I bought a loaf of bread from a supermarket in west Yellowstone, thinking the most expensive one has to be the best and it’s a local brand so I was down to try! I was so wrong. The bread was so dry that it breaks easily and it tastes a tiny bit of sour, it feels like the bread has been left out for a couple months.I thought to myself - this must be what bread used to taste like for poor people back during war time when fresh flour is not accessible.

I stopped in because I was running late for work and needed something for breakfast. Very happy with the Croissant! Will be stopping in again.

On The Rise is amazing! Their sugar cookies are beautiful to look at as well as delicious to eat. A nice flaky cookie with a tasty glaze. They make a terrific presentation when you are looking to give gifts to your best customers at Christmas time. We highly recommend OTR for personal consumption also!

Otr used to have the only true scone to be found in the state of montana,when they were on main street,and great prices on their loaves as well, but since thy moved their prices are unaffordable for their loaves and their scones are nowhere to be found in the area

They make amazing bread. Best bread in town by far without a doubt.

This is where they bake for the retail store at Main & 7th St in Bozeman. They do have some items available for purchase here, so you dont have to go into town to get some fresh and yummy items. Selection varies each day.
