this store a negative 5!!!!! The manager there name Jason is so disrespectful and so rude!!!! The way he talks to his customers is unacceptable!!! If you’re that miserable then you need not work in customer service! PLEASE KEEP WALKING PAST THIS STORE! It isn’t worth your money or your time!!! Corporate has already gotten my complaint and I will be going further up the chain about the manager Jason at this store!

Worst customer service, especially from one of the sales persons his name is Jay, he has the worst attitude and doesnt know how to treat a customers. If you dont want to work, the quit and stay home.

Strictly geared to the teen and early 20 year old. Loud, loud tunes playing, clerks do not offer to assist you although for anyone over a certain age, there was nothing to show you. J left within 2 minutes.

Was looking for shoes for my 9 year old son. You need to carry more brands than just nike or jordans, you had a few others but not enough to shop for any other brand. Not sure if your away or not but many others like myself have sworn to never buy nikes again. After they signed their poster boy, washed up qb that nobody will sign to play for them because his name is tarnished. But thats ok Champs hooked him up with 2 pair of Adidas, your going to lose more customers.

Horrible with snotty employees. Went to return something from their website to the store and they couldnt locate the order even with the confirmation email.Brought entire family home just to get the packing slip and back then the employee (different guy) insisted they needed the phone number for a return. My phone number showed someone elses info (mustve been person that had the # before me but I didnt say anything because he seemed so pleased with himself he got the number he insisted upon, lol) but did the return finally.Would have bought something else from them but not with that experience. Ill make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there either.Now I received a basketball magazine selling shoes. So our address was sold off to some mailing list too. Went to Rack room and they were awesome. Go there instead.
