Keith is THE MAN! He made the entire process of upgrading my phone incredibly easy. He was polite and respectful, and made sure I had everything I needed. Even when I ran into an error trading in my old phone, he handled the entire situation and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. By far the best experience I’ve had at a Verizon. Make sure Keith is there before you go! You won’t be disappointed.
Keith did an excellent job helping me with my issue. He took his time and waited until the phone confirmed the account was fully setup before charging me. And he walked me through the whole setup. So big thumbs up.

I hope the owners of GoWIreless on 11th are paying Matthew what hes worth. I stopped by three times the past few days, ordering a new phone, getting a new line, getting data transferred, etc. Im retired, and was impressed by Matthews customer service and professionalism. Not only did he do a great job helping me, but he was efficient and professional with all the other customers ahead of me, as he worked solo in the store.
Cameron did a great job helping me purchase a new phone after my last one was lost. He was patience and thorough explaining all my options and assisting me getting the best choices for a new phone. He spent a lot of time with me and I really appreciate it.
I went in to do the dreaded switch over to a smart phone from my basic and was so impressed with the customer service at this store. Kyle spent a lot of time with me -answering all my questions patiently, getting me the best deal possible and helping me set up the phone. He was very polite and personable throughout. His coworkers were fun to talk to as well. I also noticed how professional and polite they were were when they spoke with each other.
I came in to upgrade my phone and change my plan to Unlimited. I was assisted by Cameron and Matthew, and they both were as helpful as could be. They worked with me for at least an hour to make sure everything was set up perfectly and to make sure I was on the right plan for me financially.Five stars for Cameron and Matthew!
I came in five minuted before close in desperate need of a replacement phone after the old one failed. The employee closing was a great sport, re-explained anything I was foggy on and stayed nearly an hour late to make sure I was helped out and set up. Helped make sure I got the price and things I was expecting, was professional, friendly, welcoming - cannot review highly enough. The next day I had a tech glitch preventing me from finishing activation. Store manager threw himself at making sure that not only the glitch was resolved, but that in the eventuality that it was a larger problem I wouldnt be in a tough spot. My only regret is that there is no 6/5 star option in this review.
I’ve never had any issues with this business before, and that why I put two stars instead of one. One year ago, I wanted to get a newer phone, went with the iPhone 7. I was going to buy the phone outright, but the salesperson told that they have a month-to-month plan that would allow me to upgrade every year. “Essentially you’re leasing the phone” is what I was told. Went into a Verizon store, in Florida, and they told me that I was paying monthly to buy out the phone, and I would have to pay the balance before I could upgrade. The phone at the time was about $450 outright. I’ve been paying about $25 a month for the last 12-13 months, and still owe $300. I’m out $150 now, and they can’t help me because I’m 2000 miles away and need to be on the sales floor. Absolute nonsense! You should help the customer even if it means bending policy. There’s enough questions you could ask to ensure the person on the phone is the person on the account. Won’t be doing business here again.
This experience was by far the very best I have had. Chris was so helpful and patient and thorough in getting me set up with my new phone. Its always been kind of a pain to deal with phone stuff but not this time! Thank you, Chris.

First off, I am not a techie guy. I am a single dad that needed to update my iOS so that I could download an app for a part time employment opportunity. After much frustration I drove to Go Wireless. After explaining the situation to Cassie at Go she put me at ease by immediately taking my phone and with a few swipes it was downloading. While waiting for the update she suggested that we look at my account to make sure I was on the best plan. She noticed that I was on an older plan and updated my account to save me a good bit of money. If that wasnt enough she noticed that my employer offers a discount with Verizon that I wasnt signed up for! She then took a photo of my work ID and verified my employment for another great discount! I am extremely grateful for her kindness and professionalism, it really made my day! Thank you Cassie!

When I was getting my account switched from my moms to my own, Cassie and Mica were super helpful. The experience was exponentially better than the other Verizon stores I had been to .I didnt feel like just another person they had to get through but I felt like they actually wanted to help me. By far the best version store in town I plan on doing all of my phone stuff through them from now on!
On short notice and towards the end of a Saturday evening, Casey was able to help me relocate my settings icon which I had lost and help me figure out why I was having trouble answering my phone. Simple fixes for Casey. I appreciated the help as I had spent too much time trying to find that app that had slipped away from me.
I went in to change my iPhone 4 to an iPhone 5s knowing it was going to be complicated because Im month-to-month. They took the half hour to figure out why it wasnt switching over easily, turning out to be because I switched from a 3G device to a 4G. They were very nice and calm about the whole process. They even upgraded my plan for me with no additional cost because there was a promotion going on with better benefits. Would recommend to my friends.
Do not waste your time here. Just go to the actual Verizon retail store. They gave us the pricing on the Google Pixel 3 and actually gave us the 3XL, without going over the updated pricing. We tried to rectify this situation at the location in the mall, but were told that we have to go back to the initial store to make the return. We have been back to that store 3 times and keep getting the run around. The sales dudes commission is obviously more important than customer service. This is still not resolved despite our many attempts to rectify on our end. Will never do business with them again.
I have had many bad experiences in the past at cell phone stores but was pleasantly surprised by Micah at GoWireless. He had significant technical knowledge of all the phones he carried. He answered all my questions in detail and helped me pick a phone biased on my needs. It was by far the best experience I have had at a Verizon store, this guy needs a promotion. If you are looking for great service, ask for Micah.
I worked with Annie at the Verizon Wireless. The one thats pretty much on the campus of MSU. She was absolutely amazing. I sat there for hours trying to figure out which phone was going to be the best for me. I never got the feeling of her being annoyed. In fact she talked to me the whole time helping me decide which phone I wanted to go with. I did not feel any pressure nor did she tried to talk me into any certain phone. She treated me like a friend that wanted the best phone possible. And I would love to work with her whenever I came to the shop. Id even go as far to say that she is a friend of mine. Wow! I walked in the store looking for technical support, not to buy anything if i could help it, and they treated me like gold. I dealt with Chris and Casey. It turns out only Verizon corporate had the authority to address my root problem but Chris helped me navigate the journey and coached me along the way. I never bought anything while i was there but that didnt stop them from going out of their way to make sure my solution got resolved. The next time I buy a phone im going right back to those guys!

Recently i was in need of transitioning from a former carrier and phone to a new situation. Walked into Go Wireless at the 11th St Location at MSU for assistance and was met by a staff that was phenomenal. Attentiveness, care of the customer, attention to the questions and concerns I had of former contracts and situation. They managed my concerns and needs with absolute aplomb. It was expected to be a pain in my ass, but.......it was quite the opposite. They actually made it.....fun. And they were thorough n their explanation of product and transition. Sold me into a IPhone 7 which to date....although short, I LOVE!!!!! Their concern for follow-up if needed was very much appreciated. All and all.....a great experience of customer service, at a place and juncture where I was expecting quite less. I know I am in good hands.

This is my favorite place for tech assistance. They are awesome! HOWEVER, it took my customer service person 25 minutes to accomplish a simple accessory exchange. WHY?? She had to contact someone else, somewhere else for a return code and could get no response. Nobody on site for this?? A total waste of her talent and time and certainly a waste of my time. Not an effective process. Get this fixed Gowireless,so I can get my visits back to 5 stars!!

I had a friend in both Elli and Annie who patiently helped answer all my questions Reset passwords and solve some issues with my phone. They made everything right in the world and never once made me feel like an idiot! They also let me bring my dog in with me. I can tell they love what theyre doing and really like to help customers! I have been living in Bozeman for almost 25 years and when it comes to local service at its best Bull Frog Verizon wireless store is hands down the best. I am glad to see that they have great employees like Larry working there. Unlike many of the corporate stores where they treat you like you are an idiot, Bull Frog will take care and treat you like the local customer you deserve to be treated like. Conveniently located next to the MSU field house and Town and Country Foods. Dont even think about wasting your time with anyone else in town, go to Bull Frog Verizon Wireless.
The customer service was wonderful, quick and helpful. They clearly knew what they were doing an got to my problem and fixed it FAST. Easy employees to talk to also with a welcoming atmosphere.
I visited bullfrog on 12-5-13 as my jet pack was not working. I was also looking possibly looking for a new phone. After very diligent consultation with several employees (Steve, Larry, Michael, Larry and Ben) we reached a solution that included a zagg key board as well as a new jet pack and a jabra. They also repaired my old lap top and my jet pack. Their service was exemplary and each employee was patient and diligent in teaching me about the new equipment. I will recommend this store at every opportunity.

I have been very frustrated with my Sirius app since the new Oreo update. The stations would start playing, but would stop after a few seconds. I stopped by the store and Keith fixed it in about 5 minutes. He reset the wireless towers, which I had never heard of doing. Im very happy with Gowireless and especially with Kieth Bernes Jr. ! Everyone who works at this store is very nice and they seem to truly want to help their customers. The reason for the 2 star review is the amount of my time that has been wasted dealing with this store. Their phone line is often down so you cant make sure they have what you need before going. Their computer and tablet system seems as if its on dial up. The result of this is excessive wait times. I have been told more than once that I would be notified when something that I needed was in Stock and have never heard from them. I dont think its the fault of the employees, just poor business infrastructure.
Fast, friendly service every time Ive gone in. I went in just to get a new screen protector. Keith looked at my account while he was doing the free replacement and figured I could be saving $20 a month on my bill and fixed it for me on the spot.

Horrid might be too strong a term. But thats been my recent experience with Verizon.Clarification: The local store by MSU is great.Shannon tried for two hours while I waited to get me a service that would be comparable to a Consumer Cellular basic plan that I had decided to go for. All the local guys are great.I went in to buy a battery for my old flip phone for which I pay Verizon $25 per month access fee. Thats all I needed.But my basic flip phone was old and the battery cost $70 so it made sense to switch to a new larger flip phone. To me that phone was a corporate screwup rushed to fill a market slot. Smartphone operating system short circuited and crammed into a flip cell phone.I returned the new flip phone and said I wanted to leave Verizon. The LOCAL guys on South 11th in Bozeman were very good and came up with an alternative, which I spent two hours with them trying to set up. Upon arriving home the new phone did not work, further I could no longer log into my Verizon account. And my contacts were mostly not download to the new device.So my experience is that Verizon is screwed up and that anyone wanting just basic service should instead go to Consumer Cellular.Again, the guys at the local Verizon store by MSU are great. Its most of the cell phone industry which is rushing so fast to new markets that they trip over important points and keep on running.UPDATE: As noted I was able to return the more modern flip phone within the 14 day allowed period and get a refund / credit (though not yet confirmed in the Verizon system). Shannon then suggested a new smart phone with a low cost plan so I agreed. Unfortunately when he called Verizon to confirm details he was incorrectly told my account number would remain the same.Not true and now there is no access to my account. Further the phone did not work properly for the first couple days and Verizon sent out a message to stores that it was a system problem that they were trying to fix. Now a week later, all systems seem to be working, except access to billing.So in my opinion I give the local guys in this store 5 stars!The technical problems were at the corporate system level and most of those have now been fixed.

I have gone to Ben Rainey at GoWireless for years and years and am always amazed at the customer service. His knowledge of what he is doing is amazing, he is fast and thorough. When I leave the store with a cell phone or ipad, I feel like I 100% am set up and ready to go. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

The level of technical knowledge and customer service were unsurpassed. I left the store feeling confident and enthusiastic about my new phone.
I went in to see if there was anything to fix the problem of my battery draining quickly after a recent OS update. Nope. Nothing you can do. Too bad, so sad. Just the way it is with that old phone (the one they sold me 8 months ago).After 15 minutes of research online once I got home, I found a list of several settings I could change to extend battery life. Turns out my problem is very common. I thought they should have the answers to common problems or at least some direction to point me in to find some solutions.
