I can not express how terrible the service is here.Corporate has worked so hard to swallow all the small pharmacy’s up. Now they can’t manage simple tasks. This is borderline a crime. I think a class action should occur and wake this trash company up. Do not become the biggest cat on the block and act in this manner. They lie about hours tell you to pick up and a time you drive 50 minutes to find the store closed. Employees are angry and I don’t blame them. Nothing but pathetic. Stop using excuses pay people more money to fit the city. GET your S together!

Told by pharmacy to schedule COVID booster shot on line. Showed up at the 9:00 PM appointment I was given only to find the store and pharmacy had closed at 8:PM. Seriously unimpressed. At the very least the pharmacy person might have mentioned they would be closing at 8:00 PM. Might be nice to update their website….might be.

Pharmacy usually refills my medication on a few month supply and then calls me when it is filled and ready for pickup. They called me about a week before I ran out of my medication and told me that they would not refill it until I had my doctor re-order the prescription (that I’ve been taking for 8 years, by the way). I got the soonest appointment to see my doctor, which happened to be the day I would run out of my prescription. I was already dissatisfied with the fact that CVS didn’t notify me of why they wouldn’t fill my medication and that they told me they wouldn’t fill it with barely enough time to find a doctors appointment. I chose to fill my medication with them again ONLY because they are a 24hr pharmacy and I could at least have my medication before I went to sleep for the night. Come to find out, I show up to pick up my medication at said 24hr pharmacy and they were closed. There was nothing that mentioned their temporary hours on their google page. There was nothing that mentioned that their hours have changed when my doctor ordered my prescription. So, I had to go home without my medication that I NEED DAILY. Thank goodness this isn’t a medication that I would die if I didn’t have. I really hope this doesn’t happen to someone who has a medication that they need to keep their body alive.

Pat the pharmacist was awesome here at CVS not an easy task considering, NO HELP ...People for the love of God, be patient and develop some understanding. This isnt easy, so Im ok with with this, yes hopefully things get better but for now, whats the saying ? It is what it is . Abby the tech was gettin er done as well. Those of you who struggle with impatience and have less than an attitude of graditude, life must be a challenge. Lets not forget Brian who pulls all ropes when on shift.. Thanks Pharmacy, I could be in position to where absolutely nothing got filled.

My husband got a prescription chin that was filled through the VA is the VA while there he was treated with a lot of disrespect. I told my husband dont go back to that pharmacy. Today my husband who has been taking care of me because Im really sick had to run and get a prescription so we had them call it in to that same pharmacy in hopes that maybe it was just a bad experience well let me tell you its not a bad experience experience if you want politeness help and respect I wouldnt suggest go to the pharmacy.

I have never seen a pharmacy that is so disorganized! The shelves are empty, the drive through window is closed, you have to stand in line forever just to be told that there is no prescription for you even though the doctor’s office sent it in to them three days earlier, and no one answers the phone!!! The heck with insurance, I will go somewhere else and pay more to avoid the nightmare!

45 minute wait to pick up my scripts. The staff was doing their best and the pharmacist was friendly and trying to make the best of the situation. The problem is the corporation. CVS and Walgreens treat their pharmacists like garbage causing them to leave, which in turn is causing mass shortages. The company is to blame for the horrendous wait times and service. We will no longer be filling scripts here. Just remember to be kind and patient to the staff, it’s not their fault.

The CVS treated my like a robot which which is fine I guess, however the assistant turned the computer screen around to show me my prescription and health information. I’m not sure but I would guess this is as close to a HIPPA violation as one can get.At the end of the day you can be as terrible as you want but it seems like someone at CVS corporate should look into these reviews

Very poor experience. Young guy up front worked efficiently to check out customers and to steer them to self-scan machines. I waited in line patiently at the check-out and asked for a passport photo to be taken; he calmly asked me to step aside to the photo area and he would call an assistant named Kristy from the back to take the photo. She arrived several minutes later and started trying to check people out (i.e. to do what he was already doing). When he informed her that I was waiting for a passport photo to be taken, she took one look at me and then blurted out, I dont have time for that! This is one of our busiest times. Just tell him to come back later. It was very disrespectful. My advice would be to promote the one and fire the other.

Came here to get my first dose of the Covid vaccine. When I arrived (after scheduling a specific date and time to have my vaccine administered), the pharmacist said that the immunizer was out but will be back the following week so I should just show up between Monday-Friday and they would get it sorted out. I then went the following week on Monday afternoon. When I arrived the new pharmacist said that the immunizer quit that day after an altercation with someone getting the vaccine. I just wanted to be vaccinated but this CVS makes it extremely difficult.

This is the worst CVS for prescriptions if you actually want your prescriptions. There were three people in the store ahead of me who were having issues, and then it was my turn, and it was terrible as well. I spent over 30 mins and didn’t get one of my prescriptions. The guy was in a crazy rush for some reason and processed my payment before I could see what the prices were. One of my prescriptions came out to be $150 and it was too late to say I didn’t want it. I have a health spending card on file there and he couldn’t figure out how to get my refund on that card. So after waiting even longer for him to try and figure it out I just decided to put it on a different card. This is frustrating when on a tight budget. To add to this experience, one of the guys on staff was yelling at a costumer to get out. Go to Safeway if you can.

Window for pharmacy closed as I was rushing to the only cvs in a fifty mile radius and I already had paid online for the script. Just needed to pick up and the hairy service man refused. The online hours say 24/7. No reason why he could not have handed me the script. His excuse was “staffing issues” yet he was clearly there. Bad business. Bad attitude.

They dont pick up their phones, and they dont talk to you. If you actually get lucky enough to actually talk to a person here they will lie to you. A couple of years ago I didnt have too many problems with this place but they are going downhill real fast. Stop getting your prescriptions here if you can right now. The people at the pharmacy clearly cannot handle the amount of customers that they have, dont even attempt to do their jobs properly, and they will probably be rude to you as well. Sorry CVS Bozeman, there are other places where I can pick up a prescription where they dont treat me like trash and I dont have to wait in a line like Im at the worlds worst amusement park.

I can’t believe the lady they had giving the vaccine had access to needles let alone customers. She spewed an antivax rant the entire time I sat with her. I understand in these times it’s hard to find good employees, but I felt ashamed for them.

The pharmacy seems to be very short staffed. I was on the phone for 45 mins waiting to talk to a pharmacist to get a prescription refilled because i. Didnt have the rx number. They never answered. I went in to order it. Came back 40 mins later to pick up. Only 2 people were working the pharmacy. Stood in line behind 5 people for 10 mins and then their computer went down. Went back at 915am and was told the pharmacy would only be open today btw 12 and 5. I will move my perscriptions someplace else.

The lack of inventory and staff has gone from poor to dismal. CVS should permanently close this location allowing their almost non existent staff to take better jobs at local pharmacies that are handling the unemployment and logistics problem substantially better.

I wish there was an option for no stars. I went 4 days without prescriptions and couldnt get ahold of anyone on the phone. When I went in they said nothing was ready and to go home and call tomorrow to check. Called the store and got put in the que for 45 minutes just to be told by a gentleman that they had no record of past prescriptions after telling him I was a new customer! Will not be going back.

If you’re looking to get a COVID vaccine, don’t schedule it here. They’ll cancel your appointment the same day, no warning or explanation. Happened twice, decided to just get it at Bozeman health and they pulled through, while being efficient and friendly. If you’re gonna cancel, please give at least 24 hour notice so people can make other arrangements.

Multiple interactions with this pharmacy in the past year. Always on hold for very long time (15-20 min at minimum). My insurance company has had the same problem getting through to them. When you do finally get through, staff are unhelpful and brusque. As an example, we were told in the fall to come in on a particular day/time period for a flu shot but when we arrived at that time, we were told they were too busy to provide shots.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Lisa is a miserable person and should find a new profession. I was trying to see if they had received the refill that my doctor had just sent over. After Lisa put me on hold for 5 minutes I was told that they were going to need to make sure it was ok with my doctor that they refilled it. I was confused why they would need that as I was on the phone with my doctor when she sent it over. I just had surgery three days ago, and was going through my pain meds fast because I was having a hard time keeping them down. I had contacted my doctor the day before to ask about an anti-nausea medication, which she sent in, but CVS failed to tell me was received or ready. I was asking questions about how I was to make sure Id be able to get my medication, what I needed to do, what CVS was going to do, etc and Lisa informed me that she had people in front of her and that theyd deal with me later. After several attempts of trying to get information from her about what I needed to do and getting convoluted answers from her which made me ask more questions, she hung up on me! Worst experience ever. I will no longer be doing any business at CVS.

Definitely be prepared to wait whether you are calling the pharmacy or going there in person. This pharmacy is one of the busiest in Bozeman so I’m sure this can explain a lot of the negative reviews. I’ve gone a few times during a rush and I’ve always felt like they’re doing what they can - sometimes there just aren’t enough people to answer phones and there are only two registers. Never had any problems with my prescription or had any employee of this store be rude or unprofessional to me, I’ve definitely seen customers here acting a lot worse!

If I could give zero stars I would I constantly receive horrible service. Today was the last straw I went to just CHECK and make sure I would be able to pick up my prescription because the last time I had to wait five days for a medication that I need everyday! When I asked when it would be available to pick up they said that they did not have any record of my medication I am immediately walked out and called my doctor. She then called and verified that I didn’t only have one refill on file but TWO so they lied to me for whatever reason But I was told that I had none by some guy in pharmacy. I then decided to go through the drive-through since I have a 17-month-old where I was belittled and told that the earliest I could pick it up was Saturday, which again is PERFECT I just need to know that they would have it available but then the guy says if we have it available we fill out the day of so well have to see..... in a mocking tone ball moving his head back-and-forth. Then he says do you understand with a Sarcastic tone like I was a small child or to dumb to under him. I then asked him if he thought I was stupid because that’s the way he was treating me. He then shrugged his shoulders and laughed. I feel as if my medical information is being used against me and as a joke for their entertainment needless to say I will never use CVS again and hopefully other people out there or not having their information used against them like I have because i’m pretty sure it’s a HIPAA violation!!!

Apparently CVS corporate needs to pay and/or treat their employees better so they actually can keep employees and not be so short staffed all the time!! Due to them being so short they are all SO rude and never answer the phones. I work for a medical office and cant even get through to anyone on the provider line. There have been times the phone gets disconnected after Ive been on hold for 30 mins! If you cant stay staffed then maybe it is time to close this location.

I dont know why this pharmacy has so many negative reviews. I got a prescription from the doctor this morning. I stopped in (without even calling) around 4pm this afternoon, and they had already filled it. They were ready so quickly I even had to ask them to wait while I picked out some over the counter allergy meds and I was able to pay for everything together.Maybe I was lucky that there was no line? I thought for sure there would be at this time, but I was in and out in 3 minutes.

One of the pharm techs, Lisa, I think was her name was extremely rude and wouldnt give me straight answers to my questions. It felt like i was inconveniencing her. asked if i would get a call or text alert if or when my prescription was ready and she said ok well i guess i can get your number. she then scribbled the number down and then at the end crumbled the piece of paper and shoved it in her pocket. I work customer service at the walmart town that is always short staffed and i get verbal abuse from customers everyday but even then i put on a smile and treat customers with respect. this was not the case here.

Never again. 6 hours on the phone with CVS to get two prescriptions transferred from another CVS to the BZN CVS, including two calls to their customer service. Repetitively over 8 days I’m told one of the prescriptions would be probably ready the next day. Today I called and the pharmacist says it’s still not ready and that I really should go to the local clinic to get it. Good thing I’m not dying! Think I’ll take my needs and money to support local pharmacies from now on. Buh bye CVS

The pharmacist REFUSED to fill my PRESCRIPTION medications. It’s 4:15am and I just got out of the ER and she said that she “didn’t agree with the pain medication or the steroids for inflammation he had prescribed to me” and handed it back to me. I haven’t been to a hospital in YEARS and I am in absolute shock. I will NEVER go to CVS again. This is unbelievable.

The cvs pharmacy in Bozeman, MT is the most completely incompetent pharmacy i have ever tried to use. In a year of using them i have been left without my important prescription medications for weeks at a time because they cant get their stuff straight. Getting divorced and changing my last name completely exploded their brains. Now i am currently sneezing my brains out because they delivered my zyrtec to the wrong address and they want ME to go to the post office to fix THEIR misrake. This is the most frustrating pharmacy to deal with. At the moment, I have been waiting 37 minutes to see if I can facilitate a transfer of our prescription. They have not responded to our new pharmacy all day. My husband needs his prescription. Now I am on hold on two phones. In the past, there have been long lines and prescriptions have not been ready on time. I would not deal with them again if I have a choice.

This is the rudest group of people I have ever dealt with in one place. Its like the employee requirement to work here. You will stand at drop off and a human will come to the cash register and stare into the screen of the computer and say, What can I do for you? in the quietest voice possible, like passive aggressive guy. No eye contact, no facial expression. I didnt even know he was talking to me. Very short, dismissive in his interaction. Go to pick up and as you step up to counter, he spins away and mumbles something. Like it was his break. He leaves and Im standing there waiting, and another employee walks up after a large interval of time, steps to another register and offers to wait on the next person, without looking at me, but looking at the line building up. I tell her that would be me. You think they could coordinate the changing of the guard without being rude to a customer? In the past, I spoke to a pharmacist about the ineffective customer service and was treated just as rudely. How is this place even open?

This place is the worst! Their pharmacists are on some kind of power trip. Their rude and they cancel out your while prescriptions (by their authority)😂 if you dont get them fast enough. Even their life needed heart medication in my case. My Dr was extremely mad. And dont even go there in the middle of the night after an er visit. I went in yesterday and was appalled that there was no sign requiring masks. The people working were wearing masks, but 75% of the people shopping didnt have one. They did have the checkout marked off every 6 feet. This is a blatant disregard for the health of me and my family, as well as the employees of the store. Please require people shopping to wear masks! I dont care if its Montana, we have tons of out-of-state visitors right now.

The line inside the store can be outrageously long. Some pharmacy techs are so kind and sweet but others are extremely rude... It might have to do with the fact that they are very understaffed. On top of that, I have been hung up on multiple times or on hold for 10+ minutes. I hope they can get more help.

This pharmacy is the most inefficient and unprofessional pharmacy I have ever worked with. Prescriptions were transferred for a patient from our pharmacy and they claimed never to have received them. The patient was very upset so I called to follow up and give them the transfers verbally so they could get them ready for the patient. They refused to take the transfers verbally because they were too busy. We faxed them two more times before they finally admitted they received them. They didnt get them ready in time for the patient before he needed to fly back to ohio. When I tried to transfer them back I was placed on hold 3 separate times and the pharmacist told me she would get to them when she could and that there were several other things ahead of his. I told her these had to be ready for him this evening and she just blew me off. I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff in my entire life. This interrupted the patients therapy and is unacceptable. I would file a complain with their state board, but their process is antiquated and I dont have the time.

Most of the people who work there are really helpful, so I wouldnt lump them all into the same basket. But, there are some really really obnoxious people who work there and one of their managers lets them get away with murder. If you get really bad service from a guy named Joe its because hes a horrible person, and at least one of his managers (Kurt) protects him. Whatever you do, dont waste your time trying to have a reasoned discussion about service with Joe or Kurt... they simply dont care.`

Like many other reviewers, I cannot reccomend this pharmacy for emergency or first-time prescriptions. That being said;For monthly prescriptions, for convenience and reminders, for text messages offering to request refills BEFORE the 0 remaining month, for thorough service and for convenience of repeat customers, I have had nothing but good experiences.Initially setting up myself and my familys scrips was hairy, but once everything was accurate and complete, service has been stellar. If I miss text reminders to pick up, they call me personally - a person, not a recording. They have caught conflicting medications, and have been very judicious about confidentiality.

I have switched insurances many times, and sometimes I don’t have the most current card yet when I need to refill my prescription. The people at CVS take the time to call the insurance company to get all the information for me, even though it is my personal insurance policy and I should be doing that. I have never had a bad experience here. Granted they can be busy, especially right after work when everyone and their dog is trying to pick up rx meds, but that’s not really their fault.

If the stars went lower than one so would my review!As a question of just how little these people care about their customers I decided to see how long I would have to wait for someone in the pharmacy to answer my call after putting me on hold. Currently it is 48:36, that is 48 minutes 36 seconds and counting. This is Bozeman Montana and the call started at a couple minutes after 8:00 PM for Criminy-sakes, they can not possibly be that busy!I just had a moment of brilliance and called them again on my cell phone as I listened to the Well be with you in just a second message on the original call. Told the young lady in the front of the store who answered right away about my issue and she puts me on hold too, but what do ya know the pharmacy finally answered the original call in about 45 seconds. Not only that but the canned machine told me my prescription was not ready almost an hour ago which is a big part of why I held so long but the pharmacist says she has it in her hand and it is indeed ready and has been since this afternoon. So much for the Well notify you when its ready message.These people are screwed up from top to bottom and left to right, beyond pathetic!!! And that oh well, no worries attitude tell ya its never gonna change!If youre thinking of using them I can only say GO BACK..ITS A TRAP!!!If I werent disabled or they didnt have a drive up window CVS would just be a HORRIBLE memory!!!

Anytime I have had a new prescription they somehow always manage to never have it when I get there and always have something come up so I can NEVER get my medication conveniently right away. My medication wasn’t covered with insurance and they said the doctor didn’t get back to them with prior authorization but really they never got to the doctor so I waited for absolutely no reason other than them being incompetent. It’s the only 24 hour pharmacy in Bozeman so I understand they are slammed but they never have enough people working and I ALWAYS have to call so many times and go through a million hurdles before they get me my prescriptions. Fed up with this because it has happened for years now anytime I got prescribed anything.

I wish i could give this store 0 stars! i was told that my prescription would be done in an hr. i did what i needed to do and revisited the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. after coming back they told me that they didnt have any meds on file for me! turns out they never checked their voicemail for my prescription. moving on .. i called to see how much my meds would be and was on hold for 1 hr and still no answer. their staff obviously doesnt know how to multi task

One star! If I could give no star I would. This morning cvs customer service representative was so rude to me that I still cant get over and go on with my day. He was short, talked down to me and I felt scolded for not picking up my prescription last time they filled it in for me. He also without any kind of warning put me on hold and I was simply wondering what was going on.5 minutes later I called again and asked for a manager and another lady on the phone gave me the same kind of arrogant attitude.CVS employees dont care about our complaints because there must be no consequences for their rudeness. They clearly arent worried about losing their jobs. So I doubt that complaining to a manager would help.Also they ask you when its good for you to pick it up, I say in 30 minutes and when I come they make me wait another 40 mins as its still not ready. What a waste of my time!I and my entire family are going to permanently fill my prescriptions at another pharmacy with a better customer service!

Submitted my prescription told to wait 10 minutes and they would call my name Patiently waited with 45 minutes approached the counter. There were 7 young women working the busy counter talking and laughing having a gay old time. I was then informed that the pharmacy did not have my medication. They told me that they called my number but it was a non working number. I asked what number they called they gave me my cell number, which I was carrying. When I. Brought this to their attention then they said well someone must have misdial it. I guess that lie was exposed. I asked why they did not page me for the person who took my order told me to wait. Well I was told that the staff had switched positions so someone forgot.Bottom line they did not take responsibility for their screw up and just did not seem to care. I will from now on go to the Safeway drug counter in the future for my prescription needs

If I could give this CVS a 0 rating I would. I have NEVER dealt with such disorganization and error so consistently. Their own system is filled with so many flaws they are rarely able to actually fill my medication. I have hard copies of receipts and fill dates and they tell me that their system doesnt align with what is printed on my prescription bottles and what is shown on my receipts. Every single time I try to fill a precription, my doctor has to call and verbally approve or they have to contact my insurance. It scares me that a drug distributor has such flawed records...records they claim they cant fix no matter how much proof you show them. They never answer the phone, never have enough staff for the drive-thru, never have enough staff to answer questions. This place is completely out of control.

I had an ACL replacement this morning, my girlfriend took my prescriptions to CVS at 9:30 am while I was in surgery, we came back 5 hours later and the prescription was still not full. Very impolite pharmacist insisted that work-comp had not approved the prescriptions, which my agent said was not true, she had approved the prescriptions at 9:45.Now I am here in excruciating pain trying to get the pills that have been approved, and that these folks have had more than adequate time to fill.Go to Albertsons, these people do not prioritize their clients.

They gave me the wrong prescription. Called my doctor to confirm cvs gave me the wrong prescription. Cvs refused to fix it to what my doctor had correctly prescribed me. Quite scary that this cvs is so careless with their pharmacy that they would hand out the wrong prescriptions.
