They are always cleaned and stocked with employees that are kind and incredibly helpful.

The customer service was excellent. My order came just as I ordered, it was delivered quickly and the employee who came out was efficient, friendly and very accommodating.

The store itself isn’t bad BUT I feel I should inform everyone that Bret (opening manager today 4/14/21) told me to come in the store after I told him I was having COVID symptoms for the one item I needed instead of working with me over the phone. Just be cautious and aware that there is at least one person in that store who doesn’t care about your safety.

I liked Target,its always clean and the staff is always willing to help you find what youre looking for.The problem is they dont always carry what Im looking for.The selection of food is limited,but it is good in a pinch,especially if youre there looking for non-food items.

My husband always ask why women like Target…..I tell him they know how to display things and don’t jam them together….it’s inviting and appealing…..

Super slow curbside.. use to be better

The only problem I have with this target is that the price tag is not always matched up to the product or there is no price tag for some merchandise at all on the shelfs. Example.... I went last week to get a toddler step stool and on the shelf was only one type of stool which was a gray playtex stool but there was only 2 price tags on the shelf for step stool which one said playtex stool white $8.99 and the other tag said Graco step stool $14.99. There was no white playtex ones and no Graco ones.There was about 10 gray playtex stools on the shelf but no tags for them so I grabbed one only to find out when I got up to the register that it was $14.99!!!! I dont tend to buy and dont like buying something when I dont know what the price is at all. That is my only complaint.

This is a great store if you aren’t looking for anything specific and enjoy shopping empty shelves. I’ve tried for a year and without fail have to leave nearly empty handed because they don’t stock! This is why Amazon wins so much business.

Missable shopping experience. Never liked the store. Communist like behaviors with directional controls and dress code, AKA mask requirement. Boycott Made In China, about 98% of the store goods.

I only give 1 star for the electronics department. There were 3 men standing together behind the counter doing nothing more than BSing. I asked if they carried a power cord for a Google Nest and all I got was a brief “It should be *this type of cord* found in aisle 1”. He had nothing else going on, he could have specifically shown me. Needless to say, I couldn’t find it. So my HUSBAND goes to ask the same guy the same question (3 men still doing NOTHING behind the counter) and the guy tells him that that sort of cord is a proprietary cord so they wouldn’t carry it. Extremely disappointed in the customer service. I wish I would have caught the name on his tag. All of them for that matter.

The employees are kind and always helpful. They know the mask mandate regulations and always handle them appropriately.

This store sold my mom a broken tv when I was 10 and ruined my 10th Christmas by not returning it even though we had the box and reseat this store is why I can’t trust target to this day I hope they bankrupt some day

Love our local target! Staff is always so nice and they recently helped me through a return that was causing me issues- the manager (Cody) was really patient and got me through it without showing any frustration! Always a great experience.

I was just trying to waste some time in target (also picking up some needed products) while waiting for a phone repair, and I kept being asked about every 2 minutes if I needed help. I understand security measures as I’ve worked in jobs requiring that before, but I would have been happy to show them my purse’s contents if they were so concerned. Very frustrating, triggered my anxiety, and overall was a horrible experience shopping.

I was able to get what I wanted for pickup way quicker than ordering on amazon.

This store is just like any Target, I suppose. Their plus size clothing selection is in the toilet though. They have a whole little plus size section (the typical 1/4 of the size of the regular womens section), and I believe its monopolized by a single brand--Ava & Viv or something. The clothing sucks. Its absolutely hideous. Every time I go over there Im horrified at what theyre displaying on the mannequin, as if its socially acceptable to be wearing THAT (whatever that may be because its NEVER good). A sweater covered in pom-poms? Seriously? Horrible choices in cuts and colors and fits. Theyre just awful. The only thing Ive ever been able to find acceptable in that section are basic two long sleeve shirts and a few plain white tanks that I wear under them. Thats it. They try to do this professional working woman style most of the time and it DOES NOT WORK. They need to get a new brand in there. And not every plus size woman wants to always look like shes working in an office! Highly disappointing.My other complaint is about this store specifically. They ALWAYS have carts everywhere and employees stocking shelves. We only go to Bozeman on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. WHY ARE THEY ALWAYS STOCKING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY?? I used to work at Target in my home town doing overnight stocking. THAT is when it is supposed to be done so youre not inconveniencing the customers. I let it pass for the holiday season--I know its always crazy then. But its all year at this store, every time we go. Carts blocking everywhere. Employees trying to stock where youre trying to shop. You know how awkward it is to be picking out medications or tampons (or worse!) when you have an employee there watching you? Ugh! What happened to the overnight shift??

I love Target always friendly cashiers ready to help you get out quickly. Nice store employees were friendly. I arrived there shortly before closing so things were kind of Trashed by customers throughout the day. Well-stocked found what I needed quickly and for a good price

Return/Exchange policy is not customer service friendly! Also they often list the same items on their website at a much cheaper price than in the store. I recommend checking online first otherwise you could be getting ripped off. They will price match to the price that is on their website, but the fact that you even need to do this is ridiculous. Target you better start being more transparent and honest with customers otherwise Amazon will eventually put you out of business!!!

Remodeled store looks much better. Refresh to the store was defiantly needed. Nice to see newer products coming in frequently as well.Biggest changes are the huge tech department remodel, and the photo department is basically gone (Down to 3 self serve kiosks).-1 star for corporate switching over to half of the registers becoming self serve. Lines are significantly longer than normal compared to a few years ago (even accounting for local population growth).

Very big. You can get almost anything you are looking for. Good prices and store is just remodeled so new and up to date. Most employees are college age but do their jobs well. many employees so you can always get help.

This Target is down right fantastic! It is not just the amazing assortment of product that they have but the customer service. Over the years shopping here I have always had a pleasant experience at checkout. Every cashier genuinely seems interested in how my day is going etc., well today was no expection. Today I had Ira, he was a lovely man, speedy with the scanner, and quick with a clever joke. When I forgot my Target Ad Ira was so kind and found the coupons in the current ad that applied to my purchase. This saved me a decent amount of money because, like most women I know shopping at Target, my final total was a little bit more than I had expected. This gesture along with his friendly manner and genuine spirit really started my week off right. Thank you Target for employing such great staff that really go the extra mile!

Target is always a great place to shop and they have quality products at decent prices. Its a great place for all of the things students need and cant beat a having a Starbucks either!

Got a new Consumer Cellular phone here. The Target Tech seemed like he could have a little bit better attitude towards treating customers with respect. He was rude and made some slandering remarks to me when I couldnt produce my new mailing address. I found a phone I wanted and he got it activated. I gave them three star because of the poor customer service I received.q

Target often has the item I am looking for when nobody else does. I foolishly went shopping on Black Friday. I parked at the far end of the lot. By the time I reached the store, I had made up my mind to peek inside and then abandon my quest. However, although the store was packed, I had no trouble locating what I wanted. All registers were running efficiently. I was in and out in no time.

I love this store. Where else can you get 5% off every day with your Red Card? Staff has ALWAYS been helpful and friendly. Love the layout of the store (always clean) and the products they carry (unusual and things you cant find in other places in Bozeman).

The staff is helpful and you can always find someone close by. Everything is unorganized and cluttered, the layout doesnt make sense to me, but I am trying to give them time to work out the kinks. I do like the expanded $1 area in the front, but just about everything else had me ready to rip my hair out. The baby section is a bit hard to understand and there is way too much clearance jammed into a small space. I do also like the added inventory in the bedding and decor departments.

My mom and I went here to figure out why my cell phone cant charge itself up. The phone technicians (I dont remember the ladys name, as well as Gunnar) saved me $ by getting an air bottle spray and he explained to me that the lint in the charger port can cause your phone not to charge up properly. Now thats great customer service.

Not a coupon friendly at all! You should know whats the difference between 1 coupon per purchase and 1 coupon per transaction. You guys should Google it!! I was using 4 coupons per purchase and didnt let me, made me feel like I am stealing stuff with the with the coupons I want to use!!! And the guy that helped me is not happy at all, smashing all the stuff. Oh my gosh!!

What is wrong with Target? The shelves are empty of numerous items but the aisles are so crowded with stacks of boxes of items to be shelved you cant navigate through. Instead of stocking its been my experience the employees are busy resetting the store. Again. The seasonal area looks like a messy garage where pallets and boxes are being stored and its impossible to shop in this area. Target used to be a great place to shop but something drastic has happened in the past year. Its messy and dirty and chaotic. Walmart looks like a boutique in comparison.

Dear Target,I dont know who decided it was a good idea to switch all the clothing to A.N.D but the fabric and quality is seriously sub-par compared to the past brands. I want to like it, its cute...and not functional at all. I ended up returning 2 sweaters b/c the fabric on the arms stretched so much throughout the day (and didnt rebound back) that it looked saggy. Same with the black crew socks. They have a good 45 minutes in them before the fabric stretches and they continuously fall down your leg all day and bunch up. I really miss the old target brands, this new kid on the block isnt as cool as you make it out to be.Sincerely,Someone who doesnt like their socks bunching up in their shoe.

This Target has bee good to me. The bargain section is always pristine. The employees at the returns counter seem to actually want to be helpful - an anomaly at Target in my experience. This particular Target always seems to have just the right stuff at just the right time. Cute clothes, useful gadgets, and the things that people online complain about selling out in there stores - usually around long enough to hit the clearance rack here. Now that theyve added a Starbucks its even more fun to come shopping - although I must admit my kids really miss the Target popcorn. By the way - this store handles major sales days beautifully - I am always surprised at how organized they are for doorbuster events.

Sadly, the policy has changed in the Electronics Department that prevents employees from helping customers with applying screen protectors for electronic devices. Having learned of this policy change, I will hesitate going to the Target Electronics Department for my electronics needs. I have always appreciated the capable staff in electronics at our BZN store.

They have a great clothing selection, great staff and lines are usually short or go fast. They have good sales and toys and beauty sections are good but the arts and food are low on product.

Don’t buy a phone from these guys. It’s not worth any convenience that it maybe. If you buy here your carrier (Verizon) can NOT help you and if you think you can go in at Target convent hours think again. If you make the mistake of not noticing the different hours the horrible customer service won’t help. Easy mistake to make and ZERO help! I will never buy from these guys again!!! Buy your phone from a place like CellularPlus or your carrier direct you will be much happier. You pay the same but the customer service is like night and day. Again horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good products, good service in store. Be wary when shopping for clothing online, I have had items shipped to me that are VERY different from the picture shown on the website and had to be returned.

Always clean. Nice and helpful staff. You can buy stuff online and pick it up at the front. Some in-store prices dont match what is online (i.e more expensive). However, never an issue getting the price adjusted. I shop here over Walmart.

My wife and I have shopped at this Target nearly once a week (or every other week) for several years. The store is always clean, the staff has always been friendly, and quite frankly we enjoy this store WAY more than Walmart. The parking lot is a lot easier to get in and out of than Walmart too!!Products weve needed have always been in stock, and weve never had a hassle finding what we want.
