McKenzie and the staff were amazing when we approached them for a dress for a photo shoot recently. The dress was so perfect the model fell in love with it!

Long before I met my fiance, my mom sent me a photo of your store front saying it was the cutest bridal shop shed ever seen and she wanted me to visit Bozeman. It was quite serendipitous that I would fall in love with a guy from Bozeman, and subsequently move and be married here. I was so excited to visit Plume with my mom, and they helped me find the perfect dress! It was the most beautiful dress I could have imagined and I felt so beautiful and sexy in it. Thank you all so much for helping me feel beautiful on such a special day!

Mckenzie was a tremendous help in making our bride look stunning, especially on a time crunch. She has so many lovely dresses in her shop, it’s difficult to pick just one to use. She helped us realize our vision and presented us with a dress that was even better than the ones I’d found on Pinterest. Best experience all around!! I had a rather short engagement (6mo) and got into shop at Plume with about 5mo until the wedding. Plume was the second shop (locally) I had an appointment with and had a great experience! McKenzie is one of the funnest, most positive and wonderfully uplifting people to be around, so you cant help but have a great time. I found THE dress among a gorgeous and large inventory with varying prices points. Now, I only share this last bit as a testament as to how wonderful Plume/McKenzie are...on the morning of my wedding, I found a black stain on the interior bottom part of my skirt. Black greasy/ink looking stain. Not something you hope to find on the day of, but having had such great contact with McKenzie leading up to the wedding, I was able to reach her and she met me at the church (on a Sunday) and put a matching small patch over the stain. Let me say, the stain DID NOT come from Plume but from outside alterations. Having picked up my dress from Plume prior to the wedding for alterations and THEN taking it immediately back to Plume for final steam, McKenzie did not hesitate to remedy the situation during and after! Its all been worked out and settled up, but McKenzie was gold and rushed in on the day of, tracked down answers and promptly followed-up and fixed the issue (even though it wasnt a stain coming from Plume!). Couldnt recommend Plume enough! Great experience and youll gain a new and wonderful friend after being a Plume Bride!!

I set an appointment for later in the day. Ended up going in early because I had just left another appointment where I really liked a dress, and before deciding I wanted to just check it out before my appointment. The gals had time for me to do my appointment early. Honestly not only did I absolutely fall in love with a dress, but these ladies made it 100% the best experience I could have imagined!! I ended up going dress shopping by myself due to bad weather and my bridesmaids not being able to make it, these gals hyped my dress up so much and they were all around fun, pleasant, informative, amongst so much more. I never felt pressured or pushed into making a decision right then and there! I will recommend this place to any bride looking!!! These gals made the experience 100x better and the dress is absolutely beautiful!!!

Amazing experience! I had gone in here a few times, one with my best friend to help her pick out her wedding dress. It was fun and welcoming! We also got our bridesmaids dresses the same day. Recently I went in to get a dress for my elopement and shared my vision with them and they helped pick out the perfect dress for my vision of my elopement. I can’t wait to go back again for when I get a dress for our celebration/small ceremony with our family and friends. Amazing dresses, so many options, friendly and helpful staff, and everything is at such a great price! It’s the total package of getting the bridal experience. Made me feel so special.

Im beyond thrilled with my experience at Plume.i was visiting from the East coast. My mother, sister, 2 year old niece and I had an amazing afternoon.Hannah was so polished,personal and professional ! She made my wedding dress shopping 1st experience memorable and magical. I had an amazing time at Plume. I went to try on wedding dresses in October and McKenzie was awesome! She listened to what I liked and didnt like. She picked out some amazing dresses for me to try on and never once made me feel pressured about it. I found my dream dress and it was the best experience for me! McKenzie really understood what I was looking for even when I wasnt sure. Today I took some of my bridesmaids in to try on dresses and it was great! Plume is absolutely phenomenal. I recommend making an appointment to get the full pampered experience. I bought my dress in January (only tried on 6 gowns before I found the one - on a limited budget) for my wedding in September. I also bought all of my bridesmaids dresses through Plume as well. I ran into MAJOR alterations issues with someone in the community two weeks before my wedding. I was able to bring it back into Plume and had it fixed in no time!! McKenzie’s level of care for her customers is superb, she invested so much time into making sure my dress was perfect for my special day. Not to mention EVERYONE at my wedding raved over the beauty and uniqueness of my dress. Truly a one of a kind experience at Plume!

I just ordered my wedding dress here and had a great experience! Wonderful service (I didnt feel any pressure at all, even when I thought Id found the dress but wanted to go home and sleep on it for a few days). The prices were quite reasonable (Id been shopping for dresses a few time in NYC and CT before coming here, so my frame of reference could be a bit warped, but still!). Great shopping experience.

From the minute I walked in I was treated with incredible customer service, respect, and kindness. McKenzie is one of the sweetest people Ive ever met and she helped me make a decision on a dress despite what my mom thought. She was extremely supportive and was willing to work with my budget. This will be the first place I visit when its my turn to be a bride!

Plume was amazing! The staff was absolutely amazing! They were very willing to help and I actually found my dress within fifteen minutes. Plus I got my dress for 1000 under what I was willing to spend.i will be recommending these guys to anyone I know looking for a wedding dress.

My best friend and I went in on a whim, and had an absolutely amazing experience. Even though we did not have an appointment, the woman working was so sweet, and helped me get in and out of dresses for an hour, while helping another client as well. They were very helpful, had great advice, and were a pleasure to work with. Although I did not purchase my dress from Plume, I would definitely recommend checking it out. The prices were certainly affordable, and I would go back in a heart beat.

Plume was amazing. I went in after recently getting engaged in December just to see what I liked and really just for fun. This is by far the best wedding shop in Bozeman. McKenzie is amazing, professional and so helpful. The shop is beautiful. Huge mirrors, great lighting and such comfortable ambiance. We went to the other shops to make sure to do our due diligence, but unnecessary. Highly recommend Plume!❤️

I had a wonderful experience at Plume Bridal! I made an appointment ahead of time and had 5 friends and family members with me! I must have tried on 20 dresses and never felt pressured or rushed. Because I contacted them ahead of time, I was able to see the designers they carry online and get a feel for their selection as well as give them examples of the styles I wanted to try. I found a beautiful dress for my beach wedding! I would recommend Plume Bridal to others! Just make an appointment ladies and you will be well taken care of : )

I LOVED my experience at Plume! I checked out every bridal store in Bozeman and this was the best by far. When trying on dresses with Mckenzie, I never felt rushed or like I had to BS when I didn’t like a dress. She saved the best for last but I loved it but still wanted to check out a few other places in town. I didn’t feel pressured right there in the store to buy it and was able to come back to the dress absolutely sure it was the one. Plume is the best!

Easily the best bridal shop weve visited. The owner, Mckenzie, and her assistant, Kelly, were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the gowns and the wedding industry in general. The gowns and accessories were absolutely stunning. They made my daughter feel like a princess and spent extra time making sure she was able to try on anything she wanted. As an event planner, you cant be in better hands than Mckenzie. Shes a Bozeman native and is extremely well connected with all things wedding. I could not be happier with my experience at Plume. Mckenzie was amazing and has found her calling! I first went in thinking I knew what I wanted and within a short amount of time she was able to know what I would like and what would fit my personality and it was better than any dress I thought I would want! Most of my family and friends are from out of town so I felt terrible asking Mckenzie if I could make an appointment to visit my dress everytime I had a guest in town but she was so great and didnt seem to mind at all. The whole processes has been so much fun! I love my dress and cant wait for the big day!

I thought I would give this store a chance for my own wedding, but believe I chose wrong. I went here two years ago with a friend for her wedding to check out bridesmaid dresses. That time, we were hardly acknowledged, nobody offered any help, and were downright snooty. We left shortly after.I came back to this store (since there arent many options in Bozeman) to go bridesmaid dress shopping for my own wedding. This time, we were greeted politely but the selection of dresses was extremely limited. The girl that was helping us was far from helpful. She kept staring off into space, or walking to the front of the store while we were in the back with the dresses. I ended up buttoning quite a few of the girls dresses for them. If I was going to spend that much money on dresses, I didnt want it to go to a business that didnt give us their full attention.My advice, Eskay or After 5 are your best bets.

Highly recommend Plume if you are looking for gorgeous wedding dresses at reasonable prices! The new owner Mckenzie is super friendly and knowledgeable, and the selection of dresses is better than any other place in town!

I went to this place a week ago and it came highly recommended. Maybe I came in on a bad day but overall not a good experience. I will say they do have some of the prettiest dresses in Bozeman however. I got there 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The lady who was supposed to help me was not there, but the seamstress was. She told me that the employee just left to go to the bank. Okay. I personally wouldnt leave five minutes before a scheduled appointment but thats just me. My mother and I start pulling out dresses I like and I want to try on. The seamstress has her small child there who is not happy. Again, not a huge deal, children have tantrums.15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time the employee returns and seems annoyed and asks how she can help me. I told her I had a 1P.M. appointment and her response was oh and was annoyed that I had pulled dresses and hung them by the fitting room.She helps me get in and out of the dresses which was greatly appreciated and clips them up so they look nice. The seamstress child however keeps barging into the fitting room. Was pulling the door cover wide open for the world to see. Would hang on the dresses that I was trying on and kept walking across the trains. The seamstress did nothing about her child.As soon as the dress was on the employee would go over to the desk and fixate on her phone. Everywhere else I have gone has helped me spread the train out and properly arrange the dress. Here it was like okay, youre in a dress, call me when youre ready to get out of it. I tried to ask the employee questions about some of the dresses, if they came in different colors or if they could alter certain things and most of my questions went unanswered because she was busy doing something on her phone. The questions I did get responses too were because I asked multiple times.At one point the child yanked on a clip that was on the dress by my back. And refused to get off of the dresses train. Between the employees unhelpfulness and the childs constant tantrums it was a very unenjoyable experience.Id give this place five stars for the dresses. But 1 star for the service. Again maybe it was just a bad day, I had heard wonderful things about this shop and owner. The employee and the seamstress child made this a rather unenjoyable experience.I have not made a dress selection yet but if I do buy a dress here I most definitely will not be using their seamstress.

I would recommend Brides to Be stay away from Plume Bridal. Not worth the headache. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Worst dress shopping experience ever.

I had a wonderful experience at Plume Bridal. Mckenzie was a joy to work with and even accommodated my appointment on July 4th.

Complete waste of time!Not only was the choice very limited, items such as accessories were overpriced and used! The veils were yellow and had other customers hair in them while the bridal shoes had toe marks and other signs of obvious use on them. All that for ridiculously high prices. The wedding dresses are priced around $2000 but you can get something as nice as those for a fraction of the price at Davids Bridal.Most frustratingly, once I left the back of the store to look at the dresses, the salesperson stood up from her desk to count the jewelry items, shoes, veils etc. to check if I didnt shoplift! You definitely do not feel welcome as a customer in this store. :(

Very friendly service and a good selection

My friend bought her wedding dress from here and I bought my brides maids dress. The bride was taped and when she went to try the dress on when it arrived it was waaaaay to small. It also dos not have room to be let out. The dress was suppose to be an 18 but the seamstress laid a size 14 over her dress and they were the same size. The dress was clearly mismarked and Mackinzie, the owner, is not willing to take the dress back or give her any money for it. My brides maids dress also had to be taken in three inches and hemened. Which wasnt a huge deal but the brides dress being mismarked is the fault of the store and she have been taken back and refunded. Do not waste your time in this store.
