*Updated:* day 2: we came back again the next day because the food was so good! We all ordered the French toast with huckleberry and blueberry syrup… it was so good! The French toast was two-2” slices cut in half. DELICIOUS! Seriously… come eat here!Day 1: Delicious food! We ordered the elk burger and pastrami hash (both without onions) off the main menu. Both were exceptional! We ordered the hot ham and cheese sandwich off the kids menu. It was also tasty! The sourdough bread was delicious and they had the best blueberries we’ve ever had! We are planning to go again tomorrow while on our stay here in Bozeman! Also, Devin, who works here, was so kind during our visit!
We stumbled upon this cafe on our way out of town and loved it! Delicious inventive breakfast options, various delicious sounding coffee flavors as well as non-coffee options, and such a sweet and welcoming staff and atmosphere! We were greeted with smiles all around. The picnic tables outside were shaded by the large trees on the property, and great weather made for a perfect farewell breakfast. If we find ourselves back in Bozeman, we will be back to visit Feed Cafe for sure!
Amazing place with a great outside dining area. Its a hub for all things huckleberry. Their Monte Carlo with the strawberry Sriracha was so good. The portion sizes are amazing. Their French toast was the thickest and best Ive ever had! So glad I went.
Great service, great coffee, middle of the road food. My veggie hash was under seasoned and just warm not hot. Potatoes had varied levels of cook some still firm as in undercooked and some browned to perfection. It was odd to have cut onions and then a pile of julienned onions mixed in, kitchen obviously busy on Labor Day weekend. The bread was delicious. My wife loved her granola and the cafe is a joy to visit just feels a bit spotty on execution.
Food was great! We had the French Toast and Veggie bash. The French Toast was really out of this world. Huge and fluffy with a really great taste profile. The veggie bash was also really good. Adding an egg to the dish really completed it. Certainly one of the best breakfast meals Ive had. Service was a tad slow, but the food more than made up for it.
This place never fails to impress. The food is incredible, staff is friendly, service is prompt. The waiter Devon does an amazing job. Always hustling.
Feed is a hip healthy breakfast and lunch restaurant in the heart of Bozeman. This was our first stop and one of the best meals of the trip. We left feeling full but not stuffed. Service is friendly and meals were made fresh to order, so expect to sit for a bit and maybe enjoy a coffee, especially if it’s busy. I had the Chop Chop vegan scramble (but I also took a few bites of my brothers ham, bacon, bleu lamb burger and found myself enjoying everything. Definitely worth a visit for a chill morning or midday coffee and meal. Slightly busy location but easy to find.
We were visiting Bozeman and my husband found this gem! 💎 Highly recommend it! Service is great and the food is great quality and delicious! We ate our food so fast that I forgot to take pictures. You cant go wrong with anything you order here.
This building is so cool! We loved our food and coffee drinks (house-made vanilla bean flavoring was yummy). That sourdough toast and muffin was delicious! All of the staff was really friendly as well and the atmosphere is chill and homey. I love that they are using Ball jars as glasses instead of water bottles or throw away cups when dining in. Highly recommend!
Good strong effort by this establishment but there’s some issues. Let’s start with the positives.Food is cooked fresh to order and comes out nice and hot. Potatoes are cooked to perfection and breakfast sandwiches are pretty goodHowever, the pancakes are horrible. And the breakfast sandwiches, though good, could still be improved upon to enhance the flavor a bit more. And lastly, attention needs to be made towards the overall cleanliness of this place. Floor is very dirty with lots of food debris everywhere, stains, and dust.
Looking for really good home cooking, especially at breakfast? This place is the real deal. Ordered the two eggs, homestyle potatoes bacon and sour dough toast. Really good. Even the coffee was good. Great staff too 👍.
The French Toast with Huckleberry Compote was the G.O.A.T!! It was light and the flavors are a stroke of genius. I cant wait to come back.
Very cozy atmosphere. Excellent food
The food and service here was amazing! Cute atmosphere with picnic blankets to sit outside when picnic tables were full. I had a dark chocolate mocha which was very tasty. The French toast was delicious and the sourdough toast was to die for! 100% would recommend!
Amazing experience! Great food, great environment. They even make their own coffee syrups and hand-squeeze their juices! Definitely recommend!
Best in Bozeman! Yes you will most likely wait awhile for your order but the wait is worth it. You might think oh well they are busy and backed up, perhaps short staffed and the food might reflect that when you finally get it. Nope, never does. The food comes out piping hot, perfectly plated ( even when it’s a to-go which I appreciate so much), and damn delicious. They never leave out an ingredient or sloppily throw it on the plate just because they are busy. It’s the details and the consistency! Get the chorizo omelette!
This place was so great! Little bit of a wait, but once our food arrived it was worth the wait. French toast was perfect, and the quiche was so good. Will absolutely be back next time Im in Bozeman!
Feed cafe is one of the best breakfast restaurants I have ever eaten at. The menu makes it difficult to order as everything sounds, and is, delightful. I ordered the croque madame and it was superb. Their sourdough added a welcome punch to the dish. The staff was all kind and understanding as we struggled to choose from the tasty options.
I had the veggie hash, it was amazing!!! I really had a tough time choosing a dish because they have plenty of quality plates to choose from. The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgable which helped my dining experience comfortable.
When we came in, there was one other party standing in line ahead of us waiting to order. We ordered and stepped outside to wait for our food to be delivered One hour later, still no food! The waitress said they had a toaster breakdown! Really?! Didnt know a toaster was so critical to a restaurants success! Anyway, the food was good but be ready to wait a LONG time to get it!
Literally the best pancakes I can ever remember having! Buy the pancakes. Fried potatoes are so so and I have noticed that people I have eaten with and some of those around me dont finish them because they arent very amazing. The toast special can be amazing as well. I had one hummus and pickled vegetables on it and wish it was a regular menu item and I would probably stop and eat here a lot more often. I tried the frittata once and would not order it again...it was rubbery and I didnt like it enough to eat much of it. Luckily the toast I mentioned previously was ordered on the same date I went and it was so good I didnt care that the frittata was nowhere near my standards. Go and try it out. If you get the pancakes I know you wont be disappointed.
Got my entire order wrong! Food is mediocre and never come back. You better make sure to double check your online order because they’ll get it all wrong.
Food was really good. Service was friendly . Really enjoyed French toast.
Excellent food, coffee was a bit watery, service was very slow. We were there on a Wednesday afternoon. Constant flow of people but shouldnt have taken over a half hour to bring our simple breakfast sandwiches out.
Cute spot. The chorizo biscuits gravy was pretty good. Will def eat here again.
Delicious food. I got the challah pancakes and quiche. This place will not disappoint.
Every time I come to Feed I leave filled up and super happy. Their Monte Cristo just can’t be beat. The food is always delicious and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. A top three Bozeman breakfast spot, no doubt!
Trendy and spendy. Good fresh food, adequate serving size, very busy frequently. Give it a try!
Beautiful place to study or meet friends! The food is amazing, drinks are delicious! Great find right off the road!
Long, slow line to place our order at the counter. Waited quite a while for our meals but it was very good. Large portion sizes.
Amazing food + coffee. Great vegan veggie hash
Nice place in a cool building. I recommend the pastrami hash.
Excellent food. Highly recommend!
Best breakfast I have had to date in Bozeman! I had the sourdough pancakes with a side of bacon. They were super light, and tasty. Came with vanilla syrup that was a perfect addition for the pancakes. Husband had the chorizo omelet that was also very tasty. Everything is fresh and tastes homemade. You order and then sit, which I actually like and the regular coffee is self serve. We will definitely be back 😊
Food is scrumptious!! Service was fast and friendly!! Yum
SO GOOD! We showed up with 20 ppl at 7am and they took great care of all of us. Thanks so much!!
Stopped by for a quick breakfast before flying back to my hometown. We ordered a veg sandwich, sour pancake and cappuccino. Best sour pancake I have ever had. The place has a lovely laid back set up. We loved the atmosphere and the food. It was busy when we came in but it dint take long for the food to arrive.
A tad expensive, but good food and a cute patio (though right along a major road) where you can help yourself to picnic blankets.
Green chili on the breakfast burrito was amazing. The speed that they were able to get breakfast to the table was unbelievable
The feed is the best restaurant in town, without a doubt. They have great food and even better staff! I recommend them to everyone.
We were visiting from Texas and wanted to eat breakfast before going to the airport. The options for breakfast early in Bozeman were slim, but we found the Feed Cafe. I loved that it is in an old barn with much of the original floors and wooden beams. The service was friendly and attentive. We were extremely happy with our food, the atmosphere, and they have wi-fi for those that brought in their laptops. The sourdough toast is to die for. The eggs cooked in butter were full of flavor along with the bacon. My husband had an amazing breakfast sandwich. I dont ever do reviews, but felt compelled to do this one.
Delicious, unique food, generous portions, quick service (even during lunch rush), friendly staff, and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely well worth your time! The triple grilled cheese comes with a nice mixed greens salad, lightly dressed w/pickled veggies! (Yum, even my husband are the cauliflower!) The sandwich is on a delicious, thick artisan bread, grilled perfectly. Its is large enough to share...but we didnt.😉 The Harissa Chicken was amazing, served with a yogurt dressing, w/ mixed greens and roasted veggies. Wow! Best deal of the day: Kids Pancake Breakfast w/ delicious sourdough pancake and scrambled egg. Definitely will visit again during our stay. (Note: Great COVID procedures in place; thanks for being willing to ask folks out on their masks! Tables had signs to indicate whether cleaned or not and were well spaced inside. Tables also available outside.) Bonus: cute little adjoining shop with handmade and specialty items, many locally crafted.
Amazing food and service! Great coffee, fresh food, and friendly staff.
Staff is friendly, food/coffee is good as well
Really adorable spot. Insanely delicious food.
Wonderful!!!! We are from Kentucky and ate here 2 days in a row. Big portions. LOVED all we ate.
A simple turkey sandwich, not as good as what I make at home and spent $15, will never go back.
Leaving a a review a bit late, but 3 years ago my partner and I did a roadtrip in the states and we stopped there. It was probably the best food we had in our entire trip! Great service and the food is delicious. Highly recommend!
We picked up our food 2 minutes after the pickup time and it was cold, the French toast didn’t come with any syrup (even though it was $12), and there was a hair in the sausage patty (which was $4). The prices were crazy high for poor food. But the customer service lady was very nice.
Great food, nice atmosphere. Not much more that needs to be said. Definitely worth checking out.
Fast service, delicious food, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and sourdough buttermilk blueberry f’ing pancakes! Plus a beautiful assortment of teas! Sold.Been a regular for 6mo, best breakfast spot in town, hands down. If possible, come early, they fill up fast!!
Outstanding service and the food, the food was off the chain!
Plan to wait at peak times, but the food is great and staff was wonderful!
Was in town for a week.... by far the best food found.
Best breakfast sandwich ever
Their Monte Cristo Sandwich is my favorite!
If you have a hour to wait for food after ordering. Then its ok but expensive. Tipping before you experience the service is lame.
The food was beautiful and delicious! Service was good, and timing was also a plus. However,,, I am a stickler for cleanliness in a restaurant and they missed the mark! Oh those floors and window sills make you wonder what other details are overlooked!
Long wait, decent food.
Food was good the coffee was strong and good.
The food was good but nothing outstanding. I thought the prices were a little hefty as I paid $16.50 for pastrami hash at a restaurant where I had to order at the counter. My biggest complaint was with the line cook. I noticed that he had his mask pulled down below his nose while he was cooking my meal. Later, I noticed that he took his mask off entirely and started cooking others peoples meals with his mask hanging around one ear. We are in the middle of a pandemic with rising Covid cases daily. We have a state mask mandate. The cook in charge of preparing food was not wearing a mask? I was there with my elderly mother and did not feel safe. We went there because of your plea in the Chronicle to look out for our local restaurants. Our local restaurants need to look out for us in return!
40+ min to get a Sandwich ? Probably something you should let people know before they order.
Excellent food. Very cool inside, was a very relaxing break from our vacation with 2 youngins..
Stupidly expensive, most of food was okay. The best thing they had was smothered French toast
