I recently contacted Tyler Electric regarding a leak that occurred and showed that their original electrician had stapled through a PEX line. The leak occurred three years after the original electrical was completed and started leaking after the staple started to rust.It is important to state that I bought the home from an owner builder and I did not have a contract with Tyler Electric. It was also past the original owners one year warranty. However, with all that said Tyler Electric made a customer service decision and rectified the problem in a reasonable manner.Its sure nice finding a company in this day and age who still have values!

Ive worked with Tyler Electric for the last ten years on my projects. The peace of mind having real pros working with you can not be overstated. I will not use any other electrical contractor. Hire the best, do it once.

We called Tyler Electric for the simple task of replacing a wall receptacle and dryer cable, assuming the cost shouldnt be much more than $20 for parts and $50 for labor. Our mistake was not obtaining a quote beforehand. Tyler Electric billed us $170 for the visit; something that I could have completed myself in under an hour. Next time Ill be sure to ask for a quote upfront, or just do these simple tasks myself.Tyler Electric did complete the work, and they did do it in a timely manner. However, the cost was a bit outrageous. I would only recommend these guys if you know their cost upfront and are okay with it.

Worst experience EVER!!!! Worst company, no integrity and absolutely ruthless. Friendly when trying to get your business, but unprofessional and lacking follow-through thereafter. Builders and homeowners beware! I could never, in good conscience, recommend hiring Tyler Electric.
