We went into this Verizon to get a screen protector fixed and James was an amazing help. He told us that its very difficult to get the protectors adjusted and straight up replaced it free of charge. Also, he got it perfectly aligned, as seen on the picture. I would recommend this store over any other in town. Ive never had a bad experience.
Very helpful. They give you excellent customer service and pump customers in and out in a timely manner. No wonder they always have customers in there store.
Staff were very nice but you need an appointment to do just about anything. To top that off they are booked out for the next week. Seems like they need to hire more employees.
Went in because I just bought a $1200 phone and the phone holds no battery charge... instead of replacing my brand new phone they prefer to send me a refurbished used phone in the mail. I use my phone for work... then tell me I can go somewhere else to see if they can fix it..... I didnt spend $1200 to get used refurbished phone less then a month after I bought it....
I had a wonderful experience here yesterday. I was having problems connecting my new iPhone and needed assistance connecting it. This was not a service that anyone was going to make money off of and yet, I felt like a priority. Amber took the time and was able to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be back should I ever need anything.
I do not remember ever leaving a Verizon store happy and this was no exception. This is such a fraudulent company that I just believe that they get away with it.
Highly do NOT recommend. In Feb I purchased an iPad and had it mailed to my current address and had issues with the iPad in March and went to the store to return and they were going to charge a re-stocking fee. Fine. However, instead of charging the re-stocking fee they sent the iPad to an old address that I had not lived at for over three years. When I went to Verizon to explain that I never received the iPad and continued to be billed for the iPad the manager explained that they had sent the iPad back to me, but to the old address. Even though when I first purchased the iPad the first time they mailed the iPad to my current address. Had the employee correctly verified address before sending the iPad back to me I would have the iPad. Now, I have had to pay $1000+ for an iPad I DO NOT HAVE. And I have contacted FedEx and Verizon multiple times over the last couple of months since. The manager Steve-- should have taken responsibility for sending iPad to incorrect address and should work on better training employees.
Never met a more incompetent group of employees. I was sitting for 30 minutes waiting for help and then when I finally got someone to help I got told to do it online. I tried calling to see if it could be done online and no one answered the phone so I came to pay in person. I got told I can’t pay with card due to COVID need to be touch less then immediately got directed to use a public kiosk and when that didn’t work I had to use the female managers Maddy’s tablet. Thought it was supposed to be touch less. After all that I got told to go call a number confirm that my bill is paid. I really don’t care at this point . My advice is if you’re planning on going here your REALLY need to lower your expectations on basic customer service and expect to be treated like a credit card rather than a person. I look forward to seeing what thrown together excuse the owner comes up with for this ignorance.

After making several purchases from this location I found that ear buds that were purchased were defective. I tried calling to ask for assistance as I live one hundred miles from there location. The phone number given routes you to Verizon’s corporate nightmare, after following prompts for what felt like forever I was finally able to talk with a person who informed me that they couldn’t help and I would have to take the product back. That’s a 200 mile round trip for $100 ear buds. Try another retailer that will give you real attention for your business.
Went into Verizon in September in search of getting a new IPhone, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to proceed with getting the IPhone 11 Pro Max or if I should wait until the iPhone 12 Pro Max comes out in November. Amber was so helpful and talked me into waiting until the IPhone 12 came out. I went in today, she was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions to a T.10/10 recommend working with Amber at Verizon! Thanks again for fulfilling my technology needs!

Up until recently I would have given Verizon 5 stars, but I have an ongoing issue with my One Plus 8 phone, they have replaced it twice (I am on my 3rd phone) and I still have the same issue. They refuse to get me into a different phone, I have offered to pay any difference in cost that there might be, but they will not budge. I have spent a least 10 hours on the phone and chatting with them, what a waste of my time. I have been with them for 10 years, you would think customer loyalty would mean something, I guess not.
Usually a wonderful office to visit, Verizon is suddenly closed with no explanation on the website or the voice mail. There is a sign that says they will be closed the entire first week of November 1st through the 6th but today is the October 31st and there is no such fine. They just didnt open. Not professional.
I really wasnt impressed the first two times I was at the corporate Verizon store. The person who speaks to you upon arrival to obtain youre information is either lackluster or absent; and the first two salespeople I some with were practically indifferent. However, the third time I visited while looking around vainly for someone to help me, Jeff noticed immediately and provided me with outstanding customer service! Such was his service that I suggest asking directly for him upon arrival. Thank you, Jeff!

I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a mask. My life would be so much easier if I could just put on a mask and be a normal person but I cant, and that is really the start of all the problems today.I tryed yesterday to go online and fine a phone but the online support rep was struggling to answer my questions in a way I could understand and feel confident in what i was ordering so she recommended that I make an appointment and go in to the store so I could see the phone and ensure it was what I was wanting. So I scheduled an appointment. The website and door was marked that they require masks but most business understand that a small portion of the populations do have issues and work with them, so my husband put on his mask and then we walked in. Before the man said hello or greated us he stated that I needed to put a mask on. I explained that I had a medical condition and couldnt wear one, which he interupted and said i need to put on a mask. Again I said I couldnt wear one and he asked what i was there to do. Which i replyed to upgrade my phone. He offered to work with me out side, It was cold outside so I asked if he could bring out phones and help me outside now, so I wasnt standing in the cold for long. He said he would put me at the top of the list and that he could bring phones to me. So my husband and I step outside. We stand there for a little while in front ot the store out of the way. but I was getting cold so I walk back to my car and got an extra layer. After a while we moved to directly infront of the door so that they could see we were still there. After a long waitour t, and our toes had frozen they finally come out, I was thinking it was to help and so I started telling them about the phone I thought we needed. but before I was able to finish my sentance he said that I needed to get help online and that he wasnt able to serve me. I asked him if he could just bring out one phone for me to look at, but he refused stated that he didnt have any phones he could bring out, that all of the phones were on tethers, until they are purchased, but he would not let me purchase the phone either. He stated that he had an autoimmune disease letting me into the store threatened the lives of him, his employees, and his family (who tpo knowledge was not around). I asked if someone else could serve me, but he said that if I spit in his face (which he said has happened before ) that it would make him sick. I can assure you I have never spit in someone face. After more thins kind of discussion I asked if my health mattered and he said it didnt. I think it is horrible to say that I cant get services, but I understand that Government has made people afraid. What I can not understand is why not just be honest with me. Why send me outside to freeze and then when I try to comply with your demands, you treat me like i dont matter or that somehow I have personally attacked you and your family personally.Yes if you are honest with me, I will to try and explain that there is a reason I dont wear a mask and try to work out a way for me to get what I need. But in the end who wants to be served by someone who doesnt want to served them. A phone to me is my ablilty to work not a toy so yes I want to get the right phone and honestly to spend a $1000 on something I havent see doesnt make sense to me. I understand I dont fit the mold and I need to make adjustments for others who scared by the media. But dont abuse me because of your fears. Dont attack me, and dont act like i dont matter. To my friends, family and others I matter, I change thier lives everyday. and if I wasnt here their lives would be drastically different. Just like you are, to your friends family and others.
I just had the WORST experience in this place. Steven was NOT a help and even laughed at one of my old lady questions. I couldnt get my sons old iPad to transfer the data to his new iPad. I gathered my stuff (2ipads and 2 iPhones, all purchased from them) and walked out. He laughingly said hope you have a GREAT day!sigh. Now Im in their parking lot working with customer service via phone. What a disappointment.

Waiting for customer service is ridiculous
Ive been using this store location since they opened (and the previous locations before that). The staff has always been very helpful Theyve been well informed, courteous, and willing to take as much time as I needed to make a decision. There has usually been a short wait but they have been up front about it and I havent had to wait longer than the estimated wait time they gave me. I strongly recommend giving them your business.
I have been here a few times and every time the staff have been great. They helped me get my phones fixed. They have been great about suggesting plans that save me money and get me more data. They always have helped with a smile and patience even when I have been in a panic about not having a phone. This is the only Verizon store in town I go to.

We have recently purchased two phones from this store. The first one, the agent didnt even open the box. She just handed it over and told me that when I got home all I had to do was turn it on and I was good to go. Not so easy. I had to call Verizon technical support to get it activated. Fast forward three weeks and my husbands phone died so we got another one. Different brand. Better sales person (Andrew was great!). He at least took the phone out and made sure it was on. This left us with more confidence than the prior experience. We left again under the impression that the phone was working, but lo and behold, we are once again working with technical support because it is not activated fully. In speaking with the tech support agent, they informed us that this is the new norm and that stores are moving away from activations because it works better from the call center. Fine. But it would be great if we left the store with that knowledge versus being told we are 100% hooked up and ready to go. Instead, we have spent two evenings frustrated and angry that the money and time spent in the store were basically pointless. If you dont need a phone immediately, order online. It will save you infinite amounts of time and frustration.
Needed help restoring my iPhone after running into some problems. I was immediately greeted by Mich Hall as I came in the door who offered to help. In a fairly short time she had everything fixed. Great service. Great person!
Very pleased with my visit. My phone had trouble rebooting after the last update and with fast, courteous service, she showed me how to fix it.

I was in the store a couple weeks ago and was lucky enough to be waited on by Nick who was exceptional. I was there with a friend who can be a challenge just ordering a salad so you can imagine ordering a new phone. Nick was extremely patient and good natured throughout the whole process and fun to work with. We really enjoyed his humor, we benefited from his knowledge and appreciated him going the extra mile to ask for other expert advice to solve the issues we were having. I really appreciated it. And, with the right attitude, the wait is not so bad. I even got to hold a baby. Made my day!
Staff greeted us immediately as we entered and helped us incredibly fast. However we came in to cancel our service to get a cheaper, equally effective plan somewhere else. Why is there like three-four Verizon stores in Bozeman?? Maybe thats why Verizon is so expensive. 🌱🌿
We have a couple different lines on a business account for whatever reason in the day we live in all of these corporate systems have gotten very confusing. I have had nothing but amazing customer service from Steve. He knows the ins and outs of of all Verizon’s systems. We are trying to set up a complicated multi-business phone system, Steve went above and beyond to look into different ways we can make our system easy for our needs he is always available by phone/ text and has everything ready for me when I stop in the store. Thanks again for all your help.
This is the place to go if you need help with your Verizon plan or phones. They always know how to fix issues and can often save you money if you ask them to look over your plan. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Brandon solved the problem with the GPS in my phone! Id been to three other Verizon stores and on with tech support three different times. Until Brandon, no one could figure out what was wrong. I truly appreciate the time he took to help this technologically challenged grandma!
Allie greeted me as soon as I walked in the door was very kind and helpful. I was trying to figure out which phone and plan to use while travelling in Europe. She was able to check my phones ability to be used abroad and show me the different plan options very quickly. She answered all of my questions patiently and took the time to help me figure out the best phone & plan option for my trip.
This was the place to go. When the mall had our 5 lines all jacked up these guys did a fantastic job getting it back in order. They help us save lots of money through better line management. The service was five star
Honestly, if had some bad experiences here in the past but things are definitely changing. I came in with the same attitude I had when I left the last couple times with bad experiences. They not only defused the situation but pulled strings to make everything better. Absolutely wonderful job.
What a joke of a company! Today i got a notice that Verizon pulled a credit report on me but I didnt sign up for anything with them. When I called, they decided that an account had been fraudulently opened. Heres the kicker though... they refuse to close the account until I get a police report and the proper paperwork. If they put forth half the effort to make sure the account wasnt opened to begin with it wouldnt be an issue. I guess they prioritize setting up accounts to bring in money over protecting their customers.

In store technical support is non existent anymore. These guys are salesmen, period. If your not there to upgrade or buy a new phone they dont want to waste their time on you. Waited 30 mins to speak to someone...while the greeter checked his own phone and 2 guys at the register chatted it up. I wish ATT had a bigger footprint in MT, because if they did, Id be gone!
I had someone steal a credit card number that I use to pay my phone bill.The help I received was super.I was able to pay bill on site and was told that I was eligible for a discount on my bill.Over achievement on the Verizon staff.
Its well put together with quality staff that will help in anyway they can.... only flaw...they need to put price tags on the in store products. I understand they want people to ask the staff about the products but making me have to is very annoying. 9 out of 10

I had the most wonderful experience with this Verizon store. After living in Bozeman for almost a year and a half with Sprint I can happily say that myself and family are now Verizon customers. Britanie, Steve, and Brandon exceeded my expectations and went beyond above and beyond to make sure we walked out of there with service and cell phone. Thank you guys! I seen a woman here a couple months ago, she was rude, didnt help or address any of my concerns, especially after having waited as long as i did, and she was in a hurry to get me out, Im so upset with this store i havent gone back.I left a bad survey and they were supposed to call and never did

I came here to ask about my bill. The man that helped me, couldnt even tell me the answer to my main question. I was not impressed I drove all the way over there for absolutely nothing.
There was hardly anyone in the store and they told me it was aprox 80min wait. They claimed there were 13 people on the waiting list but there wasnt even that many bodies in the store. When I started questioning an employee who was just standing at the door doing nothing the manager ran over to me and threatened to kick me out for antagonizing his employee. What???? This....after trying to call the store numerous times throughout the week only to be handed off to some automated system while not a single person EVER answered. The 18yo kid running the place is a joke. I went to another store and got the help I needed in a fraction of the time.
We went in to move my wife from Straight Talk to Verizon .The lady helping us was clueless and kept giving us false information, claiming it wouldnt work, didnt know how to properly fill out the forms, etc. We insisted that it could work and had to walk her through it and show her how to fill out her own online forms on her own tablet! I have never experienced incompetence at this level. Then, she claimed the phone would arrive in 2 days, since they didnt have it in stock. We were moving in 4 days so this was great. I check the shipping to see that it will actually take 5 days, making this whole thing a giant waste of time. Too late now to cancel the shipment. Very frustrated, now we have to work with FedEx and delay our move just because of Verizons mistake.UPDATE: After recieving the phone, it would not activate. After taking it to this store and having them help me, we found out the original employee did not transfer the number correctly. However, we had a new employee help us (Eric) and he stayed on the phone with their corporate offices and got it figured out. I have no doubt that it was a headache for him, but he got it fixed and we got the phone working that day. It took a few hours, but we were happy that it was fixed it one afternoon. Way to go Eric! Updating my rating from 1 star to 3 stars for his work.
Not sure why everyone is hating on these guys. I was helped rather quickly and was set up with a new plan in around an hour. The device set up was busy, but that was likely because the iPhone 6 is pretty new, as many people there were getting those set up. But even then, I was done there in about 10 minutes, including synching my phone. I was helped by Amber and Eli and they were very friendly and answered all my questions.
If you walk in for service and theyre busy (they always are) they encourage you to make an appointment ahead of time. Fine. Except there is no way at all to get them by phone in advance to make said appointment. The listed phone number on their website is one giant morass of a phone tree and you will never, ever reach a live person (pressing 0 does not work). So if you need an appointment you have to go to the store to make it. Whats wrong with this picture?
My girlfriend went into the store today to address and over billing problem. We just combined our lines and were being overcharged by $150 + on our first bill amongst other issues... She tried calling over the phone into customer service but wasnt being helped so she decided to go into a store. She had to do the math for the manager (short, snobby, fat chick who was over the top rude) because she wasnt getting it. The manager tried to throw a $45 discount at her to make her go away and was totally snobby, rude and even challenged my girlfriend. She gave serious attitude to her and refused to help her. She also said that she couldnt help us anymore in the future... My girlfriend was nothing but polite and respectful the whole time too as the manager are chips during the whole thing and was more worries about her soda... We never had horrible and this insulting customer service like this before from Verizon. We heard the same manager has treated customers like this before too... We plan on taking this to the top and go elsewhere...
Oh Verizon. Good service in my area but when I visit them I am always on guard. I feel that there interest is put before mine. When there is a problem, they often refer to the system as if it is a 3rd party. I am sorry sir, the system generated that and there is nothing we can do. The staff are nice enough but the company is a I got you corporation.
Four solutions specialist in all the employees there are always willing to help and eager to please. Several stand out, however, Amber seems to have an amazing touch.
If I could give extra stars for Micheals service I would. We all dread changing phones. Had to exchange five phones and combine acts. Spent over 2 hrs changing from iPhone to Samsung. We knew it was going to be a mess to clean up. Not only did Michael go above and beyond but manager assisted and so did the entire team in a positive manner and stayed well after closing on a Sunday to make sure we had what we needed and it was done right! Team work rocked!

Contrary to popular opinion on Verizon, the customer service here is quite good. Ive stopped in several times and had my problems resolved to my satisfaction every time. Plus, the people working at this location are pretty nice.

Ive never seen example of the worst customer service as I did yesterday.the customer was in there getting the absolute run around and was very very frustrated. Apparently the customer had been there for multiple hours with zero results. The manager who I later learned his name is Mike stood around and did absolutely nothing to help except when the customer went to leave the manager went outside to tell them he was no longer welcome in his store. He (Mike the mgr) could have easily have stepped in at any time rather than hide in his office. Ive been a Verizon customer for nearly 20 years and until yesterday Ive always held Verizon in high regard I will not deal with Verizon in Bozeman Montana ever again.. this guy has absolutely no business running a Verizon store. If Im writing this review how many others have not been written? If it all possible avoid Verizon Bozeman Montana. If I had the authority I would have fired Mike the manager yesterday.

Verizon couldnt sell me the Moto e4 plus phone I wanted on my plan. So after a 40min wait on a Saturday to find that out, I pulled up my browser and bought the exact phone I wanted from Best Buy unlocked and added it to my Verizon plan for even cheaper than Verizon had.
I wouldnt even give them a one star. Verizon just likes to upgrade you with no feesuch or change to your account then make you pay out the ass. So you call them and they deny it all.
Everything went very smooth and fast.

I was sent a phone from family elsewhere that wasnt starting up. I went to the Verizon store off 29th figuring they could lend me a hand. It turns out that the store the phone was initially purchased from was at fault for the issue, and as it was a Verizon reseller, Verizon corporate couldnt exchange it directly. The reseller refused to send me a shipping label to return the phone even though they were responsible for it arriving DOA. The lovely folks at this Verizon here in Bozeman, gave me a shipping label to return the phone to a company they have nothing to do with, just to help me out. Thanks guys.

I never write reviews, but i had such a good experience in this store I thought I should. I bought a phone from the google play store and when i brought it in to be activated it turns out it was not registered with the Verizon network and the sim card was a different size than my old phone so they could not activate a new one for me. After my rep was on the phone for an hour with google technical support trying to understand a non English speaker he decided to try activating the sim for a dead phone in the back and then putting it in mine, and it worked! Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, when he went above and beyond to make my new phone work even staying about a half hour after closing time. They were willing to go to bat for me to get a new phone shipped if this had not worked. I would definitely recommend this store and their customer support to anyone.
My father passed May 11th. About a week later my mother and I went into Verizon to remove him from the family plan and deactivate his phone. We worked with Jeff, who at the time seemed very helpful. He helped set us up with a better data plan and upgraded phones. Even assured us that since my father had passed, they would void the remaining payoff of his phone. Flash forward a few months...my mother and I find out our plan has been sent to collections and our phones have been shut off. We speak with multiple people through support and the Bozeman location. No one can help us! Finally after getting disconnected(hung up on) multiple times we were told it would be 2-3 business days for the credit to process. August 14th rolls around and were still in collections. We were then told it would be 7-10 business days. It has now been 2 months since we returned the phone and the credit should have been processed. All employees keep giving us the run around or telling us be patient. My mother is being pushed to her limit dealing with this and my fathers passing. Weve been customers with Verizon for about 20 years. I cant believe the amount of disrespect this company and its employees has.

This Verizon store is lacking in so many areas. The main area being knowledgeable about what they offer and how to implement said service. Seems the reps here are severely under trained!! When I as a customer have to tell them how to do their jobs correctly that is really bad. Also I have noticed they do not tell you the entire story and seem to dance around the negative side of plans. Even if you ask a specific Question about what could end up a negative situation because of lack of information given. Everyone I know who has gone to this location has been unhappy with the service. Maybe if they quit the quick turn over with employees one of them might actually become good at a difficult job! Its common sense!

Quite possibly the worst Verizon store I have ever been to. First was when my wife dropped her phone and we went to this store to purchase a replacement. First thing the rep told us was that we were paying more than most people monthly because our plan was old. GREAT! Lets fix that while we are here. She could save us about $50 a year. Not much but it cant hurt. Well then she began telling us she could keep the monthly payment the same as it was and give us a new phone and tablet for $50 off. Told her no, adjust our plan and we will buy just the phone. She then told me I was making a bad decision! Excuse me? I have two tablets already, dont need a third. I dont want to save $50 and pay the same monthly. Give us the updated plan and the phone. She was very disrespectful.Fast forward a year and the display on my phone went out. Luckily I have insurance. Decided to go to the same store. The lady took my name. Told us the system was down and they are working through it. WORKING was the wrong word to use. More like standing around on their phones chatting with each other. Seriously, does a manager work at this store? After about 30mins one of the employees walks past me and says that their system is down and they cant do anything. How about instead of texting your friends and chatting to your coworkers you start talking to the customers and seeing what they need. You could have told me what you could do to get me a new phone. But I doubt they know what to do without their tablets telling them.I left. Went to the small shop in the mall. Someone walked up to me and shook my hand. Immediately helped me.Do not use this Verizon store. Go to the mall. They are friendly and much more helpful.
This is a comment on not only this retail location but on Verizon as a business. Verizon repeatedly uses dishonest business practices to get customers to sign up for new plans. They will omit information about very important aspects of plans such as the fact that you WILL be prioritized or throttled if you sign up for a prepaid plan. They will also fail to tell you that you will have access to ONE thats right ONE tower in the greater Bozeman area that can regularly provide dependable service. This is directly from a level three tech support agent that I had to spend three hours getting to.They advertise and claim a minimum of 5mbps download speed and claim up to 50mbps download speed. What are they dishing up here in Bozeman? 1.7mbps MAX. Thats right, not even HALF of the advertised 4G LTE speed that they claim you can get.I implore folks who are with Verizon currently to start asking questions. Ask why they are advertising falsely, ask why they will lie to your face to close a deal or better yet tell you that you need a lawyer to ask these questions.
