Love natural baby company, but their parent company Grovia left a bad taste in my mouth. They made a Smokey the bear diaper, and released it during a time where wildfires are raging in the country, leaving a path of destruction, killing humans and wildlife, and having families lose everything. They say because of a licensing agreement that they can’t turn it into fundraiser product. Ok, that makes sense. But then don’t release the print during this time. Would it hurt to wait a few months? It’s just in bad taste to release a diaper of Smokey the bear right now, especially with no proceeds going to the cause. I will continue my ordering with the natural baby company, but am now selling my grovia diapers, and not supporting them anymore.

I have ordered from the Natural Baby Company a few times. Their product selection is amazing, their shipping is prompt and their customer service is easy to work with! I will continue to shop with them for years to come!!

While Ive only made online purchases as I live in Oregon, this company is incredible and very professional. Their selection and prices are terrific. Quality hard to find products. They take a lot of time to carry the types of toys and products you can’t find just anywhere, and that are safe, environmentally friendly and offer learning opportunities for our family. Shipping to Florida is always quick and often I can get an item in two days.

Shannon is an absolute doll and loves cuddling babies while you shop, she’s even been known to shop for you with impeccable suggestions. If you’re coming to visit for your love of GroVia, the CEO of GroVia/owner of TNBC will drop whatever she is doing in the cooperate offices next door and come spend time chatting with you. She is highly active in her customer community and has an amazing spirit for generosity and fun. Every product in this store is picked responsibly and with care, and I’ve never ended up with a single thing we didn’t love. They’re always coming up with new and innovative ways to keep things exciting, whether it’s diapering a jelly cat, curating gender reveal boxes, or surprising customers with stockings of locally hand-made fitted diapers. The attention given to each customer, whether in store or online, sets this business apart from any other I’ve encountered, and I’ve never been more confident in knowing that I’ve invested my money in a business that deserves it.

The ladies working there were eager to help me get started on cloth diapers. Their advice was honest, they were genuine in advising products to adhere to my situation, and i didnt feel like they were pushing a sale.
