Made an appointment online, which was fast and easy, so I wouldnt have to wait in line. I was also eligible for an upgrade on my phone, which was explained to me, and it actually made my bill cheaper but with a newer phone. The associate that helped me was very friendly and knew his stuff and if he didnt, he was quick to find me an answer. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants fast and reliable mobile service.

Tristan helped me get set up with a new iPhone 11 tonight, a huge upgrade from my 6. He was very knowledgeable of everything and was SUPER patient with me and my questions and helped me find the right plan w/ the phone for the best possible price. Another customer came in and he didn’t rush me through the process to go to the next person and he provided and overall amazing experience for me. I really appreciated his help and patience and will happily keep my business here.
Upgraded our phones and had a great experience. We were in and out super fast and without any issue. Then I had a problem with my phone and went back a couple of days later. RJ and Taylor processed a replacement for me and everything was easy and seamless. Definitely love this store and their service.
I came in stuck between the iPhone 12 Pro and the Galaxy S21. Employees were very responsive and made me aware of a 30-45 minute wait time but got me in 10 minutes later. They walked me through the process and cost of an early upgrade/trade in from a Galaxy S10e to the iPhone 12 Pro. They made it quick, easy and painless. Questions were answered thoroughly and precisely. Bozeman AT&T is awesome.

Half the time I don’t get my voicemails unless I manually go into the system and enter my password to retrieve them several times a day.I run my business through ATT phone service and I’m looking at changing providers because I’ve lost business due to not responding to calls fast enough.
The guys here were so helpful, down to earth, and tried to find the best options/deals to get me what I needed. I have had pretty bad experiences at other AT&T locations, so coming here was really refreshing!

Todays experience was my second experience with this store. Both times, the service has been great, but todays customer service experience went above and beyond. I had the distinct pleasure of working with Phil. I called the store first, speaking with Phil, to determine the stores COVID-19 safety and cleanliness protocols. I explained what I wanted to do with my small business account over the phone. Before I made an unnecessary trip, Phil verified he had what he needed on hand in order to accomplish what I was asking for. I went to the store, Phil met me outside--where I was comfortable--and worked with me to add two additional lines of service to my account. He was understanding, accommodating and extremely thorough. I couldnt be more pleased with my customer service experience with Phil and this store.
They can no longer transfer contacts or pictures from 3G flip phones...sad.

The guy that helped my wife and I was very nice. But we wanted to pay off a phone on our account and we specified which one needed to be paid but he charged us the balance left on the wrong phone. Now ATT has all of that money and we have to deal with 611. We have been waiting a week without even a call back from ANYONE at ATT. Again, nice guy, but he needs to pay more attention to the details of his job, very frustrating.
Low budget .... their billing off, almost monthly. Staff lacks knowledge on plans and blatantly lies to make a sale. Manager just claims “sorry, he no longer works here so I can’t stand by what he said to you or what you bought from us.”
RJ was super helpful today and had us in and out of the store in about 20 minutes, which is great considering we ported two lines from other accounts during our visit.
AMAZING experience from the moment Ashton greeted me with honest, helpful information all the way through the rather surreal experience of Tristan Danner Miraculously reviving my old cellphone from the dead (literally the phone had just spent 24 hours at the bottom of a lake !) And transferring every single shred of data (including 4000 pictures that had not been backed up) to my new phone.Tristan had to say after store hours to complete this miracle for me and did so with patience, kindness and incredible knowledge of all things technical and explained things in a way my non tech brain could absorb.I cannot say enough about this excellent business experience and recommend everyone use AT&T just to have a similar experience! Sidebar, in a world gone mad and some loss of humanity; both Ashton and Tristan restored my faith with their kind, informative, helpful customer service - I am so grateful!!
Took about 10-20 mins for me to get helped, but there were about 3 other people in front of me. All employees have been very kind and helpful everytike I have been there!

All I have to say is WOW. After moving into my new home, I found out I was in a “dead zone” for my previous carrier. I had been with that carrier for over 16 years and was not looking forward to switching over to a new network, porting my number, and transferring all my data. Figured it would be a massive pain.Boy was I wrong! A brief conversation with Mike is all it took. Once he asked a few questions about what we like/don’t like and how much data we thought we needed, he set my wife and me up with two iPhone 12s and the perfect plan. I’m only a couple days into my new relationship with AT&T, but I could not be happier with the service I’ve received so far.Kudos to Mike and team. Best customer experience I’ve had in a long time!

RJ helped us upgrade our IPhones tonight and was Awesome! He was very kind and thorough. Also, the entire store was cleaned constantly as we were going through the paperwork. It was quite impressive how quickly they would clean areas as customers left the building.

We have recently had a couple issues with our service and devices, and because of that have been back about 5 times. We expected that after the 2nd time the staff would get a little frustrated with us or at least hide. However they have been nothing but helpful and very kind. This last time we visited I may or may not have come I a little hot, but they were still patient and managed to fix the issues. I strongly recommend this store. Especially Phil.

Let me tell you about my guy Phil. He is AMAZING! I am pretty sure this guy is an AT&T GOD! So I had a phone problem and called the 611 number to get it handled. Well after a week of calls, 2 canceled orders ( 1 because they said it wad a problem with my address and the 2nd because they finally fessed up to the fact that the phone I wanted wasnt available) and some high level irritation on my end I finally just walk into the store on a Saturday morning just in time for Phil to take care of me like family! He soothed my irritation, took care of my issue and still saved me a good bit on my monthly service. AND he sat with me long enough to crunch all the numbers to make a plan on what to do in the future. I knew I should have just gone to the store first, but with weekly travel for work it just isnt always convenient. Phil has helped me out in the past and so I should have known better. BTW, my husband said if he knew Phil was going to be that great he would have just told me to wait until we could get to the store. It would have saved him having to hear my ranting to the 611 Rep. So go to the store on 19th if you ever need anything, and did I mention to ask for Phil? Actually they are all great, but Phil is the 💣!

Ihave absolutley had the best customer service at this store. I have had to come in a couple different times recently and Phil has helped me. I am telling you right now this guy is outstanding. I went in for a simple issue and he fixed it right away and then showed me how to fix it myself. He has stayed in contact with me for my direct TV installation. And today he got my phone all up to date from the upgrade and helped with an insurance claim. I have been lucky enough to have him help me the past few times. So just let it be known Phil has top notch customer service and AT&T is lucky to have him as an employee
Terrific! Lost my phone on vacation. Got home and called ATT and got my new phone next day! Took it to this store and RJ got everything from my old phone and put it in my new phone!! Fantastic! What terrific service!
Trusted agent to set up my account. Told bill would be about $150/mo. 3 months later being billed more than double that EVERY Month. Have been in and called store multiple times and they have Continually told me they would resolve and then never call back. Have called att general number and every agent says they will resolve; still not resolved. Total dishonesty. Every agent I talk to says they have it resolved and will call me back in “a day or two” and never call back. Continue attempts to price gauge. Time to bring in the credit card fraud dept. and return to Verizon.

Thoroughly impressed with the service here! Thank you Tiffany! My wife and I showed up at 10am and we had the store to ourselves, seriously. Within 20 minutes it started getting busy. We did not have an appointment but knowing now that they offer them I would go that route, place gets busy, it’s like a Doctors office. Tiffany was calm, knowledgeable, and very polite our entire transaction. Living in rural MT hours from the store I had tried to order and port a phone on line and via the phone. Frustrated, 10 days later and hours lost I finally went into this store. They opened the door ! Within an hour I had a phone in my hand. Stellar! So refreshing to get actual customer service these days. I feel these guys are going to do all that is in there power for you. Again, I might look at this differently now and get appointments when I need service, as some of the issues we have these days with all this tech can take awhile to work out. All the staff was spot on from what I saw and Tiffany was super and patient with me and my challenging account. Saved me a ton of money too. Hope these folks get compensated good for all the folks they get to deal with in a day. Cheers, Adam
I have had Fraud on my account 2 times in under 1 month, at&t turned off my phone that I have never missed a payment on so I went to the store. The manager was rude and said they couldnt help me until I talked to fraud department which I already had. They said I had to call them. I told them I cant call them because they turned off my phone. Manager said it wasnt his problem and I walked out. Stay away from this store and At&t in general, they no longer care about their customers.
Great customer service. Very informative. Cant call directly to the store using the number provided by Google. I pay 250 a month for 1 phone and two unlimited plans. It is expensive.
The rudest supervisor I have ever talked to. He kept bullying me over the phone when I was simply trying to send In my iPhone for warranty. Atnt of Bozeman has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I will be contacting the corporate office about this matter.
You dont often find a place where you walk in and an employee is holding the door open for you. Its a nice touch for the store! Pretty limited selection, but the nice customer service makes up for it.
Spent an hour waiting for someone to help me. There were only two reps working and a manager that refused to help me with the smallest of tasks. I have 8 lines with at&t and have never been talked down to the way the manager did that day. Always love at&t and the service they provide. This store however needs help!!
Visiting this store is very similar to waiting at the DMV. I usually have to wait for 45 minutes or so here. The employees are generally friendly, but dont really have an incentive to reduce wait times at all. Been happy with AT&T service but always think long and hard about switching whenever I have to visit their store.
Dropped from call three times in 7 minutes with full signal. Getting to be the norm now in Montana! Funny the guy I ride with never has a problem with Verizon.

Very busy store. Customer service is great, if not busy. Dont come five minutes after getting off work and expect a quick stop. Hard upsell on the accessories, which are always cheaper online.

The waiting period can go from 20 mins to 1 hour. The representatives are not well informed. And they can do mistakes so it is important to make sure you have got your things right.

Went in to settle a dispute on a bill and was told basically that I never knew when I purchased my phones. I waa told I would have too call in to the att service number to get the help I needed and they could not do a thing for me. Was a very poor excuse, so I went on my way and got the problem solved over the internet. So after 5+hrs of work I got my money back. I will never give up so easy. This place may need more training in problem solving and team work to keep people happy. Its not just about selling phones you do have to work unfortunately.
