The Flooring Place had the freezer I was looking for in stock and at a great price. They had it loaded in my truck 15 minutes later which was perfect since my old freezer had just died. Have made several purchases here and will continue to do so, highly recommend.

The flooring place was awesome, very professional and job done in a timely manner. There was some small dry wall damage that they also fixed very quickly. Highly recommend, very pleased with carpet quality and quality of installation.

The installers did a great job! We love the way the floor looks. They stayed late and finished the carpet on the stairs. They even fixed the strip on our kitchen floor. The guys were very friendly. We will always use The Flooring Place.

Who would have thought to buy appliances at the Flooring Place? Well, I got a good deal on washer and dryer. The fridge cost a bit more than online, but I was willing to pay more to ensure it would get installed in time. The delivery team was so accommodating - when the dryer was discovered to be dented, they went back to the warehouse and brought a replacement the same day.

I have to say that Samantha is the most organized, detail oriented person I have ever worked with. She picked up the pieces when another employee quit abruptly and made sure that all the bases were covered to keep the project moving forward, on track and on time. Flooring, tile, lighting fixtures and granite countertops were all handled well. Thank you!

We went to several places searching for appliances and left empty handed until we were finally directed to The Flooring Place by my mom. We were helped immediately upon entering the store and the salesman we worked with, Don, was absolutely amazing. He listened to what we wanted in our appliances and helped us pick out the perfect set. They did take awhile to get, but we were aware of that when we ordered them. We could not love our appliances more and had a great purchasing experience!

My mom was looking for a refrigerator and she was very particular about what she wanted. We met with Jen and she was outstanding from the start. Jen helped me out with choosing the right countertop for my place. When I came in, I had vague ideas about what I wanted but nothing concrete. She helped me price out various options and stones and eventually helped me settle on the granite slab currently installed which I am very happy with. She was available night and day for questions or for going over slabs to choose from. I’d highly recommend her if you want flooring or countertops done in your home!

I have dealt with most if not all of the sales staff here. They are great. Sales staff is knowledgeable about their products. The delivery crews are great as well. They call to verify delivery the night before and then before they leave for the delivery. I highly recommend them.

All in all my experience with the Flooring Place was less than stellar. However there were some shining moments due to various personalities involved with the purchase and installation of a bathroom vanity and granite top. Our sales experience was not what we expected for a variety of reasons. Everything after the sales process went well - immediate follow up once it was discovered that the wrong vanity had been sent; warehouse staff; installation by a contractor; vanity top laser leveling and finally installation. The whole process of purchasing the vanity and vanity top took 4 months. Due to our experience with the Flooring Place Im afraid I would be very hesitant to recommend them.

The flooring place had a great selection. I wanted to replace my floors with vinyl planks, and get new counter tops in my kitchen.The customer service and communication at the Flooring Place could have been substantially better.For example, on the first day the workers were here, I was called and asked what they was supposed to do. The project took a lot longer than I had expected from my conversations with the project manager. The finish work was poor in some areas and the workers threw out 2 rocks from my fireplace. The vinyl planks were placed over the linoleum in the kitchen so there is a rise from the dining area into the kitchen. I was not happy with the response of the owner when he came out to look at the finish work - he seemed dismissive and to minimize some of my concerns. Ultimately, the worker came back out and finally completed the project in a way that was satisfactory. I like my floors but the process was way more stressful than it needed to be. I ultimately ordered my counter tops from another business in town. They were extremely professional and installed them in one day!

Robyn was Professional, a very good listener, with lots of ideas when we were stuck, which helped us find the products that were right for us.

I was extremely disappointed by what I witnessed when I went in to the showroom yesterday. There were 8 employees sitting or standing around the desk. 1 had a mask half on, and the other 7 were unmasked. Then, when I went to the warehouse, the man in the office there gave me attitude when I asked him to please wear a mask, and it took him awhile to even find a mask to put on. This is a clear violation of public safety, and a breech of Governor Bullock’s mask mandate.

The selection of materials at the Helena location of The Flooring Place is outstanding. We used this company when remodeling our home. Our salesman, Nick, was most helpful in sorting through all the choices and met with us at our home to help determine what were the best options based on how we live in our space.

We just love working with these guys. Have used them since moving here in 2001 with flooring for our personal homes, rental projects and clients. We always love their simple strategy of finding the right product in the budget without overwhelming us and wasting time with too many options.Last year we started using them for granite and cabinets and have been very pleased with product selection, pricing and scheduling is always when they say it will be.We have even been able to receive replies back over the weekend when we really had something pressing.However rare, when we have had any issues that needed addressing they are quick to assist and find a solution that works for everyone.I couldnt recommend a company any more highly.

My husband and I worked with Kelsey Hancock when selecting our carpet and padding. She is a true professional and listens to the customer. Our carpet was installed by Chad & Kyle (brothers) who also were true professionals. They were on time and had the old carpet up in no time. New carpet was installed and we couldnt be happier. With BOZEMAN growing so fast it will be harder and harder to have them sub out jobs. We had an issue in the past with one of our jobs and the flooring place made it up to us!
