Best place to get used appliances. Excellent customer service. Tell them what you need and they will tell you what they have. Even mixed and matched for me to find what I needed and could afford. Which everything was reasonably affordable.

Contrary to many of the reviews I had an excellent experience with B&B Appliance. The person answering the phone was courteous. The repair person rang the doorbell at exactly the appointment time. The problem with my oven door not opening was solved to my satisfaction. I would definitely use them for repair service again.

Horrible service. The manager lady is very rude and always seems to be so busy she can not return calls. We bought a fridge from here last month for $200. The lady said it comes with a 60 day warranty. Well, after having it plugged in for a week it was leaking all over the floor and inside. We called and it took 2 weeks for a response which we only got because we had to call again. One of the repair men live just down the street. He came over a couple days later and fixed a tube. It seemed to be fine but it still leaks inside and now inside the freezer and fridge smells like mold. To the point it burns my throat and I cant keep food in it because of the mold. I called to get it fixed and have not heard any response about getting it fixed. It is still under the 60 day warranty and they just dont care. Save your money and buy new or off Craigslist.

Needed a replacement hose to tide me over for the weekend. They pulled one off a used machine with no charge. Good old school service.

I bought a used washer and dryer for about $800 but the dryer didnt worked great once installed. I asked about it because they had said they could fix either machines if there was anything wrong. What they didnt say was they wanted you to pay for a service call plus the part even though the thing was only installed two weeks earlier. So I have suffered with a dryer that takes too long to dry for a couple of years now.I called this week to ask if they would buy it back at any price and the woman said in no uncertain terms No -They do not buy anything from people. Well I wonder where do they get their used stock from then? Seeing how this was a known problem that is just incredibly poor customer service. I will never recommend them or buy anything from them again. Ever. This is a small town. You can bet I will tell everyone I know about it. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO BUY FROM PERIOD.

This company has responded promptly to our LG refrigerator problem three different times and efficiently dealt with the manufacturers problems.

Bought a washer and dryer from them that they said they had refurbished. It has cost us way too much to get it running. Not good.

Called them to ask about doing a repair and the lady on the phone was super short and rude to me. I didnt get a repair from them, so I cant speak to their abilities, but the customer service was awful.

Called to ask a question about parts for a maytag Neptune washer...lady on phone was very rude and unprofessional. Told me she wont let the techs talk on the phone to customers. I asked if I could ask her a question about the washer and she hung up on me. Take your business elsewhere, Bozeman.

The person who answers the phone here is either ignorant or dishonest. Will not be doing business here again.

The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. They will not do any warranty work unless you are willing to foot the bill yourself. I have now dealt with them on a couple occasions and gotten blown off and hung up on. Take all your business elsewhere.
