It was open when it was supposed to be! 🥳 The district manager was so sweet, knowledgeable, and so very helpful. The cashier was just as personable! Disregard prior reviews, it is worth the trip in.

The products they offer is great, but it’d be helpful if they actually posted the correct closing times for their store and updated the website when they were closed for a whole week… wish we had a more reliable products store in Bozeman, customer service isn’t the greatest either most of the people don’t know what their talking about when you ask for advice, highly don’t recommend this store for the management and unreliability.

Worst Sallys location every. Advertised as open from 9-6, waited for the lady to return at 3 who locked the door behind her and told me she was on lunch for another hour. That alone usually isnt enough for me to leave a poor review but her attitude was beyond snippy telling me shed be closed for another hour, like,did not have the look for her?Maybe I couldve if Sallys was ever available or open here. I guess I should be grateful she even gave me the info? Maybe she had a bad day,sure...? I also didnt have the best day and wanted to get some self care items to make the day better... Denied! Guess Ill be buying things online rather than deal with such snubbing

The store used to be pleasant, to come to… but sadly their business is failing here… The customer service is horrible they never update their store hours, I’ve tried going on multiple occasions when I’ve been in town they’re always closed i don’t know if they’ve gone out of business because they don’t put anything on the doors either and online it say their open…. So honestly don’t waist your time going here we have another store in Bozeman and online is always an option

Its a good store but nearly impossible to shop in. For over a month every time I try to shop at this location, it is closed. I called customer care today and was informed that this store is temporarily closed. The person I spoke with did not know why or if they would re-open. She hinted that they may be going out of business.

You guys really should update your store hours online because this is twice now that I’ve showed up thinking you all are open but there are completely different hours on your door. Had the same discussion with a lady who tried to get in too who drove here from Manhattan thinking you were open. You guys were in there too and had the door locked 5 minutes before you closed and just looked at me while I tried to open the door. Not very professional :)

They are never open anymore, even when it says they should be. I come from out of town, and this is the 3rd time that I havent been able to get what I need. Amazon it is.

This location used to be awesome until they started having serious employee problems. It’s extremely frustrating I’m not having regular hours or even set hours, so you arrive and they’re not opened and they don’t even have a sign on the door that says they’re closed because they couldn’t staff

I get you are short staffed and “covid” but you need to change your hours on the doors, the website and etc. the people around bozeman can drive up to two hours to come here when you guys are “open” and you are not! Called corporate office for sallys and they are not much better. Better off shutting down completely

I have tried several times to pick up products and the store is closed during business hours. Today at Noon the lady was locking up the door as I arrived and would not let me quickly pick up a couple items. She stated she had an emergency but I do not believe her. If you read the reviews on here, this happens to everyone all the time.

Got here at 1020 and they still have doors locked no one in sight. Second time at this location they arent open on time. I spend A LOT here so very disappointing.

Store hours say you open at 10 am today and no one was in the store. Its 35 after and the lights arent even on, no managers in sight, and there isnt even an explanation on the front door as to why the store isnt open.Sure was nice to drive out from the other side of town just to sit in a parking lot and see that no one is running the store and only to leave empty handed.If you ever want to waste about 2 hours of your free time thinking youll get what you need when a store says theyre available, only to be disappointed, this is definitely the location for you.

The service is very friendly here. The prices on some items can be a bit high, but the selection is fantastic.If you need to call the store to see if they carry something, good luck, all numbers lead to a dead end phone system.

Sat outside for 16 minutes and they never opened. The sign on the fore states they open at 11 am. They never opened. This is the second time in two days. They need to either update the website or change the sign on the door

I love shopping at Sallys, have been for years all over the country. The passed few times I stopped here in Bozeman the staff was super rude! I understand people have bad days but if your having a bad day everytime I see you, then maybe you should find a new job. Besides getting treated like Im less then and an idiot I like this store. LWill be back but def not for customer service. If I could get the stuff I get for my hair someplace else I def would!

Open at 10..? My wife and I showed up at 10:45 and store was closed. Doors locked and lights off. Just go out of business so someone else can take over the property. Based on the other reviews this is clearly not the only time this has happened.

Why have the store say open when its closed? Dont waste your time waiting nobody will help you get what you need.

Staff is super friendly has great knowledge of products, prices are good and store is always clean and stocked. I have been a loyal customer here for 13 years and have always had great experiences. I was welcome by Tanya this visit and she was delightful! She was so friendly, super helpful and had great knowledge of products. I was looking to go more red and she helped me pick the perfect color! Thank you.

Sales person was super helpful, product was exactly what she said, and what I wanted.

I went in for some toner, just a small adjustment. The woman with purple hair told me I could apply it to my whole head and itd only effect the pre lightened hair...... All my hair is now red/orange. I suggest not taking advice from their staff.

Never have had a problem at Sallys until this last Friday, 5-31. My daughter went in to get me a perm and the manager on duty treated her like she was an idiot. If I could find my perm kit somewhere else I would.

They pack a lot into a small space. Helpful staff!
