Came in 2 weeks ago for a screen protector replacement. The girl entered my shipping address incorrectly. I received an email telling me that so I called back. The girl said shed submit a new claim. That was a week ago. I havent even received an email saying a claim was submitted like the first time. Called again today and they have no idea whats going on and submitted a THIRD claim. This time I got a confirmation email which shows the 2nd time she didnt submit the claim properly. Why is this so difficult? Why am I paying for insurance if the employees cant even submit a simple claim for a screen protector. I just switched to t-mobile about a month ago. Absolutely terrible experience so far.
Aaron was amazing and all I could have hoped for when walking into the store while Conner was extremely helpful with a woman and her sprint account next to me. Manager lacks personality and patience. All around amazing experience!
Excellent customer service. There are always plenty of associates available to help, and they take their time and pay attention to detail. My partner and I went to the Bozeman T-Mobile store and were helped immediately upon arriving. Ariel was friendly, quick, and professional. It was best experience I have ever had at a phone store. We were in and out in less than 45 minutes! If you’re in the area, go to this location!
Im a sprint customer that has now become Tmobile and am from Denver, CO and needed my phone ssrviced but was told that sprint never existed up here in MT and that they couldnt do anything for me despite my having insurance on my device. Tberes no sprint stores in Denver any longer, all have been changed to Tmobile so I find myself with a carrier that doesnt exist anywhere and have no way of getting my phone serviced while Im up here which is multiple weeks. The tmobile employee said he couldnt even send my device in for repair from MT and I had to go back to Colorado to deal with it at a tmobile store there. So frustrating!

Very friendly and helpful staff at this location. They are always going to answer questions and provide excellent customer service to everyone who walks through the door. Ariel is an excellent manager!! I would definitely recommend T-Mobile (especially the location in Bozeman) to anyone who asks about cellular phones & services.

It was wild yall. My phone was about 4 years old at the time. We strolled on in and my parents talked to a gentleman who clearly had knowledge and confidence in all the services and could bat 1000 against any question they could ask him. Every once in a while I would look over and they were smiling and laughing and having a good time.Meanwhile I was being helped by Madison. Let me tell you guys something. I have been in the retail business for many years and I can tell you some people just flat out dont have what it takes. On the other hand, some people are amazing without even trying. Meet Madison--she was SUPERB. I never felt pushed into buying accessories or gadgets I didnt need, she was patient with my questions, and listened to what I cared about it. I ended up changing my mind midway through the process from getting an 11 to getting a 12 mini. She didnt grow an attitude and start hating on me for the wasted time. She was super professional throughout. It felt as if she was making sure I was happy and didnt mind if I changed my mind 100 times.This is when stuff got wild. She was trying to sync my old phone with the new phone and something was causing some problems. She gave me updates through the wait and kept me informed about everything going on. I knew if something bad would arise, she would karate chop it with her experience and knowledge.The manager had stepped out for a moment and the lights went COMPLETELY dark. You literally couldnt see anything. An evil villain named Steal Your Wifi had targeted the store at that exact moment. I was scared and probably shed a tear or two. The Wifi was down and my new phone needed it to sync. Madison sensed my fear and told me not to worry. I couldnt see anything but I heard a bunch of THWAPS and POWS and KABOOMS. The lights would flicker ever so softly and I swear, for just a brief instant, I saw a ninja flying through the air kicking butt. All got quiet and the lights flicked back on. Madison remained standing. I had NO idea she was a superhero! To my relief, the phones started syncing.The manager had come back into the room and Madison was so humble. To this day, I dont even think the manager knows she saved the day. She just went about her business like it was all in the days work.If you think thats the end, you are wrong. After she battled the evil Villain and saved the day, she STILL exceeded expectations ( crazy I know ). She let me know she would personally take a look at my new phone if something wasnt quite right. All I had to do was get in touch with her. That way I wouldnt have to go through customer service. How cool is that? They got my money, did the job, and she was STILL taking care of me after the fact. I felt like a human; I wasnt just some tally mark to boost their numbers. What a rare gift to receive. 17/10. Would work with them again.I have attached a picture of exactly what I saw. This is Madison KICKING BUTT during the blackout. If you look closely, you can almost hear the POWS and KABOOMS.

Awesome customer service! They made switching from ATT so easy (and financially beneficial) that I felt a little silly for not having switched years ago. Ariel, Kyle, and Aaron were amazing. Even the regional manager graced us with his presence and made sure we were being well taken care of. They all went above and beyond expectations. Big thank you goes to T-Mobile for the great promotions and an even bigger thank you to the T-Mobile team for the fantastic customer service.

Kyle - who said he was the store manager - gave me a confusing and less than helpful run around and was very unprofessional and rude. He tried to explain how the problems I was experiencing with my cell and my cell service were actually my and my family’s personal problems! Gross! I’ve had a number of good experiences with employees other than Kyle here before, but it’s too bad he was trying to pull whatever it is he was trying to pull today. TMobile Bozeman, I am lookin forward to the days when you do better!
I went in with a couple of questions about upgrading to a new phone. Maysa and the other girl who was working with her on March 17th were not helpful at all, and were actually very rude and judgmental. I explained the situation and what I was wanting to upgrade to and they did not even listen and kept questioning why I wanted to do that and told me they couldn’t even sell me a phone even with my fathers approval of me buying the phone with my OWN money. I understand I personally cannot change the plan that we have but all I wanted to do was purchase a phone. I did not get an explanation besides “it’s not under your name”. I’m very upset because I have had great service from T-Mobile in Billings.
I asked if I could return it, and they said no problem for 2 weeks! Seemed perfect. I bought it, then found it didnt work all over town so returned it to get slapped with a $20 recharge fee.T-Mobile just doesnt work in Bozeman.
Great customer service! We were approached by Madison and Kyle (store manager) and they were great to work with. We were switching from Verizon and they had a lot of great options/plans/trade ins that would suit us best. Saved a bunch of $money$ on our monthly bill as well! And for the coverage we have had no problems, I’ve been working in big sky the last week and haven’t had any dropped calls, still able to get LTE as well. Awesome service, great coverage, excellent deals and a really strong customer service team at this location! Thanks for all your help.

Friendly staff that know what theyre doing. This company sees its customers as real people, not just numbers. I had a lot of life happen all at once and ended up having a problem paying my bill went so I went in to talk with them. Steven helped me out and had it all fixed quickly and kindly.
We came in and just asked them to put screen protectors on our phones and they did it no problem! Ariel was so nice and patient with us and our stupid questions! Ariel and Noah did an amazing job, will definitely come again!!
Although I ended up having to cancel my order of a new iPhone 12 Pro Max (it couldn’t arrive on time) and I am not local to Bozeman, I had a very good experience coming to this T-mobile location. Kyle and Jaiden were very professional, patient, kind, and willing to work with my oddball situation. Two Thumbs up for them for sure!
The staff here (Maysa helped me) are going so above and beyond to be helpful, welcoming and personable. Not to mention, her ability to cheerfully juggle many customers at once. 4 of us customers are currently here, continuing to receive excellent service, now more than 45 minutes after close. I dont live in Bozeman, but if this is how customer service is in this town, Im way impressed!

My girlfriend Jessica and I were just there on Thursday, we are from Harlem, MT and we were previous Verizon customers but she talked me into going over there to maybe switch providers. The 2 gentleman that were there were named Steven and Noah, they were very professional, had lots of knowledge about T-Mobile, and I was very happy with their customer service skills. Their teamwork was awesome, and they were not pushy in trying to persuade us to switch. They were honest, truthful, and very helpful and understanding. I was sketchy about switching over to T-Mobile because of where we live, but Steven answered every question I had and made the change over more comfortable. He made sure we understood what he was talking about before he would go on. My girlfriend and I are happy with T-Mobile and the customer service we both received while we were there.
Absolutely the worst mobile store. Every single time I go in and perform a transaction they mess up and my bill is higher wrong or not what I was told. So frustrating that tmobile is the only one with service in bozeman worth having and the only one with service at my house otherwise I would take my business elsewhere.

I just got a new phone and a plan here. Noah, Maysa, Kyle and others were extremely helpful (and, with smile on their faces) in finding the right plan for me. This plan is much better than what I had before. They, particularly Maysa, spent a lot of time to get me set up, made sure the phone was working and took care of all other little details. I am thankful to them for their help. I was very happy with the service and will highly recommend the store to my friends.

We had the privilege of working with Kyle and Steven this past weekend. We were looking to switch from another cell carrier to T-Mobile and both these gentlemen explained and helped us negotiate the various nuances of switching carriers, phone backups, etc. We highly recommend this T-Mobile location and specifically Kyle or Steven if youre looking for excellent customer service.
